I have taken all types of clocks and watches to be repaired at Watch & Clock Junction over the las six years including three 100-year-old pocket watches, a 40-year-old mantle clock, wall clocks, and countless watches for battery replacement or repair. Jerry Gull and his staff are exceedingly friendly, welcoming, helpful and excellent at repairing watches and clocks. They tend to be pretty busy with repairs (especially within the last year) so it may take a little while to effect the needed repair. However, my repairs were always ready when promised. I appreciate having a craftsman such as Jerry in Johnston and highly recommend his services.

I took my Bulova watch there for cleaning. They did a great job and the cost was very reasonable. When my watch started running fast, they adjusted it at no cost. I also have purchased a couple of watch bands and have been very satisfied with my purchase.

The owner Jerry Gull personally came to us and assessed our grandfather clock. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and accurate on his estimate. He personally returned with the new workings and assembled our clock. He patiently explained and answered questions about our responsibilities to maintain the clock. We now have this beautiful family piece back in working order.

Took a mantle clock in for service and estimate. After a brief examination, was told it would cost $395 to fix. The clock is only worth maybe $150. I have 3 other clocks to service. Will be taking them elsewhere......

The gentlemen in this shop are fantastic. Battery in my RAM key Fob was going out so I came here. There was 3 other customers in the store with me and i walked in and was done within 6 minutes.

I walked in with a watch that had been turned down by 2 other watch shops for being unfixable I walked into watch and clock junction and left in 20 mins with my watch fixed FOR FREE. excellent service by REAL PEOPLE HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Took my Movado watch in to get the stem and crown replaced. They did a perfect job and I’m thrilled to have it back looking and working like new again.

Whether you need a simple battery change or have a difficult watch to service, there is no question this is the place to go. Jerry serviced my Speedmaster reduced when other watchmakers turned it away. The staff is incredibly knowledgable and carry both new and vintage watches in stock. First time using their services. Had a need for my grandfather clock to be fixed. Knowing the pendulum was damaged I brought that in for repair. They were able to get that fixed but when I took it home and put it in the clock, the clock didnt run properly. It would run for 10 minutes and stop. They were kind enough to come over to my home and see why fixing the pendulum didnt get the clock working properly again. It was a very simple fix, taking him about 5 minutes, and now the clock is running great. I really appreciate their going the extra mile. Would highly recommend.

Took my Citizen brand watch here, as their website says they will service them. Was told that the particular watch could not be serviced by them because the model is a perpetual calendar type, and their circuit board makes them a pain to service.Why say youll service the brand if we of their models cannot be serviced by your store?

Took them a clock that another clock repair business in town said couldnt be fixed. Guess who fixed it? Watch & Clock Junction. Why could they fix it when no one else apparently could? Because they took the time to actually look at it and figure out a way to repair it. If you have a broken timepiece. Go here first.

Gerry and Doug have always done a superb job keeping the vintage watches in my collection maintained and running on time. Gerry even went above and beyond when he tracked down a specific vintage watch so that my wife could present it to me for our 10th wedding anniversary. Their customer service is second to none, and the quality of their work is far and above anyone Ive dealt with. I highly recommend these guys!

My Grandfather was a waist gunner on a B24 Liberator during WWII and while in Europe he fashioned a lighter out of a spent .50 caliber shell. I inherited the lighter this year and it was in terrible shape and was very rusty and corroded. I didnt have much hope that it could be restored to working condition but after a week with the fine folks at Watch and Clock Junction it was fully operational and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Very friendly service and he knew as much or more about the piece than I did after one look at it. Highly recommend!

I live in Johnston and I took my clock to this place bc a dead bug was between the outside glass and the numbers/dial of my clock. I was told they could not help me bc a special tool was needed to work on my clock. I took my clock to another repair shop to see if they had the special tool to help me out.Needless to say, this shop was able to help me out and it took all of five mins. The special tool needed?? A Phillips screwdriver. Sounds like a very specific special tool SMH
