Went there to find a small handgun for a Christmas gift. They were helpful when I asked for it, but thankfully, kept their distance when I was browsing the store. Im not a fan of being asked a dozen times if I need help when I just want to look around, so if youre like me, this is the place. Their prices for what I was looking for are probably the best around. Definitely check them out.

Ive never been to a pawn shop that treats you like family !! I dont buy anything new and love a good bargain , so I dropped by to check it out. As soon as I walked thru the door I got a hello and a sweet dog walked up and greeted me. Their selection of tools, guns , jewelry and everything else is clean and displayed great . If youve not been your missing the bargains !!

This place has no heart or customer service obviously, because I brought my son there to buy a laptop for his birthday. They were about to close and I was $10 short, my son was with me. I asked for them to please wait 5 minutes so I could get the rest of the $ from home. I live literally right down the road. He looked at me and my son and simply replied no. If you could of seen the look of disappointment on my sons face, anyone with a heart would have waited 5 extra mins. Needless to say me and my son left there in tears. I would never buy anything from this particular pawnshop, due to the horrible service I received.

Nice guys, helped me quickly and made it easy to sell my item. Gave me a fair price without a lot of negotiating which was appreciated.

Walked in with cash ready to go. Looking for a set of golf clubs. Well, the 2 sets they had were tucked behind a counter and not visible unless you go looking. After 5-10 minutes, none of the 4 or 5 guys working behind the counter cared to greet me much less help me. Shortly after i got there, 2 guys came in and started talkin with the employees. He got what looked to be a power tool of some sort. I didnt really see it too well. So after the lack of help, i will NOT be returning and would encourage anyone else to not waste their time.

Wanted to sale my gun and they questioned me like I was some theif that stole it. After showing them permit they left me standing there for 30 mins. Didnt take any information about the gun. And then wanted to give me 150.00. And it was a 800.00 gun. Screw that

Hard times got me, so, I went to pawn my brand new Dewalt set of tools that Id just pay 300 bucks for ( 20v driver, drill and reciprocal saw 3 batteries, charger, set of driver bits and set of drill bits, oh... And carrie bag) they only lend me 50 bucks for it... Can you believe it? Anyway, I was in need so, I said ok... I did it about three times, then the last time I went to get my stuff back, surprise... The saw was missing, they questioned me about it, like if I was Houdini and puff... Well, they got mad, but they have no other choice but to pay for it, they asked me if I wanted another one or $100 I told them whatever was fine with me... They ask again, saw or money, finally said money.... Boom, they look at me like What????.... The lady (I think manager or owner was pissed like Id just committed the biggest sin of all, they lose my tools and got mad at me for wanting everything back... FROG THEM I dont care what do they think they are, rude, irresponsible and full of herself that lady was whoever she is...

Extremely Rude. Prices more than retail. They wont be there long. Power of the people will always prevail, bad news travels twice as fast as good.

This place is decent. I have pawned here a few times. The biggest reasons I am only giving 3 stars is because the very first time I pawned anything here I pawned a 2 month old PlayStation PRO that I paid $500 for. The rude worker said Ill give you $80 but thats the most I can do. However, my Uncle pawned a PS4 PRO identical to mine, also it was his first time ever pawning anything as well, and they gave him $125. Also, the lack of customer service skills in this place makes me not want to return. IF YOU PLAN ON PAWNING ANYTHING AND WANT A GOOD DEAL AND TO BE TREATED EQUALLY AND WITH RESPECT GO TO CRAIGS PAWN SHOP IN THE SHOPPING CENTER WITH SALAVATION ARMY..... THEYRE 100 TIMES BETTER THAN THIS PLACE!!! I would have only gave this place one star had it not been for them holding it another 30 days for me and when I went to pick it up the young man was actually polite.
