The whole staff there is amazing! I love them all! Trish has helped me pick out so many beautiful pieces. The goldsmith on site, Lisa, is seriously the best in the business. I am rough on my jewelry and she always has a smile, and the love for her job is evident in her craftsmanship. I will always recommend this place, best jewelry shop in the valley for certain!

All the employees here were amazing! Came in and found my perfect engagement ring. Was supposed to take two weeks to get sized but they surprised me and bumped me up since I have to head back to texas this week. I cant express how grateful I am. Highly recommend Jensens!! The ladies in there are so friendly!! I just went in to get a bracelet polished and little did they know I’d been a bit down before going in. Between them they totally lifted my spirits and I came away with a big smile! Excellent service!!

Super frustrated and disappointed. Staff is friendly, but they dont stand behind their work. The one carat diamond fell out of my wedding ring on year 7 and they wont replace it. I had the warranty but because I cant produce one cleaning card, they say that is void. SHouldnt your wedding ring last more than 7 years? Well be replacing the diamond and getting it fixed elsewhere.

Wonderful service and friendly! While I was looking, my jewelry all got cleaned. I went in looking for an anniversary present . Anniversary was less than a week away and I had the stone to be used. Found the perfect setting and they got it in the next day asd their Master Jeweler was able to set it that day.

Very helpful people. I went there not knowing anything about a piece of jewelry I have. When I left I knew what it was about how much it was worth and they even cleaned it for me. I was very happy with how friendly and quick the costumer service was at first but when I realized these people can’t even install a battery correctly it was a little alarming. I brought in a Casio g shock, and when they installed it, the back screws were overly tightened so the face inside was crooked and the buttons on the side stuck when pressed in. No offer of a refund after driving all the way back.

The pricing was relatively high but they were really willing to work with my budget also keeping in mind my ideas and styles I was looking for. Im a pretty fussy jewelry buyer. I can look at hundreds of things before I find anything that I like enough to buy. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and I looked all over for something special but found nothing. We were in Kalispel shortly after our anniversary and happened into Jensen. The salesperson was excellent (offered to clean my wedding set, not pushy but still helpful). I happened to see a ring guard that I loved. It was only $900 (a steal as I almost never find jewelry I like in that price range). It looks fabulous with my engagement ring solitaire and gives it a completely different look. Im thinking that over time I could get a few different ring enhancers like this. I love my original set and will still wear it but its fun to have some variety this way.

I am so pleased with this store. Brayden and Trish helped my husband and I find the perfect ring. We found a 1 ct, very good quality, diamond ring and band for the most affordable price I could have ever imagined. We saved so much money that my husband got a new ring too. :-). The customer service was amazing. Brayden and Trish made us feel like we were the only customer even though the store was busy. They were very knowledgeable and not pushy, infact, we even went home to think on it overnight and felt no pressure. We financed the jewelry without any problems. (They have in-house financing which is amazing) My ring was promised to me tomorrow (it was being sized and soldered) I ended up getting it today so it was a day early and the work was flawless. I was disappointed because they keep computer records but could not find mine so even though they fixed my ring that broke shortly thereafter since I had no receipt I had to pay again.
