Tried to call about an alignment job I need done , left a call back number and no one even bothered to contact me, I’m guessing they don’t want business

I have had my 96 Miata for a little over five years and have put almost 80,000 miles on it. I have had the alignment done twice before going to Reeves and still had a problem with wear on the inside of my left front tire. My son suggested Reeves as he had also used him on his Miata.A couple days ago I decided to check out my tires as I had put new ones on just before my alignment. I was amazed at how good my tires looked, especially my left front one and I have put at least 12,000 on them.When he was finished with my car, he told me that technically, my car was within spec when he started on it, but it wasnt what was needed and he fixed it. Now, not only does it drive great, but I am very happy with the lack of tire wear.I highly recommend Reeves, especially if you have a Miata.

James and Matt are the best around! Ive used them for 7 years and wouldnt trust anyone else to maintain our vehicles. They wont fix things that arent broken and while they are busy, they always take care of us. If youre looking for an honest small business to support-these are your guys!

Reeves is a great place to go for honest reliable repairs at a decent price. Mr. Reeves explains what he did and why down to the finest detail. He does not do work that is not needed and will tell you of anything that might need attention later on.

Honest...Dependable. Fair prices will save you money if he can. Will not suggest work to your vehicle when its not needed.

Apparently they didnt want my business. I left a message and no one called me back.I called Larrys Auto, they answered and I made an appointment. Larrys did a great job taking care of my needs.

I called to see how much it would cost just for a brake line and told them half of them were replaced and he was rude and said he wouldnt do it I was just calling for a price my boyfriend has done almost all of them already but he is not home right now because he drives truck over the road no need to be nasty to me about it have of everything on my truck is going to be replaced its a 2004 for crying out loud I will never call that place ever again

Knowledgeable, friendly, fast, reasonably priced

Had multiple issues with my Hyundai Sonata, one of them was an internal steering wheel noise. James took care of it with minimal cost, 5 times less than the dealership price. He also did the tune up for the car and checked my tires. I would recommend this shop for all the car needs, not just the alignment. Very good costumer service as well.

James and his son Matt are the most honest mechanics in northeast TN. They care more about the customer than making a huge profit. The only place around the Tri-Cities that I have found to do an alignment on a lifted truck with oversized tires that doesnt want to charge you 2 paychecks for it and make you wait a month. Good service and nice people here also.

Ive dealt with James on two occasions and both times he went way above and beyond to help me out. Last time in he diagnosed my problem in 5 minutes after getting my battery and alternator checked at two of the chains (misdiagnosed).
