Convenient place to shop in the area. Prices on deli meats are usually better priced here then surrounding stores, especially if particular item is on sale. I personally think other items are more costly if not on sale in the weekly ad. Bakery items are pretty enjoyable, cookies, donuts, etc. Staff is always friendly!

Food sold here all needs looked at before u buy it because every time I go here there is something spoiled in the stuff I got and Im not joking that last time was the milk and eggs and the time before that it was moldy cheese and spoiled yogurt and ranch dressing Im done shopping there

Market is well stocked. Meat is real nice. Vegetables are firm & fresh. The Deli has freshly made bread, really good cooked food for quick dinners & Pams donuts are awesome. The employees are always helpful & friendly. Im glad to live just blocks away.

Great place for groceries. Good prices and mostly good staff. I seem to have issues at the deli depending on whose working. Some are good and some not so much

The bakery is the best. Our favorites are their Italian bread, gob cakes, and vanilla or chocolate cakes with whip cream icing. I get cakes for all occasions here. They are always moist and delicious. We particularly enjoy the whip cream icing. Its just the right amount of sweetness with a perfect consistency.

The store is very clean, fair pricing. My only problem was the cashier didnt say hi or buy. Cashiers need to smile a little more. Other than that Ideal Market is a wonderful place.

The staff was very nice

The prices are high compared to the stores that I normally shop. They had bagels on a table in an isle that looked very good. I bought 2 packs. When I got home I noticed that they were to be refrigerated. A lot of the items in their clearance are were expired.

I like the location of the store you dont have to go far away for food. The prices are higher tho then places like shop n save and walmart. Merciks Ideal Market is unbelievably clean. The owner is often seen in the store arranging produce & checking shelves. The bakery is the best in town, staff is friendly and helpful, meat manager takes pride in his work and it shows.

A good place to stop and get a few items you may need in-between major grocery shopping, its a bit expensive and variety is low..But again great for getting something you need and not having to drive all the way into town, i.e. Ebensburg or Richland.
