Mia was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained clearly the location and steps for access to the unit. Whole facility was very clean.

My belongings have been stored here since 2019 and Ifind the owners and staff at this location are great! Very friendly,helpful and understanding. The prices are great. Ive had some trying times and the staff was more then kind to wave a late fee a time or two. Justin, Mia, and Kyle are a great team! Pickup from our storage unit could not have gone smoother. Mia was so helpful with our van rental and Kyle was kind enough to open the bay and bring the van inside for easy loading. Grateful to have such nice and helpful people at this U-haul location. They also have a terrific selection of packing supplies on-site. Prices are very reasonable. Moving can be stressful, but they really go out of their way to make storing/moving easy! Thank you

The lady that works there is lazy and very rude I would suggest getting service from some where else. She is very unprofessional.

They run a very clean operation and are very nice to deal with. Especially one young lady that has the nicest smile and personality.

Picked up equipment for service at Valu auto in owego, ny the friendly staff helped me find the unit in a quick orderly maner

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my rental. The associate was very accommodating and assured me they could assist in rescheduling when needed.

This location is terrific! Justin and his staff have become my go-to U-Haul location in the Triple Cities area. Their service is fast, knowledgeable, and consistent. The trailers have been ready to go on short notice, and their paperwork has been prompt and accurate. Highly recommend!

Great experience, the people there are amazing one guy especially I believe it was Alex ford he got me in and out great guy, very welcoming and highly recommend you ask for him when showing there, I’ve never met such a well going person with great customer service.

I got a unit to store things until my wedding, when I would be moving out of state. The staff was very helpful and willing to show me the unit before I actually rented it, and the price was better than I was expecting. This is the first time Ive used a storage unit, and so far its been a very good experience.

Nice location, True price of 19.95$+fees was 82.10$Firstly I would like to say that this Uhaul location was very nice, the personnel was friendly and helpful, and the Uhaul trucks looked new and clean. I had no issues returning the truck either.For those who want an estimate of the cost of their rental including fees, here is my 1-day rental cost breakdown. I recently moved to JC and had 3 stops, all within 15 minutes of my apartment, so this was a fairly straight forward rental:19.95$ Rental rate26.55$ Mileage at 0.59$ per mile10.00$ Gas based on Uhaul paychart10.00$ Moving dolley + moving blankets10.00$ Insurance1.00$ Environmental fee4.60$ Rental tax----------------------82.10$I included the picture, the price of gas I payed separately.

Fiance rented a trailer and had to have our friend take it back as we Dont have a truck. No one ever told us it had to go back specifically to the johnson city uhaul only. They dropped it off at one closer to where they are. Been called twice in 2 hours Being told were being charged a lot extra because we never brought it back specifically to that location when YOU NEVER TOLD US TO. MY fiance works til 6 am. Dont blow his phone up when hes trying to sleep because Yall never told us something and want it back. Youre not getting the extra money because you NEVER TOLD US TO BRING IT TO THAT LOCATION ONLY. Its at Uhaul. Idk what the whole issue is. We have no way to bring it back to YOUR LOCATION. Its already been dropped off .Dont charge people for YOUR MISTAKE FOR NOT TELLING THEM SOMETHING THAT IMPORTANT. Maybe run the business better. Never had an issue with Uhaul before but were not using that one again.

Stop in and get all the moving supplies you will need for your move. They have rental trucks, trailers and also storage rooms.

Its a storage mall. But there late fee is ridiculous. I mean wow.
