I truly have never had a problem the past 10+ years of having a storage unit here. Until they updated their online website/payment system. It is frustrating that I go rounds with the computer and laptop and my cell phone. I have unblocked cookies as they have said and Still, I cannot get logged in. This month was the Worst experience yet. And yes I could have called but for them to insist I need to fix things on my end. So ridiculous.

I will say they have a secured place but one thing that really upsets me is they will pro-rate move ins but not move outs. I am almost moved out only need one more day, this is the 2nd day of a new month an they will not pro-rate me. So now I am stuck with paying the full $90 bucks when I am basically moved out. That is the one thing why I will not be coming back. It’s really sad they will not do a prorate for me when it’s the 2nd day of the month

I have been renting at Batavia for a long time. After being offered a bigger unit for a fair price they soon raised the rent. So I am moving back to a smaller unit. When I could not get it moved in 1 day after paying them $180.00. They want to charge me for both for a full month with no pro rate. So thats another 100. I feel that is not good business. I was in the smaller unit for 3 years I had no intention of moving to the bigger unit. I feel they took advantage of me. Now they are charging me double just to move back to my smaller unit. Not to mention I ha d to pay for a truck to move it.

Do not go here. They will not call you back when you have a question. They will not honor their pro-rate agreement. They will not give you a statement. And honestly their facilities have gone way down hill. They are incredibly rude when you actually get someone on the phone. Save time and money and rent in town. Definitely do not use a direct payment with them unless you would like to continue to pay after you vacate the storage unit with more than 2 weeks notice.

Super customer service. This place is a secure property! They have a gated property that needs a code for entry.

These guys are the best! Not only are they gated and camera-ed, they obviously keep a watchful eye on things, I didnt put my lock on right once and they put one of their own on til I could get out there and fix mine. Just awesome!

They are rude. Not willing to even listen to circumstances. Very high priced for the size u get also. Much lower price in town. Nicer too.

The people who work here are thoughtful and do their best to help.
