Went to look at Harleys and Tri-glides and they have a nice selection of quality bikes here. Very nice people too. They had a live band playing today and they were rocking it!

Lots of motorcycles. Great merchandise. Big thing that turns me off personally is most of the motorcycles did not have prices nor did the helmets. If a business cannot price their merchandise, I usually dont buy

They have great events and most of the staff is pretty good. The only real issue is with the declining quality of the Harley Davidson product.

First of all, these guys are nice. Not very impressed with the service. I have a brand new $35k bike. Took it in for the 1000 mile oil change. This weekend i finally have time to ride and have a puddle of oil under my bike so I didnt ride it. I called the service and they said it was ok, that they just didnt clean up the oil after the change. I paid $600 for the service and expected white glove treatment for that price, I feel like I got WalMart service for BMW price. The service guy I spoke to on the phone was nice enough about it. He said to bring it in and they would clean it up and ensure it wasnt actually leaking. I wish I had the time to do so.

My husband had work done to his 2012 haritage and they done a amazing job!! It runs better than ever, very well pleased with services done!!

In the midst of upgrading the inside and new ownership and still gleamed professionalism. Even the gentleman doing the drywall was friendly. A very nice lady went 100 steps more than required in order to find me a helmet that I liked and that fit well. Service desk was all smiles and business as I was in and out relatively quickly as well as being thoroughly informed as to the services I had received. Keep it up guys.

Purchase a shirt for a friend that owns a Harley. Got out of the store with all body parts in tact.

Apparently I’m not the only one waiting for tags and parts more than a month later. Nothing is as promised here. This was my first ever Harley purchase, and will be my last here. I came here because Black Wolf in Bristol seemed to not know what their prices were, only what I’d be paying monthly. Had to almost fight it out of them at Wrecking Crew. Now after calling several times my forward controls are apparently in, maybe, most of the pieces. Trying to get my overpriced 1,000 mile service done at the same time so my bikes not there forever, but Jesus give me a break. Oh wait, I have to go back and get more temporary tags because it takes over a month now to get an actual tag even though my friend who just bought one off an individual walked out with a tag same day.

They will tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign the paperwork. Then you are left battling to get things they promised. Now everyone is running around the Tri Cities on temp tags because they aren’t registering the bikes. It is not the customers responsibility to continue to come to your store to get a new temporary tag each month. Some of us would like to put this whole experience behind us and move on and not have to deal with this company any longer. I’ve already had my 1000 mile service done elsewhere. It was also nice to know that my bike is also still not listed as the correct color with Harley. This was something else I was told would be handled. I will say the vast majority of the staff are very friendly. This seems to be a management issue.

Brought my bike here to get fixed but they ended up only messing it up even more!After several months of them lying to me about parts and labor they finally told me it was ready to go and fixed.I Went outside to start my bike after paying almost $900 and it didn’t start up and immediately started leaking gas...I tried to get them to fix it but only to be told “we won’t be able to get to you for another 3-4 months.”I took it to another shop and turns out they didn’t do what they said they did to the bike. I now have to replace everything they charged me for.Very unprofessional, extremely disappointed, waste of money and terrible service.If you really care about your bike stay far away from here.

I brought my son in to buy his first starter bike very fair on price until the add on like doc fee 600 prep fee 800 then a 600 theft fee non negotiable price went from 4300 to 6700. No thanks

Very unprofessional took this outfit over three weeks to call me back. I had pre approved financing to trough hd financial and was ready to buy. To bad its not Smith Brothers anymore, they cared about there customers. I will never buy a thing from those people!

Band outside is incredibly loud and frustrating to the neighborhood across from it. Would probably be different if it wasn’t for several hours at a time every single Saturday.

Never heard back from their sales guy after he arrogantly referred to me as Bud. Apparently I asked too many questions on pricing. I guess he couldnt be bothered. Took my business Colboch Harley Davidson where they treated me like they wanted to sell a brand new bike and I even got a better deal. While I was at Colboch, 2 other customers came in with the same issues. I guess the only thing Smith Brothers is good for is gaining business for the surrounding dealers. Consider yourself warned. Way to go J.B.!! If it wasnt for you, I wouldve never found the better deal

Arrived for the HOG Rally to discover a dead battery. Headed to Smith’s and within 15 minutes we had a new battery installed at a super price. Jake and Cody took great care of us and the owners dog Hawsley was a real treat. We highly recommend this dealership.

Staff behind register and parts department were very friendly. The, I assume, salesman didnt say hello or goodbye or offer to stop their conversation to acknowledge us. We left without a purchase, not even a poker chip. No need to advertise for free to a place that is of no interest.

Awesome service department! Danny and Richard are polite, helpful and seem to appreciate their customers. I drive all the way from Bristol rather than going to Black Wolf, where Ive had nothing but negative experiences. SB also gets my bike fixed up quickly. The one and only time I took it to Black Wolf, it was there for 3 months for simple repairs, and they were rude and deceptive. SB gets all my business from now on.

I bought a 2006 Road King new from Smith Bros. It now has 96,000 miles on it. All the regular service and repairs have been done by Smith Bros and their team except for two when I was on road trips out of the area. Jason and his team are friendly and ready to serve. The folks in the service department always listen carefully to any concerns I have and make sure the bike is in tip top shape when I ride out the door. They have always been more than accommodating to me and my schedule when I needed something done quickly. After almost 10 years of a dealership/customer relationship I feel qualified to recommend them as a great place to do business whether looking for motor clothes, buying a new bike, or getting regular service and repairs.

Great place. I showed up on a cold Monday morning just after opening with my 5 month old daughter in hand. A bit out of the norm I know but Im cool like that 😎. They were great. Terry (the salesman) and a gentlemen from parts/service held her 4 different occasions so I could complete the paperwork on a 18 Road Glide Special. Its a Harley place but they have some serious baby sitting skills to have kept her quiet. Glad that I choose to do business with them.
