I drive down there from Palm City to get the Apple Cinnamon muffins. They are delicious.

I absolutely love bagel sandwiches, and Brooklyn Water Bagel has some of the best in Jupiter. I got the Brooklyn which is sausage, bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel of your choice. The different components were layered throughout the sandwich and it was so good. The interior is small but the owners really did a good job keeping people spread out and the decor inside is really cool. I liked seeing all of the classic photos of NYC. I cant wait to go back!

Excellent, authentic NY style bagels and pastries. Iced coffee bar is amazing, with at least 6 different varieties, tons of cream options, and ice cubes made from coffee! Go early, this place gets really busy after 9AM. I love to go every time I visit Granny.

A good selection of bagels, plus NYC bakery standards like ruglach and black & whites. Nice atmosphere. Theyre not a real NY bagel but theyre the best Ive had in Florida over 9 years.

The customer service at this location is horrible.The manager and staff are very rude,they don’t use gloves or mask.Kitchen staff without mask also.The manager was very rude and the blonde lady cashier very very ignorant she start laughing when I complain.Well let see if they laugh when they receive the health inspection visit..

I will gladly give my business elsewhere! Due to medical conditions, I cannot tolerate a mask. To be yelled at to leave (I was not even asked nicely) is unacceptable. I hope more people stop patronizing this business and others, who refuse customers over this mask nonsense. If you are THAT afraid- STAY HOME. There are plenty of other establishments who do not act out in this manner. Brooklyn water bagels are rude, disrespectful, and unappreciative of their business. Goodbye! :)

Amazing bagels! We love coming here. However, there is NO social distancing and whats worse is several employees werent wearing their masks. Including one making the actual bagels. Gross...wont come back for a while now.

The customer service was incredibly rude, disrespectful and offensive not just towards me but towards my companions. The bagel itself was decent, but not worth the disrespect. I had also asked to speak to the manager multiple times, who never came out to address the situation as I waited at least 15 minutes.

Very sad that they couldnt get a simple bagel with Taylor ham correct. I paid for double ham, they burned most of it. Im also not sure how they managed the cut on the bagel. This was my first visit to this location. My usual location at PGA never disappoints, I think Ill stick to that one.

This place is pretty amazing. They have a huge selection of bagels, breakfast sandwiches and coffee. I chose the Chorizo sausage on an Asiago bagel and it was fantastic! The best part of the visit was the iced coffee. They have ice cubes made of coffee to prevent your drink from being watered down, Brilliant!

I love food, and I don’t turn my nose up at much, but the takeout breakfast sandwich I got here was gross. The cheese had melted beyond recognition into a cheese juice that soaked the bottom of bagel, I’ve never seen anything like that before. It actually makes me a little nauseous to think about it. I took a few bites and threw it away. I stopped here because I was running late to a nearby event, but next time I’ll wake up earlier and go to Maplewood or Bagel Bistro. They’re locally owned and the food is much better, fresher, and made with care.

Brooklyn water bagels are pretty good. They are very close to New York quality. You get a good consistent size and quality. The spreads and the nova are excellent. They give you freezer bags that will fit six bagels. So you can save them for quite a while.

Cashier seemed to be in a mood. Was just rude.

Good food when they get the order accuracy right. Several times orders were not what was specified, including ingredients that are an upcharge.Cashier offered to get manager to address issues, but never followed through on the offer.

Usually very good, this time everything was particularly great. All the food was at its best. Im a regular at the northlake store and this Jupiter one just outdid them by a margin. Worth the app.

The kids working there were nice but they couldnt get the order right... I didnt think the bagels were as good as Einsteins.

Easy to get merchandise and good bagels!

The best bagels in Florida, closest to Long Island. They are so good they do NOT have to be toasted. I notice everyone in Florida toasts their bagels. WRONG. Just try once without toasting. TRUST ME. It is a little pricey here but it is really worth it. It is SPOTLESS. Eating outside is allowed with dogs. You make your own egg creams. If you do not know how to make them, ask the staff and make one.

This was my first visit to this restaurant but wont be the last! I had the hot pastrami on rye with mustard...is there any other way?? It was delicious! The side of coleslaw was yummy.

This is the 3rd time I have visited this location and they have messed up our order. It has been a huge inconvenience for my staff and I when we return to our work place to find that the ENTIRE order is incorrect! Never once have they offered to refund our money or comp the next meal. The food here is quite pricey so that is additionally frustrating when we are paying a high price for the wrong food!As a business owner myself, if my staff or I made these mistakes continuously or even once, I would absolutely refund the money or offer something as an apology for the inconvenience. We will never return! We simply do not have the time to go back and forth or look bad to our clients who have also placed and order!

They have the best iced coffee with real coffee ice cubes! I love the wide variety of delicious bagels and its a real treat to come here. I love the new look its much better and less crowded.

Bagels are not up to New York City standards and on the chewy side. Also, the scallion cream cheese looked to be with chives instead of scallions. I have not tried any other bagel shops in the area yet, so I do not know if this is just a Florida bagel or if there a better bagels in the area.

This is the third I have given my home town business a chance and epic fail! I will go to North Lake Brooklyn Bagels from now on! Had to ask to warm up my order of eggs and cheese to eat in. Terrible food prep! Dont want to waist my money for a weekly treat!

Always a great time! The bagles are fantastic, as are the sandwiches and coffee. You may wait a bit in season time when we get invaded for the Norrherners, but its worth the wait.

Previous reviews had me excited to try this place as I recently moved down from the New Jersey / New York area and hadn’t found a decent bagel store yet. Unfortunately this one disappointed. Bagels were chewy, the bacon and sausage was microwaved. The theme of the store is nice. Staff were friendly. The food was nothing special.

Their iced coffee with ice cubes made of coffee is brilliant. Good wi-fi and nice atmosphere.

If your from the greater New York/Jersey area then these are the best bagels you can get. Great coffee always super busy in season but worth the trip. Personally I find their breakfast sandwiches terrible! Only can get eggs scrambled and the bacon is crumbled pieces of mush in the eggs. If you just want bagels and cream cheese or lox then this is the place! If you want a breakfast sandwich walk yourself over to the McDonalds in the same parking lot.

How could you possibly go wrong with BWB? Best, fresh-made bagels in town (even beats out the local joints!) along with iced coffee with coffee ice cubes. Not bad pricing either, considering Einstein will cost you at least double. Their Everything Bagel is the best! Clean and well staffed, can get crowded on Sunday mornings.

My dad and I came here near lunchtime, but got breakfast food and dined in. I had the Brooklyn which is a better and you can say an upgraded Mcdonalds McGriddle. Personally, I thought it was pretty great.My dad on the other hand, he gave pretty clear instructions, the cream cheese on the side and toast the bagel on both sides (to get it crispy). When the waiter(?) odd word to use for this business but the person who gives you your food at your table. The bagel wasnt toasted in both sides and the cream cheese was already spread on the bagel. The waiter(?) was able to take it back and bring back a toasted bagel on both sides.Other than miscommunication, this business probably has the best bagels in the city, hell, the waiter for bringing back (which he didnt have to) the proper bagel that was ordered which gives it a 5/5 instead of a 4/5 stars.

I used to live in NY so I am very picky with bagels. I have tried every place and I am proud to say this was my favorite. Everything is great. Coffee is very good also. I would recommend it to anyone

This place is pricie but it us in Jupiter. The bagels are most like Long Island. They do not need to be toasted like everyone does here.

I went in there for lunch on a rainy Saturday afternoon, may 19th.I was greeted with smiles from both the waitresses! I was helped with the menu, and served by a wonderful waitress named Luca . She was delightful and i was served very quickly ! The food was exactly as ordered, and it was fresh and delicious. I will definatly go back!And bring my friends!I highly recommend this restaurant!

IF YOU HAVE A DOG OR ARE A DOG LOVER - DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT.This morning, aft4er having brought my toy dog (10#) to pick up bagels for the3 last year, the manager, JOHN MORIN, approached me. There were 6 Jupiter cops having their nosh in the shop - no one else. In a load voice so the cops could hear MORIN said: Sir, You cannot have your dog in here unless it is a service dog - I will ask you to wait outside for your order. I was shocked at how loud and obnoxious he was. I was embarrassed - all the cops had turned around to look. I was mortified. I took my money and left. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN - NOR WILL I DARKEN A BROOKLYN BAGEL STORE IN MY LIFE.

This place sucks. Coffee sucks, service is Terrible, they got my order wrong twice.... And it was NOT a difficult order. Cant even say how the food is because they screwed up so many other things I never ate it. 💩
