Very bland selection. Every time I step into the store, they tell me they have what I am looking for at their other location. The walls are bare more often than not. They never have a decent selection of strings. If I wanted to go to the mall, I would have gone to the mall. Just close this location if you only keep your “main stock” at the mall. I was very excited when this place opened, and I have tried to give it a chance multiple times, but it’s not a matter of “waiting for a shipment” when you have been saying the same thing for well over a year. The older gentleman, Dennis, was very rude. If I see him standing behind the counter, I just leave. At first, he told me he was the owner, but then the next time he told me the owner was at the mall. He stands there with his arms crossed, just staring every time I walk in there. I have tried to spend money at this store, but they never have the products that they claim to have shipments coming in for. They do not make it very welcoming for their customers. The only decent experience I’ve had at this store was with the young man with glasses, Tony. He still sent me to the mall, but he was very welcoming and respectful any time I spoke to him. If I was reviewing Tony, I would give him more stars. But as a whole, this store and their employees (mainly Dennis, but they still let him work there even with the many complaints he has gotten, even the other employees there have tried to apologize for his behavior) do not even deserve the one star I’m giving them.

This place may be small but dont let it fool you, its a great shop and the only one around. They have amazing prices and will price match with anything else you find.

I went in, looking for a pernambuco wood bow for my violin. The clerk had no idea what I was talking about and didnt even act like he wanted to try to help me. They only had guitars on display. If you are a guitar store, that is fine. Just call yourself the Guitar Toy Store.

Staff isn’t wearing masks to protect customers from covid. Beware.
