Received amazing service and love my car! Ricardo Murdock was my salesperson and he helped me so much with getting everything worked out! There was some complications with the financing, but the team didnt give up and helped me figure out what we needed so I could get my A6. The car is amazing and I will definitely be shopping here again in the future!

Bought our first Audi 6/22/21 and we had a great experience, I seen the car she like on line. we went to the dealer ship and from the time we stepped in the door Ricardo Murdock told us feel free to look around he would assist us. When we told him what car we were interested in test driving he pointed it to us on there lot. He asked if I would be interested in test driving it my wife really liked the car. Then we test drove another but she really wanted the red Audi. After driving both and theyre terrific and handling the road and comfort was outstanding for her. We met the Sales Manager Sal that evening he came out and thanked us and we were able to start our paper work. I wasnt expecting to necessarily get that particular one because i had a budget but the finance manager Darrin made it all possible great interest rate wow that made it affordable and made her so happy. Thanks Molle Audi for the personable service.

We bought our first Audi from Molle Audi of Kansas City and we were very pleased with the entire process. We live two hours away and this car purchase was easier and quicker than other purchases at our local dealerships. As a female shopping for a car, Kelly, Ricardo, and Darren understood I would be the primary driver and directed their attention and communication to me, as opposed to my husband.Molle Audi let us complete most of the paperwork via email/phone so we were in and out of the dealer in less than an hour (test drive included)!Kelly was fabulous! She walked me through the entire online purchase process which was so easy. The numbers given (trade, car price, etc) didnt change through the entire process...no surprises in the finance office!Ricardo was friendly and extremely professional. He was there waiting with my car in the show room when we arrived. He was prompt to our appointment time and answered all of my questions.Darren in finance was absolutely wonderful! He explained every document before I signed so there was never a question about what I was signing. He was patient and knowledgeable...this was by far the most pleasant dealer finance encounter Ive had to date.If were ever in the market for another Audi, we will definitely return to Molle Audi. I wont hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!

My husband brought me to this dealership a couple times in our search for my perfect suv. Both times we pulled in Ricardo was right there to answer all questions with much knowledge and professionalism! He was never pushy. We loved the Audi Q8 because it offered much more than the Maserati, Jaguar, BMW and Porsche that we were comparing to.Our buying process was so stress free and simple! I’ve purchased a few cars from KC (Molle) Audi and I am always 100% impressed with the low pressure and integrity of this dealership. The deal sheets are always clean, there is not endless back and forth and the sales managers are up front what they can and cannot do. Beyond that, Jeff Rose and his sales team are just decent people. There isn’t anything “slick” in the process. Again, the key word is “integrity”. Brad Heide is an insightful and efficient sales person and I really like and appreciate my new Q5 I got in late December. Fast forward to this week, and I had a window broken out by burglars. A bit surreal as it’s a week of a move, and short term stay at a hotel while my house is being finished - I had no garage. Jeff took the car into his service bay at closing time, and Ben and Lance in service went above and beyond to make sure the car was repaired quickly. I enjoy dealing with Molle, and have a real gratitude for the decency they showed this week in particular. As long as Audi keeps up their product, I’ll be back.

I picked up my new Q5 on June 28, 2021. I noticed a dent and paint scratch on the rear end and was told it apparently happened during the trip from Germany. I began to get messages the next day saying “transmission malfunction-you can continue driving”. I contacted my salesman and he spoke to the service department and asked me to send a picture of the warning. He called & assured me it was likely because it was so new with no miles on it. He said I should bring vehicle in on July 8th. I drove the Q5 to church on Sunday, July 4th, pulled into a parking spot, pressed park and after numerous tries, it wouldn’t shift into park. I drove home, pulled into the garage and that time it shifted to park. I was very upset. Of course nothing could be done over the holiday. On July 7th a loaner was brought out and my vehicle was taken to the shop. Parts were ordered for the rear end damage. It’s July 18th and I still don’t know when my “new car” will be brought back. Not a happy customer!

I service my vehicle here and the folks are always super courteous and professional. They shuttle me right to the edge of their radius and its always greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with a part being ordered at my most recent visit. However, the individual that called me offered another shuttle back for a loaner vehicle to keep until my vehicle was finished. I declined as we have my girlfriends car so it wasnt a big deal. All in all I highly recommend this place as theyve treated me well over the past few years.

This is, without a doubt, the Audi enthusiasts dealer in the KC metro. The sales team is phenomenal and they dont play games. Sal, Kelly, and Jeff have treated me extremely well and I will continue to purchase from them as long as Im stationed in the continental 48. My last transaction was trading in an S4 for a factory-ordered RS3, and I literally could not have asked for a better experience, from placing the order through flying through the finance office out the door. My two service appointments with Cassie have also been great, with a loaner when needed and quick service when not.

Sales Rep not ready when we arrived. Waited 20 minutes after appt time. Only saw her once, for less than 60 seconds. Thank goodness for Samat! What a great rep! Handled everything. Did orientation. Changed out plates. Got Finance guy into gear.This was a holiday Monday morning, right after opening with one other customer in showroom.We must have spent 60-90 minutes wandering around while one poor soul, Samat, got everything done. Bad weather, so youd think the new car might be gassed, have the All Weather mats in, and be in a place to do the orientation where the car hadnt sat in sub zero temps all night.Finance guy had our last name spelled wrong, despite having the title and other papers right in front of him.Had the wrong TOD beneficiary, despite having Samat providing him with texted name and drivers license.Even the receptionist gave off a cool, aloof vibe.This dealership continues to be so far below Audi of SM that its hard to believe that its locally family owned.Bought the car and received a fair deal on trade in, but they make it tough to want to come back.Again, thank you and prps to Samat!

Dont buy an Audi unless youre prepared to sit in the lounge waiting for your car to be fixed. And over pay for maintenance. At least theres free wi-fi. Someone needs to chat with the young lady who books appointments with the sales department that uggs and yoga pants arent acceptable work attire, especially when the sales/service staff members are so well dressed.

I went for an airbag recall notification that I received in the mail. My appointment was 7 am and the dealership opens at 7 so they where busy opening when i got there. I got to the service dept and the guy (Lance) took my keys without saying anything to me and then asked which airbag needed to be fixed. When i asked his colleague (cassie)where he went, she asked why i wanted to know and she was very hostile towards me .While I was waiting, the same aggressive lady asked if i wanted an update on the process and i said that i didn’t need her help because she was so mad and I didn’t want to talk to her. Her response was, “you are the rudest customer I’ve ever met”. To sum up, the service dept has zero customer service skills and it is not organized at all .

***UPDATE 2/10***The dealership reached out to me and corrected the damage to my wheel. They did a great job too! I’ve updated my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars.Previously, on ratings....Let me start by saying how awesome the sales team has been! Every time I go to look at a car, someone is very helpful and eager to allow me to view the car and answer my questions.The low rating comes from the service department. I took my Audi in for a routine maintenance and recall, and when I returned to my car, I had several new scratches on my steering wheel. I called the lady who reached out to follow-up on my experience (which I feel is a good customer experience), and she left a message with the individual who assisted me that day reporting my experience about the scratches on my steering wheel saying I’d receive a call back. I never received that call. You would think a luxury dealership would respect the cars they work with and the customers they serve.Good thing there is another Audi dealership in town!

Trying to get their parts department to ever answer the phone is impossible. I now have called 15 times and no one will pick up or respond. Send emails, nope no response. I guess ill find another parts department that actually wants our business. Not sure how you stay in business when you dont answer the phone. Thank you for wasting my time.

The service people did a pre-purchase inspection on my recently purchased 2015 Audi A6. And what a pleasant surprise it was from beginning to end. I had some misgivings because of some rather negative reviews but I really needed to be assured my purchase was sound. My service consultant, Ben Sulzen, was professional and courteous every step of the process. He was candid in informing me of certain service that needed to be done and in what could be put off until my next visit. He briefly showed me around the dealership and just made the experience a lot easier than others I have had in the past elsewhere.As I was readying to leave, I asked if someone was available to take 5 minutes or so to go over some of the features of the A6. To my great surprise, the Audi Brand Specialist, Jason Gardiner took time from his day to show me how to operate a few of the many computerized features in my new car. What a credit these gentlemen are to this dealership!I have to extend a special thanks to the service technician who did the actual work on my car, Andrew Petrocy. As far as I am concerned, he can look over my car anytime I visit this dealership. I thought his work was thoroughly professional. A BIG thank you, Andrew!!Finally, your dealership was a comforting and comfortable place to spend a few hours waiting. Mask wearing was evident and greatly appreciated. (I am in the vulnerable age group.) The inside of the showroom was spacious, seating quite comfortable, and the coffee very good! UPDATE: Though I will not remove my one star for this experience. I would like to say, Joey Stasi Molle Marketing Manager contacted me to learn more about the situation and was very apologetic. He made no excuses but is going to address what happened with his team.If in the market for a new car again, I will give them a second chance and will review again. In this situation, they had an opportunity but I went with another brand of vehicle.We have been, and still are a customer at Molle Toyota. It is clear management cares about their business and customers, that needs to be taken into consideration with this review of Molle Audi. Hopefully corrections will be made for the future.--------Interesting, stopped by to look at Audi. I must have looked at 20 cars in the lot. Went inside, looked at the Q8 then the A8. The receptionist said hello (5 stars for her) walked over looked at a couple more. Walked out to the lot, checked out a couple more.Not one salesperson even nodded at me. Guess I should not have worn a band tshirt. I walked over to my Cadillac XTS-4 and left. Guess they sold too many cars today. Congratulations to them.

I recently purchased a CPO 2014 A4 from Molle. Dealers always get a bad rap on reviews so I wanted to call out Molle for my good experience working with them.Mike, my sales rep, did a good job answering my questions and staying in arms length contact with me during my buying process which of course involved checking out other brands and dealers in other cities. It was very low pressure and never once did I get a bad feeling about the process.As used cars go, they are never 100% perfect (thus why they are used and less expensive than new) and the Molle staff had no issue with me repeatedly test driving the two cars I was most interested in, over multiple days, as well as spending quite a bit of time scrutinizing the body, paint, and other details.What most impressed me was the delivery day, where I feel like they treated me the same as a new car buyer, with the CPO I was purchasing on display and detailed inside the showroom, with a full tour of the features, information systems, maintenance requirements, etc. The finance manager was very low pressure about the usual Add-ins such as wheel and tire insurance, maintenance packages, interior protection, all that stuff. I did my research and I feel I got a very fair deal without too much effort or negotiation. No buyers remorse here.About a week later I needed to bring the car in to get the balance checked because there was a vibration over 70 mph, which I did notice during the test drive and which had originally been faulted to low tire pressure and rotation needed. That did fix 90% of the vibration but after a few days I was sure it was still there. They got me in quickly, gave me another Audi for a loaner, and at no charge re-balanced the wheels and now all is perfect.I have had the car now for about three weeks and I have yet to have any issue with it or find any surprises. Overall I am just a satisfied customer and I hope that the ownership and service experience continues to be as satisfactory as it has been so far.

Went in ready to buy a 2017 Audi S3. Waited 20 mins for someone to help me. Finally took it for a test drive and really liked it. They had the car priced at 39k which is about 6k more than the fair market price for similarly equipped cars with the same mileage. I offered 37.5. the used car manager said that theyre unwilling to budge one penny from the 39K sticker price. I was shocked they would not negotiate at all to sell me that car that day. They lost a customer and future referrals for being unwilling to budge. the matter-of-factness and snobbishness of the whole situation turned me off from that Audi dealership. Needless to say Ill be buying my Audi from a better dealership. And I recommend you go elsewhere too

Excellent Customer Service. The service department does a wonderful and efficient job of getting your Audi serviced and back on the road. My A4 complained of a loss of oil pressure. It was diagnosed and back on the road the next morning.

I have lived in several cities and have owned many Audis and I can tell you without a doubt this dealer is terrible. Audi US should look into this dealer and intervene to make some changes. It is downright embarrassing for Audi. Two major things about this dealer in Kansas City. First, if you want to buy a car there you are in for a shock. I emailed them twice from the website and never got a response. I finally went over to the dealer and walked around the whole lot and then went in to the show room. I was there for almost 30 minutes and was never greeted by anyone. I had to ask to be helped and then they made me wait for 10 minutes to even talk to someone. That person could have cared less that I wanted to buy a car. Pretty funny stuff. Certainly not what you would expect from an Audi dealership. A few weeks later, I took my Audi in for service. They are typically booked up two weeks in advance which is very strange to begin with. When you call in for service you are greeted by a grumpy lady who is irritated that you have called and is all freaked out that you might want a loaner car. I didnt even need one but she kept going on about it. When you get to the dealer you are greeted by more grumpy people and great inefficiency. So if you own an Audi in Kansas City, I am sorry to say that you are stuck with this dealer.

I brought my RS4 to this dealership for a clutch diagnosis. After calling them multiple times to find out the status of it, they told me nothing was done and a call to Germany was made. Fast forward a week, a pick up my car because they said clutch issue is resolved and asked to pay $900 for slave clutch cylinder bill. I did and drove off. I didnt even make it on the highway and was able to recreate the clutch sticking again. I called them from the road only to find out that I now have a grinding noise every time I put gear in third. I said, no, your mechanic and dealership will never see any of my cars. They not only charged for something that was never fixed, but also add $3,000 worth of damage. If you plan to bring in A4 because its just another camry, then they will handle it. I miss not having experienced mechanics from bigger cities. Need a local shop that focuses on specialty cars. Heartbroken. I wish I had a camera in the car before giving it to them.

Kansas City (Molle) Audi is an amazing company with great people (and cars). Unfortunately, Audi Financial Services (the company that handles the leasing) is the most unprofessional, rude, disorganized company I have ever dealt with in my life. You hold for 20 - 40 minutes, minimum. Mistakes happen, I get that. But, take ownership and correct them. They send different invoices, or none at all, make things up and seem to start from the beginning every time I call. It’s like the movie, Groundhog Day. I have been dealing with the same issue since October 9th, again today I spent 20 minutes on a call and the issue is not resolved. The Missouri DMV, has better service and respect for the customers time than Audi Financial Services. Again, Kansas City (Molle) Audi is great. But if you lease, be aware you will be working with Audi Financial Services. If this issue is ever resolved, I will make an update to this post

Absolute worst dealer I have dealt with. I would rather drive to St. Louis or Omaha than do business with this place. Thank god Shawnee Mission Audi has opened, they are doing it right.I had a bad turbo and when I told the service guy my car had Audi Care he told me it was useless. When I got home with the loaner I called Audi and they took care of dealing with them. New turbo was covered.Another time I had a hard sound when entering reverse I took the car in and they said nothing was wrong. Went back again only to find out I had a motor mount failure (covered under warranty).The final straw for me ... My car is over at Shawnee Mission Audi as there is a problem with a stutter in the car, the mechanic there is doing all sorts of tests (doing it right) and had noticed my oil pan was dropped at one time and the screws are all stripped and instead of using the Audi seal on it, the oil pan was glued on with an after market glue and the screws were put in all sideways. I bought the car in Arizona and its only been serviced at Molle (KC Audi).I will never go back to this dealer. NEVER. Im in the process of buying my new A4 from Shawnee Mission Audi and they are fantastic.

I have taken my A8 in twice. Chase does a great job at communicating but I paid to have a leak fixed and here it is leaking again from the same area! When I took it back they tell me it will be another 900 bucks to fix it. I also paid to have the back up camera fixed and it just quit working again. With the amount of money i spent i should not have a coolant leak in the same place! But they say its from something else however theres no way for me to verify. I will never go back ever again. I feel like i just wasted 1800 bucks just to have the same issues. I dont trust them they ruined that for me. Chase is a great guy but the service techs are certainly NOT top notch.

We had a really disappointing experience at Molle Audi. When we arrived we worked with John B- Brand Specialist who arranged for us to take a test drive. When we returned to the dealership John said we could take a few minutes to look around the car and he would be right back. After 10-15 minutes of him not returning we went back inside the dealership looking for him and found him at his desk helping another person. He completely forgot about us! We went in excited about a new Audi but based on our experience we will not be returning.

Purchased 2014 allroad on 12/7/2018.Armen was super easy to work with. After the initial conversation, he offered to bring the vehicle to my place of business for the test drive due to my schedule.After the test drive, I told him that I would like to make the purchase contingent on some work equipment fitting in the back. Made a visit the next day to the dealership while I was in the area and checked the fit. Returned the following day and was in and out in very little time.Everyone at Kansas City Audi was friendly and professional.

I received a recall notice about my vehicle in the mail. I called this dealership to inquire about the process to fix my car. The lady in the service department was extremely rude. I did not have my VIN number with me, as I was calling from my desk at work. I simply wanted to know if Audi would provide me with a loaner car while my vehicle was being fixed. No big deal either way, just needed to make sure I could plan to get a ride home from a friend. She proceeded to tell me she couldnt tell me anything about the process without a VIN number. I wanted a simple question answered.... I will NOT be taking my car to Kansas City Audi. I will drive as far as I need to avoid this dealership.

I see so many wonderful reviews of this dealership. I wish I could do the same. However, my experience with Molle Audi was awful and wasted 18 months dealing with their service department. From the get go I had several issues with the Q5 that I purchased there. Most of them were fixed. However, one problem persisted, and was worked on so many times that according to the Lemon Law, my car was considered a lemon. Apparently not according to Audi. I was told again and again not to worry, they would fix it and MAKE IT RIGHT. Never happened! Audi makes great cars, just not mine. My experience with this dealership was very disappointing and will never encourage anybody to do business with them.
