I called about a external fuel tank on my 2021 HD 3500. Said he was busy and will get back to me the next day. Didnt hear a word. Text back said he would call me back again in the morning. That never happened again. Can you imagine if you had a service issue what kind of run around you would get? Does not have time for customers because youre too busy. 🤣. Wait till business is down and the owner is confused what happened to his business?

Would not recommend this shop for work. Did not have a good experience with the repairs (or lack there of) and after a number of calls and trips back to the shop was not able to resolve the issue. Lost my business for good.

I would never recommend this place!! I went to inquire about buying a light bar for my car and to find out a little more information about light bars before actually purchasing one. The guy I spoke with the first time was very knowledgeable and assured me that they did not have any that I could buy from them directly, that I would have to buy the bar & kit online and bring it in for installation because no places in Kalispell area stock them. I went back a month later to talk to him again and a different guy was in the office and from the second I walked in he was rude and a jerk. I am a fan of buying and supporting local businesses but since the other guy told me they did not have any I could buy from them, I looked some options up on amazon and wanted to get their opinion on it before I purchased the bar & kit. The second guy assured me that the first guy was Not one of their employees and he did not want my business because I was looking to buy the parts online. I politely explained everything to him and he just sat in his chair and said we dont want your business, you can leave now. I promptly left and will never go back there again. If I could give negative stars I would! AWFUL!!!

I was looking at a consignment boat and requested to test drive it. After the test drive I offered, what I thought was,a fair price. Jubal, the salesman and I believe owner, became upset and inferred I had wasted his time. What are they in business for if they dont want to afford a person the opportunity to test a boat before buying it. He was trying to pass off an older, not well cared for, below average boat as a classic and became insulted when I pointed out the obvious. My cousin had warned me about his demeanor, but I figured I would give him the benefit of the doubt. I did and will never go back to the business again. He should be ashamed of his customer service!!!

As a vendor doing business at City Beach in Whitefish, you could have a little respect for the neighbors and requests to limit the idling of your truck. We run a diesel for our business and dont leave it running during cell phone calls or waiting around for clients to show up. Too bad your big truck doesnt compensate for your small manners.

My experience hmm, well not much, brought my boat here in November 2016, here it is April 2018 these guys dont follow through, call you and keep you updated on their progress and when you call and ask whats up the owner yells at you like its your fault they are irresponsible and dont do what they said they are capable of doing, so if you bring your off road vehicle here, your likely to get yelled at by an owner with Napoleon sydrom, not get your vehicle back for a couple years, and definitely not be informed of the progress or lack thereof and left wondering for a indefinite amount of time. Still waiting summer is almost here again. This is my experience with this shop.
