Had a little hiccup at the end when time to pay wanted more than our agreement but overall good work they left my car filthy from headliner debris no attempt to vacuum or clean up their mess and my car had just been detailed

I took my 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis, which has low mileage despite its age, to TopKing at the recommendation of the Gladstone Auto Trim company. Steve, the manager, was most helpful about recoverings for my deteriorating half roof, and suggested a fabric which made the car look like new. They did a splendid job at a good price,and completed it on time as promised.

Customer service, knowledge, and genuinely happy to help.I have only been in to diagnose what was actually wrong to ensure we get the right part(s) ordered. There was no charge and there is no doubt that Ill be back to get the when completed, despite the hour and fifteen minute one-way drive. Top King came highly recommended and I see why!

I recently developed a rattle on a sunroof that was installed 4 years ago by Top King . I took it to them fully expecting to pay for the repair. They explained to me that the issue was resolved by upgrading the fastners and did not charge me. I would never have expected this. Awesome customer service.

These folks were great! Gave me a quote over the phone to fix my shattered sunroof which was very reasonable judging by other quotes I got. Called me the next day, had my part in. I took it in, waited in their very nice waiting room for about an hour and a half and it was done. Would highly recommend them. Pleasant people too, good customer service.

I had a minor issue of needing bolts replaced in my seats from a previous leather install. They were so gracious to take me as a walk in. It took 15 minutes. They were amazing and so pleasent to deal with.

Excellent service and superior craftsmanship. This place is very detail oriented and can add leather or sunroof and much more at an affordable price with warranty.

Went in needing the top replaced and convertible frame bent to seal at the door and roof. They replaced the top but they couldnt fix the frame. Now there is a 3/4 inch gap between the roof and door window. The frame would have been easier to repair with no top on. Really wish these guys were bright enough to call and tell me to repair the frame before installing the new top. The body repair shops are scratching their heads wondering why anyone would do what these guys have done and wont be sending their tops to these guys. To me its like a painter painting a wall with a hole in it. Fix the hole before painting the wall. At least know when to stop work and contact your customers.

Gave me a quote to repair my sunroof over phone and again after looking at it at their business. I gave go ahead to do. An hour later they said it fixed and i paid bill. Got to car in parking lot and it was not working. They tried fixing it again and couldnt. I asked for a refund and they refused. I mentioned that before i went out there they told me on phone that thered be no charge if couldnt repair. They refused.
