I only leave a 5 star review if I had an above and beyond experience. Although the store was busy and slightly cluttered, my checkout experience was amazing. I bought a lot if books and board games and while I was waiting in line, two other employees began to pack up my items in boxes for me. When I finished checkout, they took my items out to my car and loaded them up for me! What kindness! Give these people a raise!

I have been coming here for awhile, I always find what I need. I have seen some of the higher priced items before with stains on them which is ridiculous they are being put out not carefully looked at the cashier I believe her name was Mary was very nice and helpful she made conversation with me when I needed help I’d come back again the good things weigh out the bad

2 pair shorts $6 . Cant beat that. I think the westmont store is one of the best.

L needed baby clothes for my grandson. The selections were phenomenal, and the clothes were so clean. Friendly cashier.Go Goodwill!

The girl that waited on us and was working through out the store wasnt wearing mask properly in general good store have restrooms locked to public which on one point understand but several elderly folks and kids might need restrooms and not anyone exactly close

This place has gone downhill. It was a mess, the prices are too high and I had to wait because there was no cashier when I was ready to check out. I believe there may have been only one person working. Im not sure.

Nice for them to be open again, and total safety being practiced.

Best goodwill in the tri-county area! Staff and management are fantastic and i feel underpaid for all they do. Always find nice treasures

Great finds for Johnstown classics 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. Clean and well kept store, friendly staff. Very accessible with a large parking lot right out the front door. For donations there is a door a little further back in the parking lot which makes dropoff a breeze.

Always find something good here. Plus most of the time its name brand or vintage for very good price

Greatest clothes bargain shopping in the area .. I find the best deals and brand name clothes everytime I go!

Enjoy shopping here overall, although I have encountered less than friendly employees at time.
