Absolutely Horrified!Completely shocked by low grade quality product, but more shocked by the lack of care or compassion from the owner dealing with our issue.We bought thousands in lighting, lighting we believed to be high quality, we were WRONG.This morning a 29” Pendant broke away from the ceiling fixture and fell on my daughter, the materials holding it together faulted, it then ripped apart and fell on my daughter. The fixture portion was solid in the ceiling, it was the pendant that fell.I contacted the owner who not only spoke to me as if I was in the wrong, but never thought it was appropriate to apologize for what had happened, or ask if my daughter was okay. Stacy ( the owner) was shocked that I didn’t believe offering me 25% off a different item would suffice as a solution.I would never expect the horrid treatment from a business owner, no apology, concern only for herself, not a kind word or any bit of grace, just angry attitude.Very disappointed customer!

Great display of lights! The driving in and out of the parking onto either hwy 2 or reserve drive takes a lot of patience! Huge assortment of lights and fans! This place is a much better place for options compared to home depot and Lowes. A lot more high end!

Working with Stacy and her staff at Alpine Lighting Center was a pleasure. In 2009, we built a house from the ground floor up. Stacy did an excellent job designing the lighting in our entire house. She suggested light fixtures almost as if she could read our minds and saved us money where she could. She coordinated her efforts with our electrician; they worked very well together. She was the consummate professional in every way. My husband and I cant say enough good things about Stacy and Alpine Lighting Center. As a matter of fact, were having her do some upgrades to the lighting in the new home were moving into!

I have lived in this valley for 37 years and this lighting store has always been the best for quality lighting and home decor not to mention the incredibly friendly staff! Highly recommended

Terrible customer service...my $2k order was placed incorrectly...the salesperson blamed me for inaccuracy of order......this small town store reminded me of why I shop at Box Stores.
