I had a wonderful experience at The Bridal Suite. I was well taken care of and had plenty of time to try on multiple dresses during my hour appointment. I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone.

Great company with great ladies who work their tails off! They are always willing to work with customers on issues they may have, if you go in there with a budget in mind you will come out with a beautiful dress or tux! There’s a reason why they’ve been in business for 30+ years, that doesn’t happen due to dumb luck.

Ive been shopping at this store since I was 17 years old, Deborah and Ronnie have always treated me with poise and respect. They have the best customer service in the area and have a beautiful store with top of the line dresses that other stores dont carry. They have a great seamstress as well!

I recently went here during this past prom season in late march, considering my prom was only a few weeks away in April this business ensured that I got my dress on time for the prom I was attending. They were great to work with and made deciding on a dress that much easier on myself. The employees are super friendly and really made me feel comfortable picking out my gown, I loved my Sherri Hill!

Recently I had to get a tux for a wedding, this was one of the first weddings I ever attended in my life. I was very unsure how to pick out a tux and what I all had to do, thankfully Ronnie did a wonderful job of helping myself and explain the process for myself. Yesterday I got my tux back and it fits very well, overall I was so pleased with this process. I will be coming back here for a tux!

Deborah, thank you for the assistance this past Monday, you were great at helping my daughter pick out the wedding gown of her dreams, for someone who also owns a business I was very impressed in how great your hired help was. Regarding the pageant segment of this establishment, with which my daughter and I had several years of experience, up to and including her state win and trip to Miss America, this is a place full of knowledge and guidance. Weve visited many stores that sell pageant gowns and attire over the 8 years my daughter competed, beginning with her teen years. Customers receive honest feedback here that leads to successful results. Their goal is your pageant success, rather than a quick sale. Highly recommend and appreciate their honesty, information and integrity!

Ive been going to the Bridal Suite since I was a 15 and it was one of the best decisions I ever made! Ive gotten prom dresses, pageant gowns, accessories, and I most recently got my wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses from there. Ive never left there empty-handed! Ronnie and Deb make you feel at home when trying dresses on and I love how they always work with you one-on-one. They carry the best merchandise around and everyone always asks me where I got everything I bought. If I ever need anything in the future, Ill never hesitate to go back because I know Ill always find something beautiful!

I have had by far the best experiences while shopping at the Bridal Suite! I have been involved in pageantry for over 10 years, and hands down, the Bridal Suite provides the best customer service out of any boutique or dress store I have shopped at! Ronnie and her staff make you feel at ease and offer a genuine approach when you are looking for a gown! They will let you take your time and wont pressure you into buying anything you are uncomfortable with. This is one of the most wonderful and honest dress shops I have been it and it is very refreshing to be around a group that is so caring of your needs! I would highly recommend the Bridal Suite to anyone who is looking for homecoming, prom, pageants, Bridal, etc. as their selection is impeccable! Hands down the best customer service! The moment I walked in The Bridal Suite I was pampered! Ive won Miss Pennsylvania International and I couldnt have won without the expertise of Ronnie and Deb! No doubt when I got married they made me feel like a princess marrying her prince! From their up-to-date dress to designer name brands - you will say Yes, to your dream dress!

I will never understand the bad reviews for this store. I went in 2 weeks ago just to see their available bridal collections. The associate showed me everything I wanted to see and was beyond pleasant doing so, even though I had no appointment and clearly wasnt making a purchase. My fiances sister purchased all her school dance gowns here and also never had a bad experience!I ended up making an appointment to try on wedding dresses next Saturday and am very excited to do so. My Matron of Honor will be shopping as well. I love the idea of supporting local businesses, especially when they support me back!

The Bridal Suite was great at helping me pick out my wedding dress, the owner Deborah treated me with a lot of respect during my appointment and made me feel like royalty! 10/10 experience, I will be bringing my daughters back here when they need gowns for Homecoming!

Found the woman completely disrespectful to a senior citizen, found nothing nice about the owner. I found her rudeness a rating of 5. She could use some proper etiquette when dealing with customers and their specific concerns. She gets an A on judging people.

Honestly, I think they just saw me coming. They knew that I was coming in to get bridesmaid dresses, which I had checked the prices on a month beforehand. When we got there the prices were raised about $50. I felt horrible because I had told my girls the price and then had to watch them pay $50 more than expected. After the appointment (all sales final), I looked up their styles and sizes on the internet ad found that they were all $50 cheaper than what they had paid (so the original prices that I had viewed a month before we went shopping). They had to have seen me coming because the prices were changed, higher, and not accurate at all. They were pleasant with me, but folks, I think Ive been played.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. This was my first place I went to look for my wedding dress. I didnt want to try any on, this girl asked if I wanted to try on let her know. So this other lady said very rudely when is your wedding I told her the date & said we have time & walked away. Then she tells the other girl that wanted me to try dresses on that I needed an appointment. The girl comes back & tells me this. So I left, came back a couple days later thinking ok maybe she had a bad day & to get names of dresses. Nope same lady very rude! So I told her Im just looking. She walks away while saying something. I got the names of the dresses & she says very rudely can I help with anything else & I said no I made an appointment at kleinfelds. No way in hell will I ever send anyone there!!! I will take my 10k & go elsewhere!!!!

The Bridal Suite is always the first place I recommend for a friend to visit when looking for an event dress. From homecoming, to prom, to pageant, Bridal Suite has always treated us well. When walking into the store we are always greated with smiles and kindess. Ronnie and her staff remember what has worked well for us in the past and have an idea of a piece that will look perfect for the next event. We always found dresses for school dances at a great price. The selection of pieces always seemed to have gowns we had never seen before. This allowed my family friend to always stand out at her dances and competitions as a polished, elegeant, young woman. When my mother was looking for a specific gown, Bridal Suite ordered the gown and guarenteed it came in exactly as we hoped. When preparing for a national pageant, the Bridal Suite gave honest informed opinions on which gown complimented the contestant most. Never did we feel pressure to select one gown or another. My contestants always leave feeling like royalty and that they had a special experience. Ronnie cares so much about her clients and their experience. As an active pageant director and mentor to high school dance age girls, I have had to visit many different gown shops. I can honestly say Bridal Suite is the BEST in the business and truly an outstanding shopping experience. I will always bring my girls here for dances, pageants, and weddings.

Went there to check out what they have with family.. the lady was so rude and judgemental.. was thinking about going there for my wedding gown not after the way they treated my family member!
