James was amazing! I had just scratched my new car earlier in the day, and was really bummed. I called Professional Collision Auto body & Paint, and spoke with a lady who was very nice and professional. She told me to come on over, and that James could take care of it. In just a few minutes James buffed out all the scratches on my car. He did a super job that just made my day. I highly recommend James and his wonderful staff!!

I went to Professional Collision Auto Body & paint after a small fender bender. They had to repair my front passenger door and you cannot tell that anything ever happened to it. My back passenger door had to be replaced and the paint job is seamless - youd never know its not the original door (I have a 2021 RAV4 for reference). The office manager Nichole is so personable and easy to work with. She kept me updated along the way. They have a set up that allows them to communicate with you via text which is SO convenient when you work the same hours the shop is open. My car was sparkling clean inside and out when they got it back to me. I had to take my car back after the initial repair to fix a small issue with my automatic windows not functioning correctly. They let me come by at a time convenient for me and James (owner and head mechanic) went out of his way to try to fix the issue for me. When they were unable to fix it (after staying past 5:00 to assist me) they called Toyota the following day to schedule a time to take it there for me. They came back my place of work and TOOK THE CAR FOR ME. They were so easy to work with and I highly highly recommend seeing them if you are in the unfortunate situation of needing work done on your car.

I came in for a quick quote after going several other places in the surrounding area. I must say that Im happy that I came here for collision services. The customer service was top notch and the quote was far cheaper than the other two that recieved. It only took a few days to complete and Ms. Nicole kept me informed on the process. Worth the drive for quality work! Friendly atmosphere, very professional! Took our Jeep there to have large scratch buffed out and to have chrome trim blacked out, it looks amazing! Highly Recommended! I had purchased a truck cap (camper-top) second hand, and needed professional collision to repaint it to match the color of my truck. The craftsmanship was excellent, the price was great, and the shop workers were helpful by loading the truck cap back on the truck. When co-workers and friends ask if I know a place for bodywork, I will go a step further and give the phone number. Not just the business name. The business is efficient communicates well, and personable.

They were absolutely wonderful my car looks amazing! They had my car finished quickly when other places were going to take a month and several places told me it was a total loss!!! It was only rear ended and they barley even looked at it but when I took it here the owner came out checked my car out told me exactly what was going on and how long it would take and even gave me a heads up to let my car would be done the following day!!! Hopefully i won’t but if I ever get into another accident this is the only place I will go!!!!

I had a busted brake light and a dent in the left rear of my Honda Pilot. They told me up front what the cost would be which was very reasonable. They went above and beyond and returned my vehicle in better shape than it was when I left it. I had the unfortunate experience of a hit and run that left my truck without a driver side mirror and some damage to the driver side door. Esurance selected this location for the insurance claim. The work was completed in quick time and my baby is good as new. For the repairs this place gets a 5 star; however, if I could give them more stars for their exemplary customer service I would. Matt, the office manager, worked with my insurance throughout the process and took care of all the requirements to get the claim approved. I met James, the owner of the business while dropping the vehicle off and his customer service was also outstanding. Finally when I went to pick my truck up after the repairs were completed I was amazed to find the entire inside of my truck was vacuumed, cleaned out and the dash polished. A full service valet cleaning!!! I have a dog that sheds and there was a good amount of dog hair on the carpets and I am well aware of the struggle to vacuum those up. This was something they didnt have to do at all. Going the extra mile for their customers is clearly a priority for this business. I hope I wont need it again but I know where I will be going for all of my collision repair needs in the future. Great Job Professional Collision Auto Body & paint, you have a customer for life!

I honestly don’t even know where to start... from day one they have been GREAT!!!! I’m very pleased with they way they handled my repairs!!! They always reached out to me if it was by text or call to give me updates on my car!! They worked very hard to get in and out as soon as they could! They were friendly and easy to communicate with... I’m a nurse and I’ve realized they’re just isn’t that many good people out there anymore, But I can honestly say they are. The day of pickup my car was so clean, I actually thought for a minute maybe they repainted my whole car. But I was floored when I opened my car door and seen how spotless the inside of my car Was. My leather seats were clean. I couldn’t find a speck of dirt in my car! I do a good job cleaning my own car, but they did even better! Car was scented and everything! I was amazed, I wanted to tip them but they wouldn’t accept it. I love good people and good customer service! Such a great place of Buisness.

This place is amazing! Our car just has a few bends in the door hinge, you couldnt open it without hearing an irritating noise, and the window wouldnt row up.But now when I went to pick the car up, I was kinda surprised to see that it was my car! It was as if I was buying the car all over again, it looked that great.
