Why put stuff on sale and put a limit on it. I thought the point was to sale it not to put on a shelf to look at it. And the paper didnt have a limit on what you could buy. I guess 1 persons money is no good but the next persons money is better. I wonder why they do this to people????

I have never been a fan of Food Lion stores, and now that stores have evolved as more people are becoming home chefs. This store has not. If possible, they have less than they did 30 years ago when they were popular. The store is old and very out of date. But they have a great cream cheese spread. And it OK if you need some milk. But grocery shopping...not here.

I had not shipped here for awhile and I recently stopped in for one item and purchased 10 more and has been back there numerous times. I never realized how nice it is to miss a crowd and although mask are required social distancing is practiced no matter if it is 1 person or 20 people. They are always stocked and I just enjoy the friendly service. Love the store.

I applied for a office/store clerk tried multi times to get in contact with someone I was never successful and they keep trying to get me to apply for other jobs that I dont want.

I honestly really do like shopping here. For one, it’s not overcrowded. And 2 it’s not as large and overwhelming. And 3 they randomly have things that other places have been out of... like TP, and elderberry supplements.

I shop here alot after work and sometimes on the weekends when I need a last min thing or two thw store is clean the cashiers are friendly , they recently started doing some rearranging and it made it even easier to find things so glad food lion is a local grocery store.

I have been grocery shopping at this location since before I can even remember. My mom has shopped there religiously my entire life. The employees are ALL amazing, caring people!

Their produce department is one of the best around. Everything looked fresh and delicious and was in stock. Unfortunately when I got home I realized a bag was missing. Close to $50.00 worth of vitamins, cold medicine and hygiene products!! Now I have to make another trip and hope its being held at customer service, assuming the cashier did the right thing. If they make things right Ill give them 4 ⭐s. Im sure tons of people have experienced the same thing, wherever they shop, and understand my frustration. TBD

First time there and very impressed! I was very happy with the prices! My husband and I are vegan and I found a couple of brands that I can only get at Earthfare (Ingles and Food City do not carry) and it was cheaper than Earthfare. Not a large selection since this is a small store, but it will be a regular stop for me!

I love food lion because it is always clean and the associates are wonderful. They routinely have items you cannot find elsewhere.I only wish they had a way to be delivered. I would order from here a lot if I could get it delivered. Instacart only takes care of nc stores.I hate to think how much money they are lost during this time. I don’t really go out shopping since Kroger, food city and Walmart all have pickup or delivery.

Recieved a Mississippi Mud Cake as a gift, the cake had mold on it. The experation date said 11/12/20 but ther was another sticker under it that said 10/12/20. Not a very good way to run a business!

We shop here occasionally as the store is convenient to our house. Shopping visits are mostly quick as the place isnt usually busy and the store is well laid out with good variety merchandise variety. .Product pricing can be somewhat higher than their competitors except during promotions.

Beyond the clean and neat store, the workers here will go above and beyond to help you find something thats in their store. They are so polite and friendly, that it feels like youve known them forever. It has that small-town feeling.

Old food lion. This was such an old classic grocery store and always had nice staff. Sadly I dont think theres a single Food Loin within 100 miles of my location anymore.

I like their orange sherbert. Employees are nice and it usually is a quick in and out. Will visit again.

Clean. Needs just some general updating. Decor hasnt changed it seems since the 1990s. Decent prices. Great for getting in and out quickly.

Zero mask enforcement even though signs say they are required. Many customers dont wear, cough up and down the aisles etc. Ill shop at stores like Kroger and Target who mention masks to customers as they walk in.

Great place fresh produce great meat and the prices are lower than the other 2 local grocery stores.Also the cashiers do check you put and bag your groceries.So I always help bag.Usually I dont wait no longer than any other grocery store to be checked out.Oh and did I mention they have a great pet isle.They have my dogs brand of food that the other place quit carrying and they have Beneful soft natural food that the other store does not carry.So Food Lion won me over because of low prices freah produce and meat and they carry everything my fur babies need.Thanks Food Lion.

The staff here are great there was one male manager that was rude to me and my aunt there today and it was shocking because we both shop faithfully there because of the kindness we receive so today was unexpected!!!

First time at Food Lion as I just moved here and most employees were super and friendly. However when going to the cashier (Sonja) I asked about their MVP card and she huffed and gave me a look and said I will use the store card for you this time, but you have to apply over at the machine Really....Really I appreciate you using THE STORE card but I dont appreciate the attitude. With all the choices of grocery stores around I dont need a cashier with a bad attitude.

Weve been coming here at least once a week for the past ~10 years and have literally never had a bad experience. You dont find quite as wide of a selection as larger stores like Food City or Walmart but they make up for it with their employees who actually interact with you and offer assistance.

Food Lion has been my grocery store since the late 1980s. I find the management and all employees to be courteous, always greeting me with a smile. My Food Lion has spoiled me...I dont like to shop anywhere else for my groceries.

Not all staff were masks. A lady was rude and pushy so I had to stay far away.
