Bad experience, they recommended replacing fairly new air cabin filter cause it had a few pieces of dry leaves in it. After I mentioned that the filter was new and requested to just toss the leaves out, the guy just turned around and put back with out saying or doing anything. All he had to do is turn it upside down and give it a shake. Honest to God, they dont care about you or your vehicle; just the upsale.

I’ve been going to this car wash for over 10 years and I can say the quality has hit rock bottom. You’re better off to hit the one up down from it and drive thru the car wash and vacuum yourself. It will be less money and you can vacuum it the way it should be . Customer service from manager was poor as well as she only wanted to argue . No time for that I’ll just take my business else where .

Wow! Great service and good job! For $20, they did a thorough job cleaning the outside and inside. It would have taken me a really long time to do this on my own.

Fast service and convenient for changing fluids in your vehicle.but not as knowledgeable as a honest machanic over different repairs that could arise in your vehicle.

They did a horrible job on VIP, I took it back at the end of the day and they re cleaned no questions asked. Excellent service. They keep their word.

The guys here are GREAT!!! I called 15 minutes before they closed asking how long a full service oil change takes. They informed me and I planned on swinging by the next morning. I was told if I was in the area I could swing by and they would take care of even though they were about to close. I cannot thank this place enough for the service.

If I could I would give DJ hundred stars.needed bulbs replaced in my car and after been told a high price at another place I called DJ up and he was able to replace both bulbs.your great and southern classics is lucky to have you . thank you for being honest and saving the day . As I am posting this review I still wait for a second round to get my truck cleaned, nothing was clean or washed properly interior nor exterior they didnt move anything inside to clean under ,water inside the truck dusty on top of the dashboard dirt spots on door panels and finishers attitude deplorable daring me to speak to the manager, of course I did , never again taking my cars there, as many people struggled every day for a job, these people showed how irresponsible are they and to care about nothing or nobody

This place is terrible I paid to clean my car and there is dirt and mud still in it and there is false advertisement on the wall the general manager wants to argue with you for having a different opinion.
