THIEF! THE OWNER IS A THIEF! Had me pay cash deposit and “ran out of paper” for a receipt then when I returned he denied receiving money. Currently working with my lawyer to settle this in court. He also threatened to “break my nose” if I called him again. Be aware! I will be pressing charges

Great service and honest people! We bought a new Ranger here for my son and the front of it had a scratch on it. I got a call this morning saying the new front fascia had come in. I completely forgot about it and never mentioned it to the owner after the initial test drive. He remembered and got it ordered. You dont find that type of customer service or integrity nowadays. They also delivered it to our house the same day. I highly recommend Austin Trailers!

My wife and I bought our 13 cross country tour in October 2013, weve had such a great experience our son bought his big boy bike this week, an 08 Hammer. 40Hwy has become our home away from home! You cant ask for a better experience from a dealership.

Im going to give 2 stars but Couldnt find anyone to help me with the sheds they have on display, spent about 15 min looking at them. Went inside the sales building and 3 people at the counter talking. Used the bathroom and that place is disgusting, i would rate that -1 star Probbaly the dirtiest bathroom Ive been in.

This was the best decision I could have made for a touring machine. The purchase of my new Visio was exactly as Don and the sales staff said it would be. Many questions from curious onlookers at the fuel pump, and I love how many people turn their heads to look at my bike. An extremely comfortable ride that would be hard to beat.

Coming home from the AVR at spirit lake Iowa my 2009vision wouldnt run or pull right. Put in shop to see what is going on. Fuel pump, key switch and a sensor bad. I have a 5year warranty on this bike and all but 136.50 of the bill was covered by warranty. Totally amazing! 120, 564miles and the warranty is covering electronic parts. That the company believes in this product is totally awesome! I luv my vision, cant see myself on anything else. Thanks Ron and everyone at Austins. I have no plans to buy me a new one (this one has a lot of fun/miles left) will get one for wife in future, but when I reach a million miles maybe. So many roads, so little time.

Ive bought a trailer here before and had no problems. I went in last week to get a new jack for my trailer. I had taken a pic of the tongue of my trailer to get a replacement. The younger guy behind the counter didnt know, so he called an older gentleman over. he looked at my pics and said we dont sell that, just bring it in and well weld something on. I asked how much and was told, depends on what we put on. I drove past another trailer place the next day, show him the picture and he replied is this an old horse trailer? it was. He found it in the catalog and told me he could have it by noon the next day, $80. It seems like Austins didnt even try.

Beware of this place. LIARS! Was quoted a price for a job then charged $1000 more than quoted. When asked about it the guy said that may have been what I told you but not what I meant.

Place has just about anything you need to achieve attaching things to your bumper. Pretty good new and used ATV and parts selection too.

Ive been coming here for the past 2 years and I get everything done here from the hitches to the tires to plows. They have been saving my husband and I lots of money with constantly being a consultant and helping us make decisions that will benefit us in the long run. I dont want to and I will never go anywhere else, the people I recommended agree.

Very happy with the service! I brought my ATV to them for a tune up. Cost me half the dealer quote and they did just as good or better quality work.

The staff here are very friendly and they don’t do the high pressure sales thing. They also know a great deal about the Victory product line. I walked away with a new bike, couldn’t be happier.

They keep my trailers working and always do a good job. Usually I dont even need an appointment. They didnt even charge me for the lighting issue the worked on last time I was there. Even without that though I rate them Excellent.
