In the past I have gone to the same Verizon store because I do excavation and break my phone a lot and lose it or bury it. Ive had bad experiences there before with being shined and I think it has something to do with the prepaid. I expected the same result today and when I walked in. The entire crew was like walking into a local store where everybody knew each others name. The three of them took care of getting me a phone back with ease. Mark was fantastic. I could tell that he was dealing with some pretty crazy customers right before me and still had an amazing amount of drive, respect and positive energy and he helped me and it was super quick and he was just out of this world amazing and I really really appreciate you Mark thank you very much.!!!

Despite a pretty long wait, they made is convenient by checking in, being able to leave and then calling when there was one person in front of me. Tony was amazing!! He was fun to work with!!! He is really likable, even my teenager enjoyed him and she was very happy he helped her get her phone working. Thanks Tony!!! You’re the BEST!!

I have had to come in twice to buy a new phone over the last year due to my own fault and upon walking in both times I had to do by appt only which was 4 days out at the time so I went to the other location and was able to have a phone in hand and out the door within 30 minutes.

Verizon is smart. Theyve set their phone lines to where you can NEVER speak to a human (no matter what their information says) All I want to do is set up an appointment but they wont even allow any message information. So far this company is a total pain in the @ss.

Refused me service as I have a disability and can NOT wear a mask. Told me to wait outside. I asked if They would help me outside and they refused. Was told repeatedly to put a mask on after I continued to tell them I have a health condition that prevents me from wearing one. Direct violation of the ADA! Will be calling corporate and complaining. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE everyone who is having the same issue with this store to do the same. The MONTANA mask mandate is over! You are not located in California! You are in Montana and the mandate, WHICH IS NOT LAW BUT ADA IS, is done per the Governor! If you want friendly version store to help IN PERSON, go to the one in evergreen! They said they are continuing to have people complain about this store and they will help gladly!

Paying everything off and switching to a different provider immediately. My brand new phone is broken and I literally cant do anything about it because the store is appointment only and every time I make an appointment they cancel it with literally no explanation. I just get an email that says my appointment has been canceled. Absolute unbelievable trash customer service.

Ive been paying 2x what I should for a phone line with Verizon for 10 years now. I accepted it as I always had a local store I could go to for service. I walked into that store today to activate another phone/add a phone line for my daughter. They said they would not help me because I am medically exempt from wearing a face diaper. Im going to Walmart and moving my phone lines to Straight Talk since I can get 2 lines for what Ive been paying for just 1 with Verizon. Pandering to the scare tactics of the media is more important than my money to Verizon. Thats fine with me.

For context, when I was around 20 had gotten my own phone plan.. unfortunately after the first few months had to upgrade my phone. Well at some point they tacked on hidden fees that they say I was warned about- WRONG. Tried to charge me over 300$ for a single line. Not again. Good luck to anyone else.

My father was challenged with a unique cell phone situation that I was unable to assist him with remotely. I decided to contact the local Verizon store to see if they could be of assistance. Nadine was very understanding of the situation and provided me with some tools to try first before arranging an appointment. Ultimately, my father still needed to bring in his cell phone for assistance and was very happy with the service received. Colton was incredibly patient with him and resolved the challenge with his flip phone within thirty minutes. I would like to thank both of them for their assistance and exceptional service, even during these unique times of social distancing.

I break my phone more than I would like to admit but the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about products and can help narrow down what might be best for customers. Lost a star for recommended products that arent in stock or arent being sold because of new releases coming up, just a corporate communication issue.

Verizon is a money hungry, predatory business. Like usual, they started charging me for a tablet I paid to discontinue service on 2 years ago after I lost it. They told me my bill will show the tablet but I can disregard it. Well, fast-forward today and I’m being called demanding I pay them a chunk of money. This company better be afraid when the government starts an antitrust crusade because they will be the first ones on the guillotine.

Making a 90+ year old lady stand outside without even offering her a water or anything in 90° weather is absolutely ridiculous. She was definitely too nice to leave a review. Shutting off a phone with no warning or sent messages about the potential upgrade for the phone being too old to work on towers is so wrong. I have spent literally 5 hours on the phone in the store and waiting to get into the store today for them to then try and charge me an upgrade fee when the nice lady from the phone earlier was going to send it free? Absolutely not. Verizon has become a joke! Getting prices from competitors to get out of this phone plan right now.

Staff in the store are super helpful, but the Verizon experience has been miserable so far.I was issued a new phone number which (apparently) recently belonged to a prior customer and receive 10-15 texts and calls a day for the prior owner.If Verizon is going to issue recycled numbers as policy (sketchy practice, IMO), it should use more dated numbers.

Theyre doing their best with the curbside pickup. I purchased 2 new phones on 09/17/20. After a few hiccups Im very happy with the process. If you struggle with purchasing online I highly recommend you call Verizons sales department. Even if you dont struggle however you want to confirm youre getting the best deal possible. I actually preferred making the purchase over the phone and picking it up curbside. I didnt feel sales pressure, I didnt feel rushed, and the sales rep was even able to call me back at my convenience. My order was ready for pickup a few short hours later.

Been trying to get a hold of someone for hours!!! Im starting to wonder why I even switched to this carrier. The line stays quiet, and you wait, and wait, wait some more, oh wait let me check again.....wait some more. I can see that you are responding to these bad reviews, but are you actually making contact to fix them? Do you even care? My guess is no. My recommendation is if you are at the end of your contract. Close it and go somewhere else.

Went to get my son a new phone. Cant wear a mask for MEDICAL REASONS, told me I cant come in even tho only serve 1 person at a time. Straight out refused me service because I cant wear a mask. I even offered proof of negative test result for covid. Told me I had to wear a mask or leave. So I did.

I went to the store since I had broken my old phone. They got me in and out in a matter of ten minutes! When I showed up I was wearing a mask however somewhere along the way from home and the store I lost my mask. The next day I went back (wearing my work uniform) to ask if they had found it. The lady said no. Two days later one of the employees was so kind as to bring me a new one from their store while I working:) it made my day:)!

I moved. In 2019.. verizons service did not work.. a customer service representative said it would improve. They were working on the network here.. was not true.. 9 months later it was 10 times worse.. in May I spoke to a supervisor. He informed me to change service providers and after verizon would send me a box to return devices, and they would clear out my bill.. Its october.. I have not received a box.. the corporate stores dont answer phone calls.. and general customer service cant do anything. And I live over 100 miles from a corporate store.. Verizon did not keep its promise.. instead I was turned into collections. And have received nothing but excuses from Verizon.. today the rep had the gul to suggest I restart service.. I asked if he was on drugs.. after lies and being treated this way.. right.. never again.. Id go without a phone first..

Fast and friendly greeting. Greeter was interesting and fun to talk to while we waited. Our problem was fixed in a timely manner and our new smart watches were added to our plan quickly. Ashley even took a look at my eligibility for discounts and ways to save me money on my plan. There are a few Verizon locations in my area, but this is the only store I like, and prefer to go here even though its a farther drive.

I cant say enough about the quality team at Verizon. This particular store has exceptional customer service, making each person feel listened to and respected. If issues ever arise, which is seldom, this store gets me right in. They ensure everyones safety by enforcing covid guidelines in a way that doesnt feel demanding or cumbersome. Ive been a loyal Verizon customer for many years, and it saddens me to discover how bad their customer service is. Theyve intentionally laid people off who could be assisting with the needs of its customers. Unless youre calling to sign up as a new customer, its practically impossible to speak to a human being over the phone. They insist that you use their digital assistant, which simply isnt capable of helping with Verizon.com account sign-in issues. The staff at this store have always been very nice and helpful, but the Verizon corporation is another thing. After purchasing a Verizon Samsung Galaxy phone a few months ago I learned that Verizon has intentionally-- and for no good reason, disabled system check features that are normally built into Samsung phones. That was a shock and a big disappointment, but now after trying three different numbers for help to sign in to my account, and being unable to reach a single human being, I realized then that the companys claim of valuing its customers is merely empty words.

Total disaster. I went in to have my paid off T-Mobile phone switched from T-mobile to Verizon. The guy switched my phone cutting off my T-Mobile service before checking to see if my phone was unlocked from T-mobile. It was locked and it took me a week with no phone service other than public WiFi to get T-Mobile to unlock my phone. This sale agent should have known better. I finally had the guys at Verizon in Missoula help me to get this mess straightened out.

6/20/2018 - Had another great experience with this Verizon store. I found the staff to be exceptional and friendly as well as helpful. Very appreciative to the service and care from your store staff.Helpful staff. Store can be extremely busy. I have had the best luck getting the least waiting time showing up right before the store closes (sorry store staff). There are certain things that they can not take care of in person that must be done either online or over the phone with the Verizon central hub. They have always been helpful at walking me through what I need to do when they are not able to handle it in store.

I visited this store mid part of December. I went in because they had a Google Cardboard give away. I went in expecting some hard sell. Instead, I spoke with a young lady that looked at my plan and said what I had was already the best. I asked about the Nexus 6p and she told me exactly what I would need if I were to use it on the Verizon network.I was impressed with this sales person. Usually I avoid the corporate stores. But, I left this store pleasantly surprised. Hopefully, the other sales personnel are the same. Ill check them out at a later date.

I went in to purchase an Apple Watch but they did not have the demo working to show how the cellular worked. I was assured that if I purchase it elsewhere, they can still activate and provide the promotional 3 months waived for cellular activation. (its only 30 bucks, but still.)I purchased it elsewhere, mainly because it takes forever for someone to see you at Verizon. I went back in to inquire about the activation and promotion, I was told I can only get it if I purchased it through verizon and I would have to do it through the monthly payment instead of paying up front. I mentioned that I was told otherwise. They replied they were wrong, no apology just very matter of fact.So, I left and activated my apple watch at home with cellular and found out that I am available for the promotion (3 months waived).On top of that, I had asked about protection, which is 11 dollars a month. I asked about apple care, their response was that its the same and that they dont do a one time fee anymore. This is not true, which is the other reason why I purchased my apple watch elsewhere...again, the customer rep was not apologetic when I told her about it.Personally, I wont go to this particular store to purchase anything from them. They dont know their product well and their service is lacking.

Figure out how to stream line your services!! We all have better things to do then wait in line for an hour as 2 people try to solve 50+ people’s phone problems. I had to go to this place twice in order to verify some information regarding my account and payment. The first time I went I was told that I needed additional information in order to keep the records up to date. I cant recall what exactly was missing but upon returning the next day I complained about it and was told that the sales representative spoke in error as she was newly hired. Although disappointed that it took an extra day to sort everything out I was able to leave Verizon satisfied with the outcome.

As a business customer who can not always come into the store, and have been calling for days now with no luck what so ever getting anyone to answer the phone to help me to say the least is very unprofessional and down right lazy. And think all I wanted to do was spend my money with you and add another line and purchase another phone, very poor service, I would jump ship if there was another provider in my area with good cell service. I guess I will have to make a 3 hour round trip drive to Kalispell and go into the store myself to get what I need done!

Horrible customer service. Wait times are ridiculous. More than half of the time theyre trying to send you off to be someone elses problem. I was told before that they dont do batteries. Well they do you just have to talk to a manager. While waiting to see if they do my problem I watch more than half of the clients coming in leave in a Huff because theyve been turned away. I never leave Verizon happy. Even if Ive just gotten a new phone it was a struggle to get that far and the experience alone is draining.

This store and staff is awesome.I was on vacation in Glacier National Park. My phone began giving me an odd error message and I took it to this store in a panic; knowing I had to drive 32 hours cross-country to get back home. I had only had the phone a month and the team here stepped outside of typical policy and replaced my phone in store. They stood to make 0 money from the situation but did what they could to get me up in running. Customer service like this is rare, but it will never be forgotten.

They told me it would be about an hour wait. I left to run an errand and got a text telling me I would be notified when I was next in line. Returned 45 minutes later to be told my wait time would be an hour because they already called my name. I said I didnt get the notification that I was next in line. He told me, you only get the notification if youre there when they call your name. If I was there why would they need to text me to tell me Im next? BS!

Immensely unhelpful. I came in to attempt to activate a phone, only to be told it couldnt be done and was given some vague advice. I then spent 3 hours talking with a verizon help representative on the phone who gave me some instructions on what to do, the first of which was return to the store. I told them what the rep told me, they said they couldnt do it (without trying anything), and said I should call a verizon help representative. Ill be switching to a different service provider the first moment one becomes avaliable.
