They have absolutely no exterior lighting making the store extremely difficult to find

Very helpful after a clerk at best buy ruined my day. Saved more money and actually got help. Customer service at best buy sucks. Know it all geek squad lack communication skills because all they can do is text or watch the computer monitor. Never go back!

I can’t believe they still have a location in a very dead mall. The staff are well trained and knowledgeable. I Suspect this location will close, not because of anything they did, it’s just that a cell phone shop can’t keep a mall afloat.

My phone broke and I urgently needed a new one. I never had a contract with ATT before. By the time I walked in and left, I had a new phone in roughly 30 minutes all said and done. Excellent service!

Besides having to buy one of the phones to keep my bill down, it was a good experience. Years of service with AT&T, you would think they would take care of you with a better pricing on the phone! The representative, Janina, that took care of us was very helpful and nice! 5 stars for her! I would recommend this place and Im satisfied with the service I received! The price of the phone kept it from being 5 stars!

Just bought 2 new Galaxy 21G+ on Sunday. Received them today. Went to AT&T in Richland ,Pa to get them activated and data transferred. Sorry cant transfer data after 7PM i was told by the store worker. It was 645. Cant do it today he said. Didnt even try. Im sure they wont have a problem billing me. Terrible Terrible Terrible no attempt at all.

I was served immediately by a worker who had been of assistance one year ago when I had gotten my iPhone 7. He was very knowledgeable and served me quickly. I mentioned he was not wearing his mask correctly but he did nothing about pulling it up. Other than that thing he was pleasant and courteous. By the way I want either a gold mask or t shirt. My size is 2x and I collect them. GO AT&T!!!!

Mitch was awesome! He helped us with 2 new phones, transferred everything from our old phones and ordered a phone for my mom. I expected to be there all day but he got it done quick! Thanks again Mitch.

Janina was so sweet and she knew what she was doing and her ability to mulititask with all the phones and we were scared to get new phones afraid of losing data but she saved EVERYTHING!!! She made this transition so easy. Love this store

Went to this store to return and a phone and cancel a plan. I gave the manager the phone after inspecting it for damage. The manager had the phone for approximate 30 mins before giving it back and say I needed the box and other items. I returned with the box and other items and gave the manager my phone again after inspecting it. Took the phone again and after another 20 to 30 mins returned it with a very suspect hairline pin scratch and told me he could not take the phone after not noticing such after handling and operating the phone approximately 1 hour until saying it had one. The phone was received and placed directly in a case 14 days before and was taken dire try out of the case before giving it to him. These sales people are taught to inspect an item upon receipt and notify the customer immediately if their is damage before handling or taking the item out of view of the customer to avoid this issue. As the manager I know he knew this because he trained it. To handle an item approximately an hour before returning it and saying it’s scratches is highly suspect. I notified the district manager and he supported this behavior. I am in the process of civil court action against this store. Very sketchy behavior

The woman who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, respectful and supportive to my wife, who is not very technology minded. The store is well stocked and clean, unlike the store in the Galleria Mall. We found the associate there rude, I kept, he wore his hat backwards, his clothes were wrinkled, we left and went to the Elton road store! So glad we did.

Lexi was really nice, spent the time to work out best options for our upgrades.

Love the service but I dont understand why my bill is so high. I like the fact that they merged with Dish network they have a lot of good plans to go with and a lot of good products as well.

This AT&T store is much better in customer service & customer needs!!! Bobby a representative there truely cares about there customers!! He saved me $$ & got me a great Direct TV deal!! This should be made the delivery from AT&T Site to store place verses the one at the Galleria!!

Better service here than the AT&T store at the Galleria Mall!! Bobby, the sales rep was accurate knew what he was doing and was a pleasure to deal with!! I will be suggesting all my AT&T friends and family to do business here instead of Galleria Mall. The store at the Galleria Mall is full of incompetent employees!!

My son had a difficulty with his Samsung S8 note. The customer reps were EXTREMELY helpful. They had knowledge of this particular issue & at NO charge; they fixed it quickly and showed my son the technique in case his phones screen went totally blank in future. This store should be the main AT&T store verses the one in the Galleria Mall Johnstown, PA. The service is so much quicker & customer service is exceptional!!

Well I applied here and unfortantly I wasnt picked to move forward. I have experience but on their website (Spring Mobile) they didnt specify how many years of customer service they prefer. Very poor management and they didnt prescreen like most companies do. So Im not applying for this location anymore because Im dissatisfied and everyone dont apply to this location if you dont have experience.

Whenever I have a problem, I know that representative Stephen will solve it or redirect me to the right place. I hold him in high regard; hes a keeper.

Order direct tv was told if I didn!t like it I could cancel within 14 days. Now they r telling me I have a cancellation fee. Also I would get 4. Receivers included. I am being charged for 2. If I would have wanted this hassle I would have stayed with Comcast. At least there programming was better

Very Untrained and Unprofessional. My visit took three service Reps three hours to activate two phones and watches. When going to check out they severely messed up the order which in turn messed up my banking account. After waiting three hours I finally said I am not interested with the company anymore to cancel the transaction. After leaving the establishment they called me to state that I needed to call the 1800 number to cancel the lines because they could not. I left with no product or service. I spent four days after the incident trying to recoup my money back into my account. This ultimately resulted in my bank cards being cancelled while my bank who which had no involvement in this incident being tasked to clean their mess up!
