They have great products if you know what youre looking for however,Too many employees playing on their cell phones instead of helping customers when I ask for help

Very understocked in the items I went for. Little Halloween and fall decor. Happy Planners newest released was not stocked yet. Wasnt stocked at all since the line dropped.

Went to Michaels for the grab bags I got 5 of them. All Easter decorations, love it. Get home go through all the bags there was 2 big blue glittery egg bottoms and no tops called the store and they told me they would give me the exchange for the new set. The Manager was very friendly and and so was the cashier. Love shopping there.

Surprisingly crowded with only one cashier working. She was able to keep the line moving which was commendable.Well stocked with a good selection.Appreciate the signs and parking for curbside pickup (not all Michaels have designated spots for this).

Michaels was wonderful! 1st off Kelly in custom framing did a 5 piece canvas for me that was just Excellent!! The rest of the staff was very quick to help. It was a very pleasant experience.

I love Michaels and this location is fantastic. The selection is bigger than my other Michaels location. I just wish that the mask policy stated on the door was enforced for guests and staff during a global pandemic.

Surprised by the variety of art supplies with great sales on already lower prices. However I didnt like how the employee seemed to follow me through the isles as I browsed several different areas of the store. I had both arms full of supplies and merchandise that I had plenty enough money to purchase. They asked me atleast 4 times if they could help find what I was looking for. I held back my anger and continued to shop. Once at the checkout I done as I planned and paid for everything I came get amd didnt let the small minded judgemental front end employees ruin my day. But I will not return in the future. I hope they learn to stop doing this to their patrons and help where they are needed.

Never actually been in a Michaels. Always heard lots about it. Exceeded my expectations by a mile. You can buy anything you need for arts and crafts and so much more. I will definitely be back. Im amazed by the inventory. The people are extremely helpful and very nice.

I love Michaels. The one in Kingsport is bigger and they have a bigger selection also.

Didnt have really any coloring material had supplies but no books or painting or coloring by num or projects could count on one hand the coloring merchandise they had walmart and dollar store had more options than they did really disappointed 😕w that outcome other than that I wa pretty satisfied

They have everything you can think of to make fall arrangements. They have pumpkins and red truck signs,pillows the red truck itself and ribbon.

Michaels and Hobby Lobby walk in lock-step playing the game of high prices with constant BUT LOOK ITS 40% OFF which then becomes the standard price for an item. Much of their seasonal decor can be found at Dollar Tree- identical pieces with different Made in China tags. Im glad Michaels is around but its definitely not my first stop when Im looking for a specific item or simply browsing.

Crafters paradise

They typically have what Im looking for. Though, they have always been overpriced. Sometimes the coupons and sales help, but you really MUST read the coupon completely. I went today expecting to buy yarn at 2 for 1(50% off) but instead I got it 2 for 1.5 (1 full, 1 50% off) my stupidity, but I think its almost done on purpose.

Lets see im usually pretty positive but this place sincerely let me down. The lack of variety mainly and missing items for people and artist who use anything you couldnt find at Walmart or online from China. The store reminded me of a dollar store from the 90s. The people were friendly enough I guess although no one spoke to me. I was looking for gift art supplies for Christmas and ideas for myself also. But Id be better off going to a hobby store or different art store..

I bought some large jar candles here at a fantastic price. Other places charge a lot more for the same size candle and these really smell good. My favorite is the Sugar Cookie. They have lots of unique items that you would not think of them having along with all the things you would expect them too have at an affordable price. They always have a coupon to use as well. Check them out! Youll be glad you did.

Had everything I need and at good prices

The store was clean and organized. They had quite a lot of the merchandise out after being shutdown by the covid. We were able to find what we were looking for with no issues at all. The prices were reasonable and parking was easy.

This is a small Michaels store. The isles are narrow which could pose a problem trying to shop comfortably. They did have a nice variety of things.

Went looking for yarn. The selection was low. Didnt find what I wanted but found some balls of a yarn Ive never tried before on clearance.

I have never been to five and below before I went with my grandchildren and my daughter. It was a wonderful experience we had so much fun. I couldnt believe the things they had for women men and children just a great place to go to get discounts and cheap stuff thats actually not cheap-looking and things that actually are good products.
