The staff are well informed and polite. They reached out to me to verify certain things, and I really appreciated that. Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong product, which was actually a bit of a big deal because theyre quite out of my way to go back to trade it for the correct one, then I had to go back to the tire shop to have the product installed (again). But when I did go back to Midway Auto Parts, they promptly switched out the product without any guff, which I was sincerely grateful for.

Fantastic! My drivers seat motor/track broke and the dealership quoted the part for a little over eleven hundred dollars and three to four weeks for shipping. That didnt even include labor! The mechanic said that if I could find the part used, hed work with me to get it installed. I called a handful of salvage yards and Midway was the one that had the part - and they were a thousand dollars cheaper! I went in later that day and got the part. Jeremy was super professional and helpful and now I just have to wait a few days for the mechanic to be back from the holidays!

Online search led me to Midway Auto Parts for a Cadillac differential. So I called on Monday, talked to a friendly and very helpful gentleman and he took all the information to verify the correct part. Good price, so a purchase was made. Asked to send it to the shop doing the repair. He said they would pull the car in and get the part on Wednesday. I called Friday morning to get a status and he said the differential was delivered Thursday the day before. Called the shop and they had it, so we set a time up for repair. Midway was recommended by my mechanic for used parts and I see why - they inspect the part and list it well on the website.First time in last week (1/29). Called ahead (1/25) like the website stated and put a part on hold...had to wait a fee more days because of weather, but they were happy to extend the hold. Good part, fit exactly right to my vehicle and saved a lot of money.

I have gotten 2 reman chevy 3.6 from here. I paid extra for the upgraded engine. First engine made it 35 mile and blew 2 sets of rings. Bow Im am sitting here on engine #2 with just under 13k and the timing chain is out. I wont even bother with the warranty again because it will still cost me 3 to 4 k to have it replaced.

Ive been getting parts for my business from this company for years until I finally needed them to warranty a bad part. They did not stand behind their warranty. I now use countyline auto parts. Usually helpful but as I am typing this I am currently on hold and have been for about 10 minutes now. This isnt the first time Ive been on hold for a long amount of time. the workers are helpful most of the time, just hard to get ahold of. now going twelve minutes on hold.

To date Ive had 4 unique interactions with the guys at Midway and to date every one has been excellent. Everything has gone super smooth, and to be honest better than buying a brand new part from your local parts store.My most recent experience was the purchase of a complete motor. The motor had been pulled and was already on a pallet. Rather just just ship it, they had the awareness to inspect it and found that the oil pan had slight damage. Again, instead of just shipping it, they took pictures of the damage, sent them to me, informed me of the damage, and still offered a reduced price considering the motor wasnt exactly as described.These guys genuinely care that you get the right part and that youre taken care of. Anyone can sling used parts but its the customer service that brings you back and these guys are on top of it.

They had me come all the way down there just to tell me the part Isn’t there but when I called they said it was mind you I had to pay 25$ for the ride to get the part for my car and it obviously was for no reason or imagine if I would have Uber to get the car part like I was a bout to do...just waisting peoples money and time they need start updating the system better/more often or something obviously be sure to double check and not waist your time or gas!!!

This is the condition of the box my alternator came in. I had it tested before I installed it and it failed. Now they are closed for the weekend and probably Monday too. Im not happy at all with these people

They normally have the part you need but they are extremely overpriced. I use late model auto now. The parts have all been fine but why pay more for the same part when they have it three miles away for half of what midway charges.

I was looking for inexpensive hubcaps and wheels for a race themed fundraiser event at our church. We used them on the tables as centerpieces. This was my gold mine. They had hundreds of used wheels they were sending to recycling. Many of them were too damaged to use but they were so patient with us to look through each wheel to see if it was in good enough shape to use. We found 26 wheels that worked out perfectly. Juan also helped us find hubcaps that would hold our vases. All of the employees were beyond nice and very willing to help us. I’ve never seen so many auto parts. I would highly recommend them if you’re needing auto parts.

I needed a wheel, fender, and headlamp for a 06 Acura TL. My kiddo had a run in with a curb. The team at Midway found all the parts at a great price and very quickly. They were even able to find a paint matched fender that was perfect. I will head back to them if I am ever in the need for salvaged parts. Cannot give them high enough marks for the customer service! When purchasing items there make sure they are in good shape. They brought one out to sell, and it had scuffs all over it. I said something and switched it out for a better one.

I found the part I was looking for on car-part.com and when I went to the store it was available just as listed. Easy process even without calling first.

Was given a part that was adapted to fit another vehicle instead of the one it was supposed to be for. I was stranded without my car after taking the front end off to repair it for a part that couldnt possibly fit it. I then drove another hour in a borrowed car to return the part along with my broken one as a template, was immediately switched out and on my way. No reimbursement or apologies for the mix up. Wasted a day (since they were closed by time we attempted to put the adapted part in) and my money going back and forth. Hugely frustrated and wont go back. The main guy I talked to acted like he couldnt care less. The second guy I talked to said it happens and that was that. It wouldnt have been so frustrating if I lived locally but I dont. And it became a huge problem that I didnt even get an apology for.

Helpful, pleasant, attentive & not trying to push you to buy something you dont need but hell extol the virtues of an extended warranty or a better quality part because he cares about your investment. Guys like him are why Midway is successful & will continue to be so.Parts are pulled in a timely fashion with care, at least from my experience. Returns are hassle free unless youre trying to get over on them.

They did a great job! I had a wrecked car and was super stressed out in all the aspects of dealing with it. They were all very professional and helpful! The tow truck driver was here first thing in the morning to get the car after calling 30 minutes before he arrived, he was very nice and bonus I didnt have to wait around all day! Let me tell you how awesome this place is! I have been looking for a driver seat for my Corolla for four years because the springs were busted (didnt know when bought) and every place was ridiculously priced.Well I called Midway Auto and spoke to Anthony who confirmed they had the seat and was way more than affordable. Quality used auto parts for reasonable price

Matt was seriously fabulous to work with! Definitely not your typical car dealership - there was no pressure, just conversation on what would work best for both of us- over and done very quickly. There were some chips in the windshield, and even though it was considered safe, I wasnt comfortable with it since they were right in the drivers vision. They replaced the windshield for free (TWICE! The 2nd one was distorted and affected the drive) and met me near my house to switch out the loaner since I have three little kids and it was quite a drive to Midway from my home. Seriously the best experience I have had buying cars, I will be going back there when Im ready to trade out my van!

I called about a center consul for a Dodge ram which they said they had, the guy on the phone made a note that the brackets would come with the consul that I paid $320 for. When I got there I reminded the guy that I needed the brackets and he told me that the guy would get them. He came back 30 minutes later with the consul and told me that he couldn’t put in another order to go get the brackets and the guy that remove them wouldn’t go back out there. I ended up ordering them from eBay But it’s kind of ridiculous that I paid over $300 for the part and couldn’t get the brackets that I was told not once but twice that I would get. Other than that it was a decent experience. I would go back again nonetheless

Drove an hour to come get a bumper for a truck. Shown pictures of the bumper before we left. Got there waited about half an hour and inspected the bumper and the plastic around the bumper was damaged! Had another new bumper they could take some money off for our time and gas up there and WONT DO ANYTHING!!!

Service is not there strong point: I called about a part one morning and was told it would be in the next day (1st guy), so I shopped around and was lead back to Midway so I called again to ask about the same part, once the (2nd) guy realized I had talked to someone earlier he unexpectedly placed me on hold to put me through to someone else that never answered, eventually someone else answered after going through all the prompts, I placed my order, paid for it and was told it would be in the next morning well to my surprise same business tactic, put on hold three times by two guys and got told my part will not be in until the next day; why I wasnt told this when you had me on the phone after I paid for the part.Pour business practices and because youre the biggest parts yard you can treat customers at your leisure. I called to see about 2 seats for my vehicle. The woman there took a whole day to receive the pictures, which I find out today are in her lot, and said you really dont want the drivers seat, I will order pics to have mailed in and those should be in good shape. She never sent the pics. Finally sends them today. She sends the crappy seat pics. Passenger seat pic is just of the top at an angle and no pics of what was supposed to be mailed in. She then sighs and exclaims Im being unreasonable in wanting pictures to begin with because these are USED vehicles. Gee, had it noticed, since it is a salvage yard. Now, she is upset and claims she is going out herself to take a picture of the same vehicle more sighs. Dont mean to put you out or anything.... Going with Am Royal. Nice man, pictures in an hour from another state, followed up, after sending pics to be sure I got them. Explained what the process is. Super nice the whole time.

Overall I had a good experience. Talked with Ed about getting a used part. They had it in stock and was a good price. Took me about an hour and a half to get there and the part wasnt ready yet. Ed said it would be ready in about an hour when I purchased it over the phone. Other than having to wait about 15-20 minutes, everything was smooth and easy. I will look to Midway anytime I might need a used part in the future.

They had to bring in what I wanted from Tulsa. It arrived when promised and was exactly as described. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing they couldnt help me with was fitment between my Chevy truck interior and interchangeability with different years of GMC trucks.

They pull the parts. The staff are helpful. They are not anymore expensive than the pull your owns around. Which charge you to go in and no guarantee the part you need will be where inventory says it is.
