Embarrassingly, I somehow managed to lock my keys in the car upon arrival for my 10,000 miles check-up. The staff at Laurel Toyota was amazing. The Laurel Body Shop does great work, but it took exactly 3 months to get my vehicle back. They moved forward with an ill advised plan and lacked preparation in terms of purchasing replacement part(s). Nearing the end of the fix the work sat idle leaving me to find the part to fix it by myself and pointing in the right direction. No one person in the dealership was responsible for what happened, but no one also stepped up to help me out with a loaner vehicle once I had exceeded my 45 day rental limit. Other than looking for transportation to get to work everyday for a month the car looks awesome!

The experience was Awesome!!! The people at the dealership were very nice. The car was clean and ready to go upon arrival. The finance department was quick and very knowledgeable. Excellent service. They go above just doing a state inspection. They check the battery, fluids, etc. and wash it plus cleaned the mats. The waiting area is clean, air conditioned and has a kitchenette with complimentary hot drinks. Very satisfied and will continue to go to Laurel Toyota.

My BMW is back to new after Laurel BMW fixed it due to deer damage. They were great to work with. Very satisfied with my service.

We showed up to look at a highlander we had called about. It was pulled up when we got there. Our salesman was Joe Dodson. He was very friendly upon arrival gave us the keys to check it out. In the meantime he notice there was a key missing to a truck that was sold before we got there. He started to question my husband and I and our 3 children of we had seen or took it. In which we never saw it. Then he left to go see if anyone else had it. Then he came back and asked my children once again if they had seen or took it. I almost walked away then but I really wanted the car. Time went by and he found it in the truck itself. Then he seemed stressed when we couldnt get our insurance card to print off our app. But then while we were waiting for our paperwork he ran to Sheetz to gas our car and bought my children nachos. But at the end after everything was completed he allowed us to know its was suppose to be his day off. So I understood why he might of been a little aggervated with everything. But I would definitely return to Laurel Toyota!

Matt , our salesman, was very laid back while going out of his way to make sure we got the SUV we had been dreaming about ! Vicky in finance also was very knowledgeable about the warranty options and made the sign off on the loan etc a Breeze! Couldnt ask for a better experience in purchasing our new RAV 4 ! My experience with laurel auto body was wonderful. There was a delay in them receiving materials (through no fault of laurel) and they kept me updated throughout the process. My car is fixed perfectly and even cleaner than when I left it! Would recommend to anyone who has been in an accident or just needs repair work done.

This place is amazing! I bought a rav4 a few months ago and it ended up getting a pretty deep dent on the one door. So I took it there to get fixed correctly. They called with updates letting me know when it would be done and what they were doing. When I went to pick it back up the guy walked with me to my vehicle to makesure I was 100% happy with the paint job and dent fix they did. They guaranteed a paint match and thats exactly what they did.

I had a suicidal deer jump in front of me on Rt. 22. Laurel Toyotas body department completed all repairs. I took my truck in on Friday, June 4. They said it would be finished on June 11. Truck was actually finished on June 9. Laurel Toyota did an awesome job! My truck looks like its brand new, and even feels brand new. The steering, suspension, and gear shift are all tight again. In addition to the exterior, they even cleaned my interior, including the floor mats. If I have any body or collision damage that needs to be done again, I would definitely take it to Laurel Toyotas body department.

Took my truck to the collision center to fix my tailgate. They only had it for 3 days and the work looks wonderful they matched the color perfectly. After they were done they even cleaned it. Wow what a surprise. I will recommend everyone to them.

Bought a new Nissan Altima at Laurel in June. Someone scratched in in a parking lot. Laurels body shop had me bring it in immediately. They buffed it out. Good as new. Wayne was great!

I was disappointed in the fact that I was told there are now new underwriters, so all the extra money I spent on getting my seats protected at the beginning, when I bought my car, seems to be a waste. I have stains on my seat that I asked to have worked on and while they look a little better, I was told that they can’t just clean them anymore, that I have to go through an approval process. When we purchased the protection in 2017, we were told if the dealership couldn’t get the stains out, the seats would be completely replaced. I asked for them to be cleaned twice now and they are still there so I am not getting what I was promised. I feel completely ripped off and lied to.

I was rather surprised and pleasantly pleased that I was able to get a same day appointment for a quick tire rotation. However, what I suspected would have been a quick service appointment, it dragged on for nearly an hour until I got up to realize that my vehicle had been finished for quite some time and was waiting on a car wash when the weather was rainy.In the future, I would prefer to be asked upfront if I would like my vehicle washed so that I may have the opportunity to decline that as for some reason it takes an extraordinary amount of time for them to wash a vehicle.

I was not impressed by the way the deal was handled. I’ve worked for Toyota for 20 years and never had to battle to buy a car. I was told they don’t take deposits. Yet when they found out I would wire transfer the money the tone changed. I never got an answer on the features or how many keys the vehicle came with (used car). I was just sent a link and said all the info was here. Car was not detailed to the slightest. No rinse off nothing. The inside smelt like marijuana when I received it! I had the vehicle shipped and with only 22k on the vehicle I was surprised at the amount of rust under the vehicle. Obviously a salesman isn’t going to convey that knowledge to a customer purchasing. All around not a honest or helpful dealer. The attitude was all around poor and poor communication skills.

I took my subaru wrx sti in for front end repairs after hitting a deer. Couldn’t be more happy with the end result. Paint match is dead on, and the amount of time the repair took was exactly there estimated time. When we picked up our car they had cleaned it up inside and out. This is our second car repaired at laurels body shop and the employees there did a great job both times. It seems they take pride in there work. Definitely recommend this shop. In the unfortunate situation i need body work i will go back again!

Had recall work done. Everything done timely. Went to get in my car, they washed it. They probably should have changed the water. Car was white with streaks. Had to see it when they were done. Had to wash when I got it home. Windows were horrible. This is my only complaint about my visit.

They were extremely friendly and put no pressure on me to buy. They answered all my questions and I’m very happy with the price of my car.

Came all the way from New Jersey for a deal on a new Tacoma. Scott Long was very professional throughout the whole buying process and most of the paperwork was completed prior to my pickup date to minimize my time at the dealership so I could get back on the road. I spent a long time in the car business and Scott B and Bill G our a few of the best out there. I buy my new cars from them and trust them with my friends and family.

I took my 4runner in for an oil change. We had to wait nearly 2 weeks for an appointment. I had a coupon for an oil change, up to 5 quarts and a Toyota filter, tire rotation, fluid check, break inspection, battery check, wiper inspection, and filter inspection for $39.95. I was charged for 2 extra quarts of oil, which I was fine with, and labor. I was told that they topped off my washer fluid, but they didnt. The tires werent rotated, and I was half a quart low when my husband checked my oil when we got home. Seven quarts of oil puts it right to the full mark. My husband also ordered 3 small bulbs for my dash, and we were handed a bag with 2 bulbs. We had to ask for the third one. I usually dont give reviews like this, but we werent satisfied with our experience. My husband gave the mechanic a generous tip, only to find that everything wasnt done that was offered on the coupon.

Great experience. One of the best in 50 years of car shopping. Minimal time invested, Absolutely no hassle. Fair price. Pleasure dealing with honest people like Scott & crew. (While waiting to take delivery, another $1000 rebate came up.. I was unaware.. when went to fill out the check, they told me to take off another $1060. They could have pocketed it and I would not have known.) Will definitely be back next time around to give them another shot to beat their competition, as have for 20 years or so.

Will never use Laurel Toyota ever again.They did not stand behind oil filter housing last serviced by Greensburg Toyota that Laurel said was cracked.My 2019 Highlander was still under 2 year free service. They charged me for the cracked housing which should have been covered by any Toyota dealership since it fell in the 2 year time frame from purchase. I did not previously change the oil filter.

Garage door came down on my truck 4 times before the tech stopped it. Then acted like nothing happened. Sure. They were able to buff out the scratches but offered no apology, just acted like this was normal. Should have at least offered to replace the taillight that was scratched. Always have had great service.Not real happy this time.

Laurel Auto body did an excellent job removing a dent out of my front right side panel that got dented from a car door of another vehicle. The paint match perfectly with the rest of the car. It was done in 3 days and i was give a rental while the worked on my jeep compass. Would recommend them to anyone needing the car repair. Customer service was great too. Thank you everyone!

Excellent top-notch service! They really cater to the customer on top of all the excellent work they do. I saw an older gentleman getting his car worked on and one of the service guys actually sat down and guided him through all the work that needed done and what could wait. On the other hand, Im a grab and go kinda guy so they know the trust is there and Im in and out with all the info I need and back later with a detailed sheet that took the gentleman just a few moments to go over what was done at a good pace and comfortable. I was in and out with a smile. They really do know their customers and how to handle all situations.

I checked in my auto for annual PennDOT registration on Saturday,29, 2020. The environment was clean, and the customer service associates were friendly and welcoming. I liked the coffee and snack. They helped kill time while waiting for my auto service completion. I liked the fact that everyone including myself, were wearing a facial cloth mask to mitigate the spread of Covid-19. I waited for about 30 minutes to complete everything. Washing an SUV really was a big surprise and well done. That’s like getting a $12.00 worth of coupon at a dealer’s expense. That’s way nice and likeable. I am looking forward to returning next year for oil change which I was told , will be free due to my auto still being under two year service plan.

My family quite a few years ago had a not so good experience with Laurel Auto Group. BUT I feel they have redeemed themselves. The hardwork they put in to get me into a car I have always wanted was superb. I highly recommend Joe Dodson at Laurel Toyota (he can sell from any of their dealerships too. He sold me my Nissan) for all your car needs.

They repaired all what needed repaired from where the deer hit me but I have found new scratches on my drivers door where there was none at all.They told me it would be ready in an hour but it took them another two hours till I got my car back ,I still have not received the paperwork so I can see what all they repaired. I do not really like this place it took them three weeks to repair my vehicle. If I would recommend a shop in Johnstown to go to it would be Laurelford they do good work they also do not charge you an arm and a leg.

I had a wonderful experience with Laurel Toyota. My car needed to have a part replaced. Gary Smith in the Body Shop gave me an estimate to have it replaced. The price was relatively high. He offered to look around for a spare part and get back to me. Within hours Gary reached out to me to let me know he found a spare part. The new quote would be 1/2 the original. I also needed a State Inspection. Laurel Toyota was able to get me in the very next day for the service. Every employee I came in contact with was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Sales and finance where great. Very nice people working here. The detail dwpartment could do a much better job of removing the glue from the transport packing and cleaning for delivery. But overall great experience.
