After having large packages hanging from the mail box, placed under the mail box, placed on the side patio steps to be rained on and at the front door that is never used I called the manager. Now FED EX has plainly written on the box “*deliver @ house - complains”. I’m not sure if I should be impressed, happy, or mildly disappointed. The original note I was told on my account was they can’t make it in my driveway due to the stone pillars. Those pillars have been in place on this farm since 1918. So the newer drivers have been parking along the main road with coal trucks wizzing by then walking it back the lane to our house to be pitched anywhere. Little did the manager know we have an old friend and distant family that drives for them out of this location! He used to make it through our stone pillars and up the drive all the time.The stone pillars are 12’-7” wide.The distance between the lines on the road are 12’. So we have 7” more than what the road has for a “professional” CDL class B at minimum driver to “professionally” drive through. Can’t make it? Learn how to drive your vehicle. It takes a wide turn across the traffic from one direction to get in so you have to know to slow down and signal early and possibly wait till you can do this. They also said their was nowhere to turn around. There is a large spot to turn around on our circular drive. So it made me ask him how UPS, triple Axle extended Fuel truck, Propane truck, and this old farm boy and the cattle trailer or the tractor and multiple trailers or implements can all fit through the stone pillars and turn around.So I guess I’m mildly impressed they might have listened and there is a note so at a minimum to remind the drivers to take the package to the house.

It would be nice if they would deliver the packages to my address instead of my neighbors house. This has been a third time my neighbor brought over my package. Thank God there honest people cause I ordered a rare pair of Jordan sneakers that cost close to a grand. FedEx ignored all the safety things I had set in delivery. Like asking for ID. Absolutely pathetic.

I absolutely do not appreciate my packages being thrown at my door. I had this happen to me 3 times now I let the first 2 go thinking its fine but now Im furious. You have no idea what I ordered and whats in those boxes whether fragile or not!! STOP being lazy WALK to my door and place my package please and thank you!!

Far and wide the worst costumer service imaginable. An hour on hold, only to have someone answer, hang up before I could say a word, the call gets shuffled right back to the bottom of the pile. Absolutely never again..

Recieved my package and half the items were smashed and broken. The packed was even marked fragile. Definitely going through ups from now on. Terrible ethics with this company.

I had to drop off a pre-paid item for my sister. The employee we spoke to was well mannered! It made our drop off trip much easier!

They dont tell you on their door tags when theyre closed (1-2 pm every day, when they claim to be 9-5 which is just peachy if you have a job) nor do they tell you the address the package was meant for, so you wait an hour in the sun after taking off work for a package that wasnt even meant for your house in the first damn place. Seriously, use UPS or even the Post Office if you want customer service that wont add insult to injury.

Expecting a package today. Said it had a service delay so I have to wait another day. I called to inquire about the delay and it said because of the 2” of snow that fell the driver was unable to make my delivery. It’s 57 degrees and no snow on the ground. So who is lying.

Destroyed my delivery! Someone taped up the box up after it was dropped (damaging the contents), ripped completely open, and caved in!!! Instead of taking three more steps onto a covered porch, the box was also left in the rain- soaking the contents! I picture the beginning of Ace Ventura... Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic!!! ZERO STARS!!!

Nice office. The signage is poorly located and if you don not know where it is already, you will miss the turn. Be sure to use your GPS to find it, or youll drive right past it!

I had a pre-paid drop off package and didn’t wait long to hand it over to them. I can see where having break times listed on the door would be useful, as the other person said, but I was in at 3:40pm, so it wasn’t an issue.

I have had horrible experience with Fed-ex here in Pennsylvania! They dont know how to read addresses and continually deliver to my neighbors house by accident! Today I was expecting a package, saw the Truck go next door and beep the horn and then leave. I got an e-mail my package was delivered so I went next door to get it and it wasnt there! I called and the person at Fed-ex said it was miss delivered and they will call me and try again! Fed-ex called me an hour later and said the person didnt deliver it because a dog was barking at my house! Give me a break! Why couldnt he drive up to the house and beep the horn like he did by accident next store! Now I wont get the package until Wednesday and it is Saturday! Fed-ex sucks!

Good service and a good group of people on staff. If the company had any problems with shipping, they would always take care of it.
