Able to take my sons iPhone in for repair..good service!

I had a really great experience here today. A salesman helped me find a new iPad and some accessories and went way above and beyond what I expected. The people that work here are very knowledgeable and seem to be genuinely interested in helping you understand new technology and matching you up with the right stuff.

Great store w knowledgeable people. Everyone seems happy! Clean and well organized too.

One of the sales people was very harsh. Almost like what you would expect from a stereotypical car salesman. The other I dealt with was very nice and helpful, yet they never relayed the details of my address to their delivery people. My address for some reason has always just shown up as a dot in the middle of a field for some reason so I made sure to try and help navigate as much as possible for the delivery. The driver was very lost because they were never told the details I had initially given the salesperson. In the end everything worked out completely fine though.

Went to buy a go pro at my local best buy. There were a few to choose from so I ask an associate. The kid knew nothing! Didnt know what memory card it needed nothing. So I asked to see the box to read the Info as it was locked up in a glass case. The boy took it out and handed it to me, all of a sudden another salesman came over a d seat hed it out of my hands. He said customers arent allowed to touch the product. It was I. The box still and I didnt ask to open it so why not?? He got an attitude with my wife when she said we arent paying $500 for a product we have no Information on and since no one could tell us anything about it just wanted to be able to read the box. The boy shoved it at me and walked away mumbling under his breath. Did I want to take his head off?? YES, I steaf I. Buying online so for best buys policy and punk salesperson GFY! I FOUND IT CHEAPER ONLINE.

Didn’t have what I wanted but helped me find out how and where I should go for what I needed.

Bought a new stereo got a.great.price and even was delivered in 1 day instead of.the 2 day they said. Always got.treated great.there and a great place.to shop.will compete with others prices and warranties are fantastic too.

We was in the store for approximately 20 mins trying to get help. Everytime we walked towards an employee they would walk away. After we finally got help it was minimal.

Yes sir, I can for a 65” TV in my car! The guys were great as usual and we got a great deal on a new TV.

Not taking calls which is a bunch of bull. Very rude. They always blame customers for their wrong doing. Will not bring going there ever again.

While usually out of my price range, they did a great job helping me with a new modem/router combo.Great service and excellent warranty offer. Just usually not within my price range. This time, though, it was great.

Big fan of Best Buy , alittle pricey but all the staff is super friendly and inviting. Also they have a decent size selection.

Went to get a laptop for my mom because she said hers was broken. I should have checked it first. The one she wanted was in stock so we paid for it and the sales person said it would arrive at the store and they would call her to pick it up. Her original computer was broken, so I got it setup so she could use it. Went back to the store to cancel the order but they said it was shipping directly to my mothers house. Completely different than what we were originally told. Now she has to wait for it to arrive, then take it back for a refund. They really should have explained the entire process the correct way from the beginning.

Geek squad definitely knows what they are doing!! So glad I brought my laptop in to be fixed. Now since Im a subscriber I can bring in multiple devices to be cleaned / tuned up.Thanks guys 😁

The person that helped us, his name was Lewis. He was nice & friendly. We were looking for a new computer and he was very helpful.

Typical best buy. I stopped to drop off old electronics for recycling. A real plus for best buy.

I went to return 2 phones less then 48 after getting them and a male Best Buy employee started yelling at me about the Att return policy and refused to return the phones. I do not understand why when 1. My phones were on a straighttalk plan and 2. we were at best buy. A male customer even stepped in and said something to the employee about his behavior towards me. I left the store in tears and my husband then went in and returned the phones. First time ever shopping at a best buy and I will never be returning.

First time using the curbside pickup!!! The check in was easy to find and access in my email. The actual check in process was very quick. Just a few questions about where I was parked and car info. They had my monitor out and in my trunk within 2 minutes. Will use again!

I shop at Best Buy a lot. I find their Best Buy Deal of the Day offers to be great bargains. I have found items at Best Buy at better prices than Walmart. It pays to compare prices.

Employees not very friendly. Good thing I knew what I wanted and how to find it.

Needs a broader selection. Only specialize in TVs. 50 mm canon camera lens has been there for years, I swear.

I have gone into this store several times just to ask questions about an item Ive bought there. Each time staff have stopped and patiently explained what to do to correct the difficulty I was having.

Finding someone to help you in the store is difficult and usually when you find someone they are in a circle talking about random things. Once you find someone they are very helpful and help you get what you need. The last two times Ive been here werent that great. The first time I was looking at cameras and there were two employees that walked past me and didnt seem to concerned with helping me. Finally someone near tvs came over and asked if I needed anything and she was very helpful. Today I waited by the computers to try to get help with external hard drives. Several employees from across the store looked at me but then quickly looked away. The only employee near me was walking a trainee around showing him stuff so I didnt bother him. 15 mins I waited in that area but didnt get any help at all. So I just left . I like bestbuy for the supplies they have but its irritating waiting to get something you need and noone wants to help

Just bought a 32 GB ram vengeance RGB pro from Best Buy and they had it in a display case on a rack for $99. I told them I wanted that one, they picked it out and then the guy told me he wouldnt price match it so I had to pay the the $180 only because one of them were on the rack, anywhere else they will price match it for them making a mistake. Never going to Best buy again!

Met at the door and immediately pin pointed me where I needed to go, helped me and checked out within 5 minutes. Loved the service!

Picking up our new Blink security system & some extra rechargeable batteries for the remote controlled devices. Always helpful staff on hand if you need assistance. Love my Best Buy card with no interest . Ordered a new projector & 100 screen as a upgrade for out door movies on the deck!

Well, I went to get my new phone cause thats where I went before. The shelves where pretty empty and the prices on there other stuff are high. If youre going there to get any accessories for Android phone have your time and look online. Cause they dont have much BUT if you have an I Phone then your set cause they have everything you want for them all in all its an ok store. We will see how it is after all this COVID-19 stuff goes a way.

Liked the help but was given info into spending $100 more than I needed too and the ipad wasnt the right tools for my needs!!

So pushy. Some people know what they need but these people will not take that as an answer. I typically avoid the store at all costs. If I do go I get plain old rude. It’s like car shopping, I know what I want/need and I will find u if I need help. Ugh

They need to answer their phone, no reason, to be on hold for an hour before someone answers. Not just once, every time I have called about my three month old TV. (total of three calls to address this problem) They finally sent a Tech out and he said the TV needs to be replaced. Still waiting. Been over 10 days now. I even paid extra for extended coverage.

We went to pickup a new TV curbside. We waited forever on hold to talk to someone. Completely defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. My husband eventually went inside to tell someone that we were there for our tv. Ridiculous, on hold for 20+ minutes, who knows how long it would have been until someone picked up. Do not recommend for picking up! Awful!!!!!

I recently purchased a huge TV through Best Buy... and lets just say I am highly satisfied with the staff for their awesome assistance and their hard work. They helped me choose a tv that was reliable and perfect for the family. I highly recommend this store for any technology purchases !

We ordered a washing machine from Best Buy because ours stopped working. They gave us a date and a window of delivery from 12pm to 8pm on that date. Stated they would call the day before for a reminder. No call the day before. We called them the day of delivery and after talking to several people we found out the guy that does the delivering was on vacation and wouldnt be back for 2 weeks, so they said they had to rescedule our delivery. Unfortunately, for us, the failed to call and let us know of this change. Needless to say we cancelled our order with them and will go elsewhere for our appliance needs. Weve already waited a week and a half for our much needed washing machine. Now because of Best Buys unprofessionalism and apparent non concern for their customers needs and the inability to communicate with said customers, it looks like well be waiting much longer. So disappointing👎👎👎

Purchased a radar detector that worked for 3 weeks and they wont return the item. Im stuck with $500 plastic. Went to purchase a dash cam that records and the salesman tried selling me a $79 camera that doesnt record. I wont do business there anymore.

Last few times I had to go, employees were polite and found answers to questions I had. :)

I tried to call to schedule an appointment for help with downloading pictures to a dual drive I bought at Best Buy. I was put on hold for 25 minutes. So I called back and they were to send a link to my phone to schedule on line. Their message or info never came.

The store has a lot of over priced items. Some of the employees help you. The cashiers have a negative attitude though.

The only place in town to get a dishwasher before June period. And it came early... Eat that Lowes....

Thrown out of the Johnstown, PA Best Buy for requesting a refund! Last week Geek Squad sold me a new screen for my iPhone because they told me that that is what was wrong. Having the same problem, go back to Geek Squad and they tell me no, it wasn’t the screen, I need a new case. I asked for a refund for the screen that I didn’t need to begin with. They told me that they could give me a refund. I asked to speak with a manager, twice. I was told that I could call corporate, I asked for their number. They wouldn’t give me the number for corporate, I had to “look it up myself” and that “you must now leave the store” and escorted me out!

Small store but surprisingly packed with friendly staff and offer competent services.

The gentleman I talked to about a modem and router was very knowledgeable. Didnt pressure me to buy and have me a better idea of what I needed to get the most out of my internet speeds

Great service very clean store soon as you walk in the door to have hand sanitizer available and as your leaving they have hand sanitizer available which I thought was very good you never know what other people may bring in its always good and be safe and they make that possible..

Actually this experience was awesome. Got a $900 computer that actually runs everything perfect and was actually built to be pretty nice. Not too too many shortcuts. Overall build of the computer wasnt bad . and now I can play any game in 1080p on high settings. As for accessories this place has absolutely everything I could possibly need.

A I entered the store, I was greeted by their friendly staff and guided to the appropriate area for the merchandise I was interested in buying fairly quickly. During my recent visit, I was very impressed with your sales associate, Karissa. She was patient and answered all my questions on printers and ink jet cartridges and helped me make a decision quickly. Karissa did an excellent job. She was professional, very knowledgeable, warm, friendly and efficient! I continue to have great shopping experiences in everything I have purchased at Best Buy!

Always love just walking around to see what all new electronics came out. If you are looking for a new phone ask for Chris. The staff is always helpful and courteous. If they cant find it they can order it for you. They even have kids toys now. We got a daisy duck stuffed plush today. Lots of great deals and open box buys.

I called and explained my problem reading a sata drive. The guy from geek squad said that I needed a docking station for sata hdd and ssd to usb. Ok, cost is $49 they said. I said I will be coming from a town 40 miles away and I asked him to make sure they had one for me. He said they had lots of them. I drove to the store only to find out that they had none in stock. I complained to the fella helping me but he just looked at me like a deer in your headlights. He said obviously the other fellow did not check the shelf. 80 miles for nothing!

Called Best Buy number to return a gift I didnt have receipt for. They said it would be for store credit, plus I was going to throw down about $500 on a new purchase. I drive 25 miles to store, but manager Matthew would not take it back. Disappointing. Never returned an item to Best Buy ever.... Never will in the future either because I will not buy from them any longer.

I have a hard time finding what I want in this store... Im not a tecky and I dont want to spend a lot of time on line looking things up . I dont know what I need I only know what I want.. And all I see is high priced things that I dont want and people that only want to sell me the highest price newest gadget that I dont need...... oof
