The people we worked with were great. Deliveries were on time. The lumber materials were not all A grade. I was disappointed in the quality of some of the lumber.

Been purchasing hundreds of dollars of lumber there this week. Needed three straight 2×6 boards, and was told very rudly you cant sort through boards! and the guy at the front desk said very rudly to me and my employee take your buisness elsewhere I am a local post frame contractor, that was going to be going through the company spending tens of thousands of dollars on lumber and other materials at this kalispell location. I will now be taking my buisness elsewhere, as I do not get to choose the quality of lumber I am seeking for the jobs I am doing.

Customer service is terrible. I asked “Travis” if they had an item in stock and was told “nope”. Then I asked Travis if he knew when it would be in stock and was told “nope”. Finally asked Travis if he could find out when the item would be in stock and was told “nope”. I’d rather spend $1,000+ dollars at a place like this, instead of Lowe’s or Home Depot, but Travis obviously doesn’t care about his place of work. Too bad, but not surprising anymore.

The Badger build center designed a pole barn package for me that exceeded my expectations. I worked with Forest and he was very patient with me and my lack of experience. He walked me through each step of the build process. I would highly recommend this build center for all your construction projects. These guys know their stuff.

Badger Building Center is a great place for meeting all your building needs especially if youre a contractor but even if your homeowner looking to do some repairs or small projects. theyre locally-owned very friendly and tend to be less expensive than other local building centers and sometimes even than the corporately-owned chains. a lot of my contractor and building friends shop here.
