Good old-fashioned customer service still exists! Robert Bradford was very efficient and friendly as he helped me with a new battery. In fact, there was a good vibe in the whole store. I will be a repeat customer.

Dude switched out my battery without any extra bs. Cuz I had a long warranty so he figured just go ahead and do it. Cuz the common sense I spouted he figured why bother testing. So smooth sailing here.

I bought a parking light bulb there and asked the cashier if he would change the bulb for me and he said he couldnt because of Covid. Hogwash!! There was a time when they would help you out; especially a woman. I am a senior and this really turned me off. He was simply lazy and didnt want to give of his time. What a sad world we live in anymore. He would have been outside and they were not busy...so I went to my tire repair shop and the guy there did it for nothing- and they dont generally do that kind of service. What happened to helping others??? Auto Zone just lost my business.

I have traded with Autozone for over 20 years. I usually frequent this location even though there is another Autozone a bit closer to my house. I recently had an experience at this place that I had to give a review on.Long story short... I got a bad part. It was a re-manufactured power steering pump. I found this out after the pump had been on the car for around a week. Of course they stood by their warranty with no issue. Unfortunately, I ran into problems being able to pay someone to take the bad pump off and put the new pump on. I spoke with the store manager about this issue.She was awesome. She was polite, professional, and did not hesitate to offer to find a way to fix my problem. I honestly think that this recent experience was in the top of the best customer service I have ever received anywhere.The representatives are usually nice and helpful here however I was taken care of beyond my expectations this time. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family to shop here.

The first thing you notice when pulling into the lot is a big sign that says no working on your vehicle in their lot. From an auto parts perspective this strikes me as a really bad business decision. I just needed a new wiper arm so I went half a block to OReillys and not only were they happy to let me replace it in their parking lot but loaned me a tool to do so.

Well it was very unsatisfactory to say the least ,poor salesman dont do their jobs,Charlie the :manager lied to a customer flat out lied ,and Robert ignored me& also lied ,told me i could not get my $ back on a product because of no money in cash register ,then when confronted with their 1800- number to fix this problem he made excuses that manager was on vacation and he could not help me then 2 weeks later manager when asked to help me lied and said he would have to talk with district manager when i found out from their twin store down the road that he was just mad and did not want to help me ,why would a company want this dissatisfaction with their customers ?so i will be shopping else wheres from now on and letting others know they dont care if you are from out of town and unsatisfied with product they refuse to help the customer ,they rather look like they are the best salesman and for 140.00 auto zone lost a customer 4 life good luck with that
