Finally was able to find a copy of the Diary of Anne Frank. Thanks Books-A-Million. After talking with the ladies there, hopefully more will know & take the time to educate themselves on The Hidden Life of Otis Frank also. Most ppl arent aware of the depths behind just Ann alone.

When youre having trouble finding books at other stores, this is the place to go. They ALWAYS have the hard to find items you cant seem to get anywhere else. Plus, if youre into Manga they have one of the best stocked sections next to Barnes and Noble. Staff is always friendly.

Books a million was an enjoyable experience. Neat displays of best sellers and books for all ages. Plenty of room to browse. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all it was an afternoon well spent.

So many books but I think they should have some seating so you can peruse a book to make sure you want it. Especially for your older reader.

Always a great and peaceful place to go. Usually they have nice music playing and trinkets and Harry potter merch et cetera. Many great books in every genre.

Nice bookstore. Decent selection of papers, comics, magazines and a wide variety of books both fiction and nonfiction all at decent prices. Clean and organized store with friendly staff. Not quite a Barnes & Noble yet miles ahead of Bradleys Books. Would recommend. Unfortunately located in the nearly dead Galleria Mall. So plenty or free parking!

Everyone is so nice there and they make great suggestions! If I had the money to buy every book I wanted- Id be buying the whole store! Not on Barnes and Noble level but it definitely makes me feel at home.

Nice workers and a very large selection of things from books to D&D although a bit pricey compared to thinks like Amazon.

They have books and will sell them to you.

The bookstore itself is great and the staff are wonderful. The only downside to this store is the location. Its inside the run down dump of a mall, the Galleria.

Ive found a lot of great books by Dr. John Maxwell on leadership that really help a lot. There are also a couple great resources that help you put together a great meal in order to stay in an eating plan.

Junky book store with a poor selection of books and rude employees. It’s 2018, if you don’t price match your own website you deserve to go out of business. It’s only a matter of time before Barnes and Noble and Amazon do just that to this brand.

It is a great place to get books that will blow your mind away!

The selection really isnt that great, feels more like Half Price books than an actual bookstore. Also, they will try and shove free issues of magazines down your throat (the girl working the counter would not let me check out until I signed up for said free magazines). When I asked if Id be charged for them, she was adamant that I wouldnt be, that it would auto cancel because it wouldnt have my credit card information attached...well guess what? I just got charged for the magazines!! Which means they share your card information! Beware!!

Limited selection and customer service is lacking. Very high prices as well. I should not have to pay for a membership to get cheaper prices. Its 2017, start pricing with the Internet competitively. I can get it cheaper on your website than in-store, that makes sense........
