Great service. Knowledgeable people

I bought my husband a new tank to start welding he took the new tank to Dale oxygen to be filled. But the rep.told him they only exchange tanks . He was given a old dinged up tank . Then the second trip they refilled the. Old banged up tank and that rep. said no we refill your tanks. So shouldnt Dale oxygen do what the customer wants them to do. I want my brand new orange tank back that I just purchased for my husband. I will be coming in on Monday to talk to.a supervisor about the new orange tank. 4-29-17. I would hope that this situation is going to be taken care of I will post what happens on Monday 5-1-17.
