Overall had a positive experience. Our carpet is nice quality carpet. Ron our carpet installer did a great job! We so appreciated his hard work, experience and kind soul. Whenever I emailed with questions, Kate was quick to respond. I loved the convenience of Kate coming to my home and doing all the leg work for me, she was great to work with as well. There were no surprises or hidden costs.

Wonderful service from real professionals at a fair price! Our new kitchen floor and carpeting are very high quality. Our installer did an above-and-beyond job for us, even customizing the trim to match our original (1936) floors. They were courteous, on time, and pleasant people to have in our house—something that can be hard to find these days. We plan to use them again!

My wife and I had a fantasic experience with Floor Coverings international . Alex has an eye for detail and what will work in a space ,and Kate has a great eye and had us considering looks we hadnt initially considered, but ended up better than we couldve imagined ! Its now been several months and I thought of them and wanted to write a review reflecting the excellent wear of the carpet the product is not showing any signs of wear despite heavy use, and the pad (we opted for the best pad ) still feels luxurious. They are pros at what they do , and the convenience and time savings of skipping the big box stores to have them come to the house is well worth it .-Ton and Heather S

Kate from International Flooring was phenomenal! I had a quick turnaround time I needed carpeting installed and she made it happen! They met all timelines they said they would which is rare in this day and age. Kate also helped me choose a carpet and pad that was perfect for our needs. Her interior design background and experience was a huge benefit. Installation was prompt and I love the end product! I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I would recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone in the Kalamazoo area. Kate and her team of installers did a wonderful job of getting the job done quickly but also done the right way. They even offered to fix some closet doors after the carpet was raised. I was in a hurry to get my house sold and Kate made it her priority to get the job done before then. They have tons of options and Kate has great taste on what carpet goes well for your budget and also what it will look like compared to the color of your walls. Kate is a very knowledgeable professional and I am very happy with my new hardwood floors. The installers were professional and punctual too. I absolutely recommend this company.

There were pros and cons to my experience. Kate was very nice to work with and the carpet was ordered and installed very quickly. There was an issue with wrinkles in the hallway and the team came out and did the correction shortly after I called. I do have a couple of disappointments however. The seam runs through the middle of my living room and is very visible. There is now a small run in the carpet in the hallway, in a low traffic area and Im not sure how well the padding will do if you shuffle furniture.

All I needed was a new surface for my living room and I got it. These guys came on short notice, were very nice, not pushy. My wife and I picked the premium laminate and everything was done 4 days later. Highly recommend!

Excellent dealing with, and top quality carpet

Not the best experience. Kate did not communicate the particulars of the job to the installers, who were ill-prepared as a result. She then attempted to charge us $100 extra at the end of the job to compensate for the consequences of the installers not being prepared. Additionally, it took weeks and weeks to get the work started. It was not a smooth process and I will most likely not be doing business with this company again.
