On a Friday afternoon, the spring on my garage door snapped. I could not get my car out of the garage and Kalispell Overhead Door came to my rescue. Mike and his technician arrived as soon as they were available and went above and beyond to get the door open for me. In a crazy busy valley, and garage technicians who have more service calls than they can keep with, there are still great people who go out of their way to help their neighbors. Very good experience! My initial impression with the staff initially looking for garage doors was good, they were friendly and helpful to answer all my questions. When I selected my door and had it installed, the gentleman that installed the door was wonderful!! He was so nice and did a fantastic job! A few months after the install was having some minor hiccups with the door and the same installer came out within a couple days to take a look, fixed it and I was all set. He did a great job and was such a pleasure!!! Would definitely recommend to others.

Two installers with terrible attitudes showed up to put in my garage door. Neither really seemed to know what they were doing. This was demonstrated by the door not being able to support itself and falling to the floor instead of staying up. Had to have door readjusted by same two guys, now with worse attitudes. (Maybe do it right the first time?) Door still adjusted improperly. Not enough tension on the springs to hold it up.

They have come through many times over the years for emergency commercial repair. They have fixed doors with damage you would not believe. Their years of experience shows. Two thumbs up for Kalispell Overhead Door.

Ran in on my lunch break with a broken spring for a garage door after a competitor refused to sell me one. They made me one while i waited and checked that i had what i needed to install it. They were able to tell me down to the number of turns i would need to perfectly tension the spring all by looking at the old spring. Door is fixed and holds itself up perfectly.

My door ceased to work. I called them about 1:00 on a Friday. They came to my place in whitfeish, figured out the giant spring which enables the door to be lifted was broken, measured the part , went back to kalispell, built the replacement spring, returned to my place and installed it. Alll in about 2-3 hours so i could use my garage for weekend. And for a reasonable price and in such a remarkably friendly way. They are the best
