I’ve bought new tires for two vehicles and had brakes put on one of them in the last eight months. Todd and his team have been very accommodating to work with my schedule. They are always professional and complete the service timely. So far I haven’t had any issues with either set of tires or brakes. I would recommend Free Service Tire Company to family and friends. Actually, I already have.

Every time I go into this place for a tire balance and rotation I point out the recommended air pressure for the tires (32 front 42 rear). When you rotate the tires the air pressure has to change as the tires move. The person at the counter always says they will take care of it. So far it has never been done. I have to drive the car a bit to get the tpms to register the new tire locations and the tire pressure is always wrong. It is easier for me to go home, drag out my compressor and fix it myself than to go back and wait at the shop again - but its a real hassle that I should not have to deal with

Todd and John went above and beyond to go and get the tires I needed and put them on the same afternoon. They are honest, fair, and genuinely care for their clients. We have tried several places in the area and they are the best.

I had went in thinking I may need an alignment due to getting new tires for my vehicle. They had fast friendly service and were #1 honest I did not have to have an alignment that day and they told me everything looked good. This day in time especially being a woman people take advantage of that and they did not. Great group very pleased! Thank you all again!

I made an appointment for later in the day, when I got there they had the tires ready and I waited less than an hour to get them installed and drive away.Excellent service and friendly staff, I will definitely be back.

I had my car towed here knowing that it needed an alternator, and suspecting that it would also require a battery too. Well, it did. This was Saturday morning and they ordered and installed the alternator and battery and I picked it up about 4 hours later, and everything was great except for the codes, which cleared themselves before I could even get pulled off the property! They did great, just as they have the previous times I have been there.

Great fast service! They repaired the heat in a Camaro (imagine the difficulty in getting the dash off!). Its now toasty. They did so well, we then took our Explorer in (the one a Ford dealer said worked as well as it was going to) and with one inexpensive repair - its now also warm and toasty! These guys are great !!! I had what I thought was a low tire . It had 0 pounds of pressure when they checked it. They initially told me that they were booked solid for today . But after they checked the tire , one of the guys stayed past his shift to fix it because he didn’t feel it would hold air until tomorrow. So thankful for them. Free Service is typically good but the Boones Creek location is a joke. Will use Free Service again but not this location. Many better options to choose from.

Our first time here we got our tie-rod fixed and we where in and out they didnt waste our time or overcharge us to fix the problemSecond time we came we had a coolant leak and they got it fixed fast with friendly servicewe plan on being back asap to have our heating and air conditioning fixed!Very nice and courteous staff they are a pleasure to speak with!100% recommend this place over anywhere else!

I’ve personally have brought 4 cars in this location for service with no issues. My wife brought her car due to nail in tire and they charged her $34! I reviewed bill and they double charged her for balancing the tire. Mailing me a refund for double billing but my wife is very upset thinking that you take advantage of women. Not a pleasant experience at all! No more “Free Service” for us anymore.

Had a blowout on the highway right before the exit where this shop is located. They checked stock for a tire that matched my car and gave me a quote (which was EXACTLY on par by the end of my visit). The team had me back on the road WITHIN THE HOUR even though they had multiple cars in the shop when I arrived. All the staff was courteous and helpful. First time I went I needed new brakes, they were great in helping me and even got the price more within my budget. However, ever since, my brakes squeal and squeak horribly, despite being brand new rotors and all. I went back for an oil change which was expensive. I went back when I needed an oil change yet again, just to get told I had to make an appointment and come back. I guess Ill just take my business elsewhere, like Jiffy Lube who does oil changes for far less, far faster, and no appointment.

The staff is very friendly and will get you in and out quickly. I needed to get some things taken care of before a road trip and was in a bit of a time crunch between my job and my departure date. They got me taken care of with days to spare. Prices were more than fair and service was very thorough (they checked more than I expected and gave me a written report). There was absolutely zero up-sale pressure for work I had not come in for. I threw them a small curve-ball upon arriving for my late afternoon appointment. I asked for an additional small job beyond what I previously discussed with them and they very graciously agreed to do it and did not charge me for it even though I was in the shop at the very end of their work day. This was my first visit to this shop and I will definitely be returning the next time I need auto maintenance. I recommend you give Brendan (store manager) and his crew a try if you value fair pricing, professional and courteous service, and quality work. They will treat your car like it is theirs. I cannot say enough good things about the service at Free Service Tire Company at 2691 Boones Creek Road. They are my new go to auto shop.

We’ve been taking all of our vehicles to Free Service for 14 years. Service is usually good, prices fair. I liked it a lot better before it was sold to another company. Attention to detail doesn’t seem to be there anymore. As an example, I noticed a burned out taillight as soon as I picked up my car from servicing yesterday. Definitely expected Free Service to catch something like that😟.

I had an absolutely amazing experience today at Free Tire Service in Boone’s Creek! I have a Ram 3500 quad cab long bed dual rear wheel truck. I needed 6 tires mounted and balanced, and a front end alignment. Not only did they have the right rack for my size of truck, which many don’t, they worked around my busy schedule and were some of the politest people I have ever come into contact with. Amazing front desk manager, and an efficient and polite technical staff making the magic happen. I really couldn’t have had a better experience anywhere else.

This is the place you want to go for routine vehicle maintenance. It’s clean, the people are friendly and professional, and they do good work. Joshua takes time to explain things well. It’s better to schedule an appointment in advance, and it will take a little longer than a quick in-and-out oil change place, but you’ll get a better vehicle inspection and free tire rotation included. Definitely recommend.

Again, I met Josh, and again I got the same great service and respect from him and the other guys. Even with Synthetic Oil, a tire rotation and a thorough check of everything, it was cheaper than the dealership cost. I keep on top of my vehicles and I’m usually aware of things that are “getting close” to be repaired. They found them and gave me recommendations and options to get them done.Also..... the one thing that gets me at other shops, is the conversations they have amongst themselves about customers. These guys never spoke ill of any customer or had any lewd comments to say. They kept it professional.Considering all this, I will be back again.

Purchased 4 tires yesterday with one of the best experiences. Staff was very personable, professional and made me feel welcomed. They went above and beyond on checking additional items while changing tires and informed me of other maintenance to be prepared for down the road; but never felt pressured with purchasing these services. They where great at educating me on what services they performed and why. Oh and did I mention that no one else was close on the price!!!

Great folks here. Hit something at the I26/Boone’s Creek disaster. They went above and beyond to help me out in the pouring rain. Will be taking my personal vehicles + fleet vehicles here from now on. Couldn’t ask for a better business to deal with.

This is the friendliest car place I have ever been to. I walked in with the tire pressure light that had come on four times in the past month, and it was the same tire that was low every time. I knew something was up. Although I did not have an appointment, I was able to get the tire checked (which had a screw in it), repaired, and discussed the condition of the tires with Brendan and he answered any questions I had. I will definitely be back and it will be my go to place for maintenance and help in the future.

Ive used Free Service in Boones Creek since they opened. Ive used them for tires on 4 vehicles, as well as regular maintenance and several times after breaking down. Always clean, easy to work with, and fair. Good communication and great service. Most projects have been cut and dry...they do X and I pay X. Easy. But a few times they have gone above and beyond in small ways. I recommend Free Service. Good guys.

We have been servicing our vehicles at Free Service since they opened. They’re wonderful people who have always taken care of us. I called this morning to see if there was any possibility to get my oil changed and tires rotated that day, and they squeezed me in (happily, I might add) a few hours later. The service was done in just under an hour; their pick-up service is great and so helpful during the day. We highly recommend them!

This branch of Free Service Tire Company is great. Ive had work done here several times on multiple cars (oil changes, brakes, engine work). Twice theyve done small jobs completely free of charge. The other times, theyve done quality work at or under the price I expected to pay. Its my go-to service center, and I dont see that changing anytime soon.

Let me start by saying that not all Free Service Tire locations are created the same. The guys at Boones Creek are top notch people and after being absolutely ripped off at another location I was treated like a long time friend as soon as I stepped in the door here. Both the manager and assistant manager were exceptionally professional and expedited a solution to a giant mess that I was left with courtesy of another Free Service location. Ive had work done at Boones Creek previously and was equally impressed with the work done then. This is what led me to try another location since I was under the impression that I would receive the same quality service anywhere that I went. Take it from me, you wont find the same service anywhere but here.

Free Service has a great team up front and in the shop. Any questions that you have can get answered in person or over the phone. I definitely recommend scheduling your next oil change at Free Service and seeing what they can do to fix the problem you might be having.
