The customer service is sweet, and prompt. The staff seem to be down to earth, and kind. They fixed my car without an amazing high price.I couldnt get a ride to drop off my vehicle, so they took me home, and picked me up when the car was ready. They went above, and beyond to help me get back on the road. I will be using them for future repairs.

This is by far one of the greatest Auto shops I have ever been to. My family and I were on our way to visit family in VA with our one month older daughter when we began having car troubles on the interstate. Upon arriving to the auto shop Ben the mechanic immediately greeted us with kindness, hospitality and reassurance that they could take care of us and check everything out in a moment of panic with us being two hours from home. The owner of the shop Kenny and Ben immediately took the time to look at our Jeep and had us back on the road in no time. You won’t find another shop with more genuine, sweet and good hearted people. This shop is so great that I would be willing to drive the two hours from home just to have them work on my vehicle. I can’t say enough good things about this shop and the owner! 10/10 recommend.

Best place for Auto Repair. Honest, great service

My boyfriend decided to use this shop due to mechanical issues after vacation. I had used it once previously and it wasn’t too bad- except poor communication on the mechanics part. You can never call this place just once because they don’t answer. At this point it has been right at almost three weeks since he dropped the car off. After trying to call for two days he finally got someone to answer saying they would be working on it Wednesday and hopefully it will be done Friday. Well we live across the street so we can see the car STILL hasn’t moved and it was told earlier this week they would have it done today. It’s 1 PM and he has tried multiple attempts to call this location with no success of someone answering. Beware if you bring your car here- you will have to call night and day just to get someone to pick up, and if his vehicle isn’t fixed today we have no choice but to take it somewhere else and get a rental after this location has had his car since August 2.

They don’t answer their phone and will not call you back. I recently went in and they told me they needed to repair something with the tire rods so I let them. They failed to tell me that I would have to take it somewhere else to complete the repair and they charged me $500 for the not completed repair. The place I took it to finish the car said it was not done safely and not to return here.

Had the front end of my son’s 05 Outback done. Great price and quality work quickly. Gave me a fair price up front and no surprises. Seemed appreciative of my budget needs but also getting the car back in safe driving condition. Will use them again.

I went here this morning on 12/5/18 needing a bearing and hub pressed. When they asked me how soon I needed it done, I said as soon as possible. (I wanted to make sure I have enough light left to put it back on the car). The people were so kind and told me they could have it done by noon which they did. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing work. Great people, great work and great prices.

My daughter bought her Mazda here, great little car! They are fair and reasonable. I also got my Equinox repaired here, they quoted me a much lesser price than the dealership I bought it from. Great people to work with.

There is a total lack of communication between owner and customer.. had car in shop for over three weeks, and only got one text stating what was wrong with car. If i needed to know status i had to drive to establishment in person, because no one would answer phone, occasionally i would be transferred to voice mail and i would ask them to call me back, but they NEVER did! Very unprofessional because of the lack of respect for communication. Will never go here again!!!!

Discount helped me out with some issues with my Subaru and gave me a lot of peace of mind. They answered all my questions and fixed problems with my car other mechanics were unable to.

If there was an option for zero stars I would choose it. I took my jeep to them because it had a power loss and a rattling sound. I was told it needed a new converter and that they would get to it when they could. I get a call a few days later that my jeep was ready to be picked up and they had repaired the converter. They did this without my permission. Never called me to tell me what was going on with my vehicle. I picked it up and everything seemed fine. A few days after I had paid for it, I got a strange feeling and looked under it. There was no converter. Instead there was a shiny new freshly welded straight pipe in its place. Taking of a catalytic converter is ILLEGAL and they lied about it! I was told that my converter was repaired and charged for it too! Called them and they said they did it as a favor. Never taking my vehicle back to these liars again and you shouldnt either.

Took my Subaru here after another shop messed it up. They let me know everything the prior shop did wrong. They continue to answer any questions I have. Its nice to have a trusted mechanic.

The mechanic was number one knew what he was doing but the owner dont give discounts so I dont know why they call it discount Auto Service
