One of their employees Ant recommended to switch over to Cricket because of the outrageous bill I had with them. Brandon (the manager) was so helpful with the whole process! He made everything feel easy and fun! I’ll definitely be going back. Ask for him or Ant, they won’t disappoint you

My husband and I switched over to cricket after being with another wireless company for years. The first time we went into the store we were treated great. Brandon has always helped us with any questions we have had and is always willing to take his time to answer any questions. We just purchased new I phone 11 on Saturday and a young lady named Soledad helped us and she was also an awesome employee. She was eager to help us with any questions. Brandon and Soledad are both awesome and extremely helpful. They both helped us on Saturday and got us all fixed up. Keep these great employees at this location. They are the best.

I am actually a customer of Cricket wireless. My phone quit working I got from Walmart. I saw a sign up at Cricket for a free phone with new service, so I thought Id give em a try. So far, I am very satisfied and would recommend them. Very friendly bunch working there and very knowledgeable.

I love this Cricket location. They have a large selection of phones, I am greeted as Into through the door. Any problem I have ever had, which have been few, and any questions Ive ever had have been resolved within 15mins. I have been to other Cricket stores in the area & this by far is, the best. I added my mother to me account & porting her number was smooth. The Motorola phones, we use are identical & we love the finger print system. Stops 8yr old from accessing play store & downloading games he is too young to be on. Thank you cricket. Loving our JC Cricket

Just paying phone bill

Very bright and clean. Their chalkboard drawings of phone specials were amusing. Not enough staff on hand to deal with the amount of customers there (why I dont give more stars), but the service I eventually got was above and beyond. They got me a great deal on cell service, just hope they hire more help. Saw the area manager while I was there and she was hiring more staff so Im hopeful for their future.

I wish I could give Zero Stars (0). Ive witnessed a few people come in and not one of them employees acknowledged them at all, neither by saying, someone will be with you in a moment. The mManaber of this store was vsry irate, and extremely rude. When I called the manager from Florida picked up, at the same moment i was being handed my milkshake and said thank you I appreciate it, and I replied sorry on the phone, but mmediately the stores manager got loud and and rude saying okay, whatever, GOOF BYE! And hung up. I called back immediately and she purposely IGNORED my call. I called again, and she coughed up a ghettto attitude saying: Didnt you just called a moment ago, I replied yes and explained. She didnt want to hear it and not even an apology. I went to Corporate a out it and heard nothing. I cancelled my Account and went with another Carrier that RESPECTS their Customers, and future Customers.
