A plastic piece underneath my front bumper came unattached when it rubbed against a cement barrier in a parking spot. I arrived at this body shop 15 minutes early. A very nice lady immediately came outside with me, laid down on the pavement and popped it back into place. She refused to accept any money from me. All of that really impressed me and I definitely will use this business in the future. Thank you all so much!

I cannot adequately express how much I appreciate the folks at Olde Jonesborough Body Shop. When Jeff at Precision Tune suggested that I take my car to OJBS, I felt confident that the service would be good, but I had no clue how kind and thoughtful the staff would be. My Subaru developed leaks, and they inspected it, solving the problem quickly and efficiently. The Lyft ride cost me more than OJBS charged me. They earned a devoted customer.

I waited a month for my appointment just to be told that they never confirmed it so they didnt order the parts. Had a rental scheduled to pick me up at the shop which had to be rescheduled as well. I will take my business ANYWHERE else in the future. Even a body shop that does a bad job is better than waiting a month for absolutely nothing. I couldve had my vehicle fixed long ago by a competitor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me get my car from the wrecker quickly and had an estimate for me within a day. Afterwards it looked GREAT! Not only was the exterior back to perfect, the interior was detailed. They made the collision repair of the accident a seamless process.

Dropped my car off at 9 for a bumper replacement and by 2 the next day it was done! Everyone there was super nice and helpful. They did an amazing job and even went so far as vacuuming the inside of my car and wiping everything down.

Long wait times so book quickly but like another reviewer said it’s worth it. They did a great job on my Camry, exterior and interior were both cleaned to a crisp too, car feels like the first day I bought it.

Well my introduction to this place is a definite go they are inquisitors they are good advisors on where to go and what to do and they work with you very well also seems that theyre very fast to get the work done look forward to seeing what kind of work they do but I will tell you that they are good hearted and great people willing to work with you on anything you need

Had my Expedition repaired here back in 2004. I was on a military deployment when my wife was hit by a drunk driver. When I got back I couldnt tell it had been in an accident (which had ripped out the rear axle and the body behind the back door on the drivers side). Excellent work.Also did some work for my Dads car. Racing stripes, down the entire length and they turned out great.Highly recommended.

Make sure to take any marginally valuable items out of your car. When their staff steals it, theyll blame it on you for not emptying out your car when you left it in their care.

Had multile gift cards in the middle console worth $50 for different places. When I came back to pick up my vehicle they were gone. I called to inform them they had a thief working as a machanic. The lady then tried to convince me that someone might have broken onto the secured property THEN broke into my secured car (it locks after 2 minutes if the key isnt in the car) to steal the gift cards...... its sad that you cant trust anyone anymore. Wont be taking my car back.

My car returned immaculate! It takes a few weeks to get in with them, but so worth the wait.

The worst experience in years. Rude people, low quality work, then plenty of excuses and every effort made to minimize poor workmanship and make me and my wife feel guilty for scrutinizing work done. Apparently, quality depends on the mood of the owner and manager, both were rude and unprofessional in their behavior and in their workmanship and they make no apologies for their crappy results.If you like confrontation, excuses, being treated like the enemy when you point out obvious low quality workmanship and if you want a terrible paintjob, go to this place.
