This was my first trip to a quilt shop. I had the best experience and now I am addicted. I only wish I was closer, I live out of state. But guess what? I can shop online and they will ship to me! The selection of fabrics, notions, and precuts is great. The ladies were so helpful and they shared my excitement about starting my first quilt. I wish I lived closer so I could take advantage of the classes they offer . This shop has everything you need for quilting.

I went here as part of the 2021 East Tennessee Shop Hop with friends. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for fabric to match and coordinate with some I already had. The lady that assisted me was very helpful and excited about my project. Its not the largest shop in the area but its very neat and tidy.

This was the first time I had been in a quilt shop and I had a wonderful experience. They were very well staffed and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and someone was available to help me the entire time I was there. Their selection is great. I found the fabric I needed for the project that I am working on and a couple of more goodies for inspiration. The ladies are passionate, helpful and excited. Now Ive got to get back to piecing this quilt top with the gorgeous jelly roll I picked up while I was there.

Staff are always very friendly and very knowledgeable. Have went above and beyond on several occasions when problems were encountered with sewing machines. Very encouraging and supportive staff when family is learning to sew. The store also has a great selection of fabrics for your next project. Highly recommend.

Very nice place. Set up nicely. Went in to ask questions about an embroidery machine, and received some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I was shown several machines, received a demonstration, pamphlets and prices. I was told that when I buy a machine I will get hands on training too. Excellent customer service before and after a sale. Fabulous!

This appeared to be such a nice place with friendly service. My Bernina needed repair it would not go in reverse as well as having trouble with the Stiches. I dropped it off in October to get fixed. I paid for the part, labor and repair 148.10 dollars. When I picked it up I should have checked it out and tested it, but we just moved here from Florida. With all the moving and house settling I did not use my machine for a couple of months. When we were finally settled I had some sewing projects to do for our new home and encountered the same issues again. By that time the coronavirus hit. By the end of May, when the store officially opened I dropped off my machine again. I called several times and left messages to see if my machine was ready, but did not get any answers. Yesterday I called again and asked for the store owner Jenny. It is now July 6. She was very compassionate and assured me that it should not have taken this long, even with the virus. I asked her if I had to pay again and she said that she would take care of it.Today I got a phone call from Joel the repairman who was working on my machine just now (I dropped it off the end of May). He was very nice and did figure out the problem. Apparently I am not using my machine enough and the bearings locked up. When I called again today and asked for Jenny to see when I can pick it up , she basically told me I needed to pay another $112 dollars . I will pick up my machine and pay, but will look for a different repair shop in the future. I wish I had checked my machine right away and all of this could have been avoided. I was also not aware that I could have dropped off my machine during the time the store was officially closed. Lesson learned.
