I haven’t had my water softener long but I’m very happy so far. Mike came and gave us a quote, was very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions. The boys that installed the unit Aaron and Brie (I’m sorry for spelling your name wrong) they were great! Came right on time, quickly installed everything, and walked me through all the details. I’m extremely happy with this company and the professional/ friendly employees- thank you

I had a rental unit from Culligan known as an iron soft i have iron at 1ppm very treatable. I continued to have iron bleed and hard water problems all they could do for me was give me garbage iron out softener cleaner and tell me nothing was wrong with their equipment. Very disappointing.

Always fast and courteous and they now offer curbside pickup.

Best water service company in the valley. Service is beyond anything I have experienced with any other company. They go all the way to make sure that your needs are met and any issue or concerns are resolved. Simply amazing when to compared to other companies of any type. Joe at the Kalispell office is outstanding!

Had Terry come out on July 24th and he was amazing! He came when he said he would, we werent there, we were delayed. He came back an hour later and immediately did a great job, was polite and left NO mess for me to clean up! Thank you Terry and Culligan! Dan & Terry J

Good products, reliable and stable. Good customer service, prompt and direct. All in all, a good outfit and I have been a customer since 2000 when I purchased my softener.

Unprofessional Bait and switch

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Wanted to get home delivery set-up, no one would respond. The one day they just show up with the water. Was given a delivery schedule. Said date has come and gone (2 days past due now). Sent an email asking when I could really expect them -no response.

I visited quality Waterworks AKA Culligan to inquire about replacing my 5 gallon water containers they do service many different businesses and homes throughout the valley with Queen refreshing water I found their prices to be extremely high however since I could find cheaper sealed bottles at Super 1 and other grocery stores as well I can refill my 5-gallon across the street at Rosauers for less than $5

Its really wonderful to have water experts of this caliber in the community.Thank you for all you do Culligan.
