Dont bother to bring your car to this dealership. There are other reputable dealerships that respect and care for their clients. I truly believe that just because they have a large service area that they dont really need to put forth effort to be kind. The lack of communication that Michael Frankovich in the service department gives is disrespectful. Meanwhile they all pat each other on the back in front of you making you look like the one with a problem. When the service manager Benjamin Sulzen finally stepped in, he as well was stand offish, and took sides without really understanding the main issue in the first place.Please, Please check your receipts here people. Just cause you see the discounted pricing may not mean you are getting a deal. I was standing there long enough to have another dissatisfied client walk in with a similar communication issue.Lets just say that after having my car for 6-7weeks, they were still putting in a battery when I got there and the tire that was to be replaced was still not put on due to wheel damage. Which was only communicated the day before I picked it up. They also said it was holding air and it was flat. Does Michael even know what he is talking about. I mean he thought my boyfriend was my dad. Really???--

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend this group to others. Shout out to Ricardo for dealing with me during a snow storm and for being honest and up front. I never felt like I was being misled or cheated. I would be amiss if I didn’t mention how friendly and accommodating Sal was during our financing. He had everything setup for me when I arrived and got me out quick. No pressure sales is how you win my loyalty. I look forward to future business with Molle Audi.

Stopped in since my tire light came on..... figured it was just change in pressure due to the weather. Sure enough had a nail in my tire and they were quick to get it in and repaired. I also didn’t have an appointment ! They have def improved their customer service !

I had taken my car in 4 times for the same issue. Spent thousands of dollars to on different repairs for the same problem until the last time. It was a $20 dollar part that was a know issue with my fuel system, If my car had a true knowledgeable mechanic my cam would not have been ruined. To add insult to injury they broke part of my cooling system, it didnt leak until the last trip in. The car is now traded off.

Friend had his car checked out. Its under factory warranty (except the part thats bad on his vehicle) he decided to have the work done elsewhere for half the price... The charge was over a hours work and they drove his car down to a half a gallon to diagnosethe problem. If you use the service department better be prepared!!!!

Been here many times between my two VWs. Staff is always helpful and Ive never felt like Im being TOO ripped off (it IS a service center after all). Work is done well and in a timely manner - 95% of the time.

Fantastic service. I called Monday morning after my “fun” weekend of ignition trouble in my VW Routan. I was pretty desperate— literally every call I made to other mechanicals and VW dealerships turned me away. But the service center at Molle VW told me to come asap and they’d squeeze me in. I showed up a hot mess with my twin toddlers— they set up a rental car for me and ordered the parts my van needed. I’m so grateful! It was done in 24 hours!

I wasnt told to write a review or anything like that, just wanted to say that Molle VW Service did a great job with my GTI.Be sure you go to the right building! Its not the sales building on 103rd - its across the street at the south end of Summit on your left.Drop off with Jorge was efficient, and already busy first thing on Monday morning. A good sign. Tim in the shuttle was nice enough to drive me the decent distance to my office, what a convenience that was. They can also pick up. Got a call saying the car was done, pick up was just as easy.I will say they told me they washed the car, but it had lots of water spots on it. If they do wash the cars, Id just suggest they dry them off as best possible. However, its currently winter and the car is dirty all the time anyway! So no worries there.Id definitely recommend Molle Service, having been to other dealers, and will be back for my next service.

I have a salvage rebuilt Passat 2014. I had some lights on the dashboard.The service crew identified major issues in the car and fixed them. I want to say special thanks to Eric. Ive owned my car for 6 months and found two exclusions to the bumper to bumper warentee. 1) battery. This is understandable however you also have to pay 150 for programming bringing a battery to almost 250. 2) if you car is acting up, you bring it in, and they symptoms dont happen you are stuck paying the diagnostic charges. Wouldnt have been so bad but they dont tell you that you will be paying in advance.

We recently purchased a car from Molle and highly recommend them. It is obvious that they want to build long-term relationships with their customers. That is important to us because we have found the service experience is much more important than saving a few hundred dollars on the initial purchase price. The salesman will show you how the dealership will treat you later when you bring your car in to be serviced.When we first visited Molle, we really did not know what we wanted to buy. We visited Molle Volkswagen and met Joey Stasi. We found out he was the marketing guy, so it was not his responsibility to show us cars. That did not matter to him. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all our questions and took us on test drives. It was very clear that he wanted us to be a Molle customer but there was no pressure at all. We wanted to look at other brands, and Joey asked if we would be interested in any of the other vehicles they sold. When we said yes, he met us at the other dealerships and made sure we were well treated.We ultimately decided to buy a car from Kansas City Audi, part of the Molle group of dealerships. Joey and Ricardo Murdock helped us. I think it is hard as a salesman to make sure the customer gets the attention they need or want without appearing to be pushy. Ricardo was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Audi brand. He helped us sort out all the options to perfectly meet our needs. He never once made us feel pressured. In fact, everybody that we worked with at the Molle dealerships were highly professional. Its clear their goal is to cultivate a long-term relationship rather than a one time sale. This attitude is rare these days.We will be buying another car in a year. We are not sure whether it will be a Volkswagen, Toyota or another Audi, but we are sure we will buy it from Molle.

Do not buy from this dealership. Definitely DO NOT service here.Buying process wasnt pleasant.The service department - across the board is rude and they dont call back. Weve called and left messages (6 within 3 weeks) and still dont have a call back. (Mason)Work that should be warranty is being rejected.Terrible experience.People worked with. Well, I took my 2007 Thunder Bunny to their service department for an 80,000 mile service only to learn out that their shop had been broken into and all of their technicians tools had been stolen! I do not feel safe leaving my Thunder Bunny under these conditions! I love my Thunder Bunny! I also wanted them to perform a four wheel alignment and found that their alignment machine was also misappropriated in the heist! In the future I will be taking my Thunder Bunny to a much safer section of the city!

This is an update to my previous review. I was very excited when I bought my suv from Molle Audi but I now realize the bad reviews on here are true. When I bought my 2017 Audi Q7 they did not disclose the widespread problem with the squeaky breaks. In fact when I brought my suv in several times they told me that it just needed to be driven for a while. They lied time and time again. Come to find out there may be a class action suit against Audi for these vehicles. I finally spoke to a service person who told me the truth, that they know about the brake problem at Molle but they purposely deceive customers. This is not the type of place I would ever do business with again.

Steve was great to work with. However, when buying parts, they wont match their prices posted online. When asked if they would match the msrp (not the discounted rate) they simply stated that it was the suggested price, and wouldnt honor it. The parts manager for vw Columbia was phenominal to work with. Wont be back here again if I can help it. Try ecs tuning or europa for genuine vw/audi parts.

I would give zero stars if I could. I had my Jetta repaired there and subsequently broke down three times after leaving there trying to get it fixed. Took it to a shop that wasnt VW and found out Molle was lying the entire time about the problems. Wasted money and time.
