Great service. Brought in 2 cars simultaneously for service. The The 08 Accord was finished in less than an hour allowing my wife to head home. My 16 Pilot required some warranty work which was promptly finished in good time. Since that work took over 3 hours, Corwin shuttled me between their dealership and a local theater where I enjoyed an excellent movie while I waited. A very productive day getting these vehicles serviced!

I called Corwin regarding a vehicle they had listed on Autotrader. I spoke with Robert Saaverdra. Robert was easy to talk with, forthright, prompt and not pushy! Although the vehicle I inquired about eventually sold to another buyer, I thought, if I lived in the Kalispell area, Id buy a car from that guy. I recommend you ask for Robert when you call Corwin. I went into the dealership after work, just to browse as I knew it was pretty late (6:00pm) and wasnt really expecting to leave with any vehicles. I had initially messaged and someone had answered and then let me know they were heading out for the day. So I truly wasnt expecting to leave with a vehicle. But Elijah was incredibly helpful, and was willing to work with me despite how late it was. Monte in financing was also incredibly helpful. I left that night with a beautiful 2012 Chrysler 200.And then the worst fear a person buying a used car could have occurred- engine troubles. The car began stalling when stopping or in reverse and it became a worry that it wouldnt be safe to drive this new to me vehicle. So I reached out and was helped by Randy, who let me use a vehicle for the day while they took a look at my car. After a few hours, Kelly in service called me and told me everything was all set for pick up. When I arrived, Kelly talked me through what they thought was wrong, that they had fixed it, and sales had taken care of the expense since the vehicle was purchased a couple of days ago. By far the nicest experience Ive had with a dealership and I am grateful that they were willing to help me out when I called. These situations are stressful and they definitely made me feel better about it.I am very appreciative of the teamwork and help from everyone. Especially to Randy for understanding me through my crying (its been a stressful week and he handled the phone call with grace haha) and Elijah for being the most down to earth and friendly sales people Ive met. :)

This experience having our CRV serviced was great. We were greeted by Kent and had interactions later with Jeff; all of which were very professional. They were friendly, gave us a clear timeline of when to expect the service to be complete (which was actually even earlier than originally quoted!) and were quick to apply the mailer coupon we had and mention the warranty on the work that was completed. Unexpected sensor failure brought me to Corwin Honda late on a Friday. I was greeted warmly by the service department staff and the diagnosis and repair plan for my vehicle was started. Tom in parts ordered the replacement and had the part shipped overnight, while Shelly in service arranged my repairs. The part arrived the following business day at 1100am and the repairs and recommended service was completed by 500pm. Job well done by everyone in service and parts at Corwin Honda..

My service visit was a proforma oil change + 17 point inspection. My service contact was Dave who made my time at the dealership a positive one. Spent time answering my plethora of mechanical questions about my Ridgeline. He is an asset to the service dept. My mechanic was Mellisa (sic?) who is a sharp young female auto mechanic and brought to my attention the burnt-out high beam bulb which I knew about for over a year but no one else caught it but her from my previous oil change visits. Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I have had two terrible encounters with Corwin of Kalispell and would not recommend anyone to their business. Today, after being called specifically for a trade in event, we decided to stop by and see what the value of our car would be with an acclaimed up to 110% over asking price as their slogan for the weekend. We were first greeted by some pushy, loud, and downright rude individual at the door who belittled us and was condescending the entire time while we attempted to squeeze in clarifying questions. He spent more time talking than listening to what we were even in for. Then, we were passed on and forced down some random rabbit hole while our main focus of getting our car valued was ignored. When it finally came to pricing out the car, they gave an insultingly low figure that was astronomically lower than Kelly Blue Book priced the car at. Stay clear of this place if you want a good deal.

I’m never doing business with corwin Honda ever again. I advise anyone I know with a family who doesn’t want scammed to go there as well. A week ago I went in and bought a car, signed all the paperwork, gave them the down payment, I got the key, the info for our title. It was or car. Well we just got a call that there is a ten day clause and they can ask for more money and if you say no you have to take the car back. They want $9,500 down for this car now that we already own and since obviously I’m not going to pay HALF of the cars worth as a down we have to turn it back in. What a scam to my family. How is this even legal?!?! I’ve also never ever heard of needing half down on a car, EVER!

Our service rep David was excellent!!!!He scheduled our appointment 2 weeks ahead of time to make sure all the parts were in stock.He had a loaner car ready and warmed up for us when we got to the dealership!!!He was very friendly and took the extra time to make sure we had all of our concerns and questions addressed.Our vehicle had to stay an extra two days because the parts department had not made sure one of the recall parts was actually in stock, but that was not on David!!! David went above and beyond to take care of us and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way!!!I have hired many employees in my life and David is top notch when it comes to customer service!!! Honda does not use a system that records work done at other Honda dealerships. Very surprising when this type of technology should be available. So without this information it was suggested that I have some systems flushed and fluids replaced...which I authorized only to check my service records and they were done on the previous service at a different Honda dealership to the tune of a couple hundred dollars. Please check your records.

So, I guess Im one of a small number of people who had a terrible experience at this place, but I thought others should be made aware of the issue I encountered. After a couple of years of positive experiences with the service department, Corwin Honda Kalispell has lost me as a customer forever. I had my usual oil change and maintenance check and the printed report generated by the service technician showed that my brake pads were in good shape and had months of wear left on them. Less than 3 weeks later, there was a terrible grinding sound coming from the left rear wheel that was worse with braking. I telephoned Corwin and asked if I could bring my vehicle in to have that checked. The service technician that I spoke with pulled up my account and told me that since my brake pads had plenty of material left on them, there was most likely a small stone caught in the rotor assembly but that they couldnt get me in for another week. With me so far? Thats TWO service techs a couple of weeks apart telling me that there is documentation in their records that my brake pads were fine. Within a few days, the sound was so terrible that I was afraid of doing irreparable damage to the rotor, so I did a walk-in at Les Schwab. The technician took a quick look and instantly saw that both rear pads were completely gone, and the sound I was hearing was metal grinding on metal. The cost to replace both rotors, which were damaged beyond repair, was almost $600, and all because a lazy service technician at Corwin Honda failed to identify the need for new brake pads just a couple of weeks earlier. Shortly thereafter, a Corwin rep contacted me to schedule my next appointment and I mentioned what had happened, but she just delivered a canned apology along the lines of, So sorry for your negative experience. Ill pass your concern along to my supervisor, but nothing was ever done about the problem. Im done with Corwin Honda Kalispell. The end.

The staff was very friendly (George Jenkins was the sales person)... I purchased a used vehicle that had just been traded in and was not able to take it home the day of the purchase. They needed to put it through safety testing to ensure everything was good. There was a rear light in need of replacement and the part was taking longer than they anticipated so I was offered to get my car and bring it back for repair. Once the part came in I made an appointment with the shop, brought the car in and was back on the road in just over an hour. The one thing that kept this from being a 5 star experience is that I was the one who initiated most of the calls. It was a very fast and friendly experience. I highly recommend them and would return in the future if I decide to purchase another vehicle.

Definitely the best dealership in the valley. I have been working with my salesman for over a year, looking for just the right car. He took the time to actually listen to my needs and understand my situation, rather than throwing us in the first car that popped up.After finding the perfect car, the service team was thorough and efficient, they got the car running up to standards, replaced the tires with good quality all season tires, replaced the windshield, buffed and detailed the car, at no extra cost! The only hiccup was that the detail work was NOT spot on, and there were stains, garbage, and a few places that hadnt been hit by the vaccuum left. However, on the day of the detail I had pressured for the car to be done sooner, so it could have been due to lack of time.Overall a very satisfied customer, who will plan to return to the dealership for my future car needs.

This is a thriving Honda dealership with a very professional atmosphere, and this is on a Saturday! It is clean and well organized inside and out, and offers a very good selection of vehicles. As we live 135 miles away, almost everything was handled over the phone. They gave us a fair trade in on our 2018 CR-V, had the paperwork ready to sign, and the new vehicle in the showroom on display for us when we arrived. I had an overall great experience at Corwin in Kalispell. Super friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure they understood what I was looking for and that I was comfortable and I ended up purchasing a vehicle that I love. Only downside is that the original vehicle that I wanted was offered to me and a time was set up to meet and test drive it the next day- but when I showed up I was told that they had gone ahead and posted it online and someone had bought it sight unseen out from under me. TerribleBought a brand new car. We had looked under the hood and detected the new vehicle had been jumped before. When we went for a test drive car wouldn’t start. We asked for them to replace the battery since we were driving the car back to CA. They insisted that a quick recharge of the cells would be sufficient. We left in good hopes. We woke up low and behold the battery is bad. Had to spend money out of pocket for replacement battery. That’s just the beginning with this crooked dealership. My sales slip didn’t match up. I had signed paperwork on an agreed price point with a set monthly payment. When my first payment became due I was expected to pay 100$ more per month. Also, in the deal they had promised CA sales tax and registration fees was going to be taken care of by them. When paperwork came in from the DMV no fees were ever paid leaving me responsible with over 3500 of unexpected costs. The worst of it is I called for 3 weeks and was promised it was paid and a check was sent. It never was.... ALL LIES. They are crooks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They are not true on their word or paperwork for that matter.

Do NOT trust this dealership. WORST car experience weve ever had! Would give zero stars if possible. (Go to Larry H. Miller Honda in Spokane, WA instead!!)We went into Eisinger ready to trade our car for a new Civic but were told that there wasnt a single model in the trim & color we wanted in the entire northwest. After about 10 minutes of online searching we were able to locate several within 300 miles that met our exact specifications. We contacted Eisinger with the listings we found & the price we were willing to spend, wanting to give them our business instead of traveling to one of the other dealerships. The salesman got back to us saying they were getting one for us & even had us pay a $500 deposit to secure the car, giving us the impression it was a done deal. The next day he called asking us to come in so we brought a cashiers check for the difference, ready to seal the deal right then and there. After wasting hours of our time (in addition to the hours we already spent the week before), they came back with an offer well above what we originally agreed upon. Extremely frustrated, we walked out and drove to Spokane a couple days later. The guys at Larry H. Miller Honda were great to work with and helped us get the car we wanted for the price we were willing to spend (all over the phone) in a fraction of the time spent with Eisinger. The drive to Spokane is well worth it!!!!

They went above and beyond to help us when we got a flat tire on our way to Glacier National Park. They could not locate a tire for our new Passport, so they gave us one off of a Passport they had there. Saved us having to wait 3 or more days for a tire to be ordered. As a result we were able to continue our trip itinerary as planned. Thank you so much to everyone at this dealership!! Truly a great staff and super customer service. You guys saved us. Steve ( the service mgr,) was very efficient and courteous. Maintenance was performed ,as required and requested, in a timely manner. Cost was competitive and replacement parts (Honda battery) are good quality. Only one issue - when the old battery was removed no circuit was temporarily connected resulting in the loss of all radio and seat settings.

(UPDATE)Husband totaled out his car so we needed a new one.. we both work full time and have to have a reliable vehicle each. No trade in this time and they did amazing! George was once again our salesman and helped us get into a new vehicle fast! We live 2 hours away and we had all the paperwork down by mail so when we went to the dealership to pick up his New Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, it was all ready to go!! Definitely a great place to go!-------2nd trade-in there in the last 2 years! Very professional team! They did everything possible to help us find a vehicle in our price range and get us the best interest rate and payments possible! George was our salesman for both trade-ins and he worked above and beyond! Highly recommended!
