Due to an out of stock issue, my order went into an odd awaiting payment status so I reached out to customer service. Nicki contacted me promptly and was able to give me a estimate on when it would become available. It really wasnt delayed long and Im very happy with the furniture (Bush Office Furniture brand).

This is a horrible company. I ordered an office chair 2 1/2 months ago. I was shown as in stock when I ordered. I received an email stating that they were temporarily out of stock, but told they’d have it in 2 weeks. That 2 weeks passed without notice. I contacted them again. I was told another 2 weeks. No chair. Then I was told another 2 weeks. That was almost 6 weeks ago. No chair and no communication. If I don’t have a refund soon, I’ll be contacting my credit card company. Definitely wouldn’t buy from this company. AVOID THEM!!! I’ll be contacting the company that makes the chair I ordered to let them know just how poor this company represents their product.

Great prices but absolutely terrible customer service. Be very, very careful if you choose to go this route, though I would definitely not recommend doing business with this company. There are so many retailers out there that excel in the customer service department with comparable prices that I see absolutely no reason to shop with this company.

Terrible customer service. Rude and condescending customer support. Lost a $2,500 sale rather than agree to deliver to a third floor suite as an inside delivery, where I agreed to pay $150 fee. She claimed the freight carriers no longer delivered beyond the first floor due to liabilities. I copied and showed her Rule Tariffs for the freight companies proving that they would deliver as long as there was an elevator. Dont waste your time with this company. The Free Freight is a scam unless you want your furniture left in the street. The minute they walk through the door, you pay $150. Ridiculous.
