This is the 2nd time I’ve used Two Men and Truck, both times the office staff was incredibly friendly and the movers very efficient and speedy.This second time Casey and Isaiah were excellent! They were both so polite, quick, and detail oriented. Before leaving they checked all the pieces were off the truck and made sure everything was set down where I wanted it. Great job!

Really enjoyed the help they provided. The moving team was punctual, attentive, and friendly. They took care of my things. The office team was very professional as well: they called to check how my move was going and if I was satisfied with the experience. All in all, very professional and responsive team and I am thankful for their assistance in helping me move!

FIRST and FOREMOST, they charged $1200 to move a ONE BEDROOM apt (local move within 5 miles). We didn’t approve of the charges and they said they would adjust it but instead STOLE the money from our account without additional communication. We (me and Nicole T.) used them yesterday to move a one bedroom apt. We were quoted for 3 hours at $200 per hour. At the end of the day, it was 5 hours at $1237.19. Why was it doubled? Well, their truck battery went dead and they sat in the parking area of our apartment building and had to wait for someone to come and jump them (they charged us for that!). Also, when I say a one bedroom apt, let me be clear, it was a queen size bed, one sofa, a coffee table, night stand, large mirror, 2 bar stools and some storage bins. (We actually used the storage bins versus using boxes so that it would be easier to stack and move). We didnt have a dining room table, no dressers, no desk, no entertainment unit....none of that. The largest item was a sofa. And it was $1200!!! We have video (which we will post) of them standing around on the truck. They would take down a few items at the time on the elevator versus packing the elevator and then unpacking it. They didnt even have to move the stuff to another home...it went into a storage unit that was less than 5 miles away. We have a photo as well of the truck when they packed it...it was only a quarter full (thats how very little items they had to move)!!! We called and got a manager on the phone to let them know how slow the workers were going and they said that they would reach out to them. They also promised to adjust the bill to make up for the time they sit there waiting for the battery to be re-charged, etc. Bottom line, I dont know how they have such positive reviews on this google review board. Apparently their customers are not used to truly good service. We have moved often in our lives for jobs, etc, so we know the difference. We beg all of you to avoid this company at all cost! We will be working with our friend who is an attorney to recoup some of the money that they stole from our account. Its funny, their hold music (which we heard a total of 4 times yesterday due to having to call in to them for assistance) says that they are a company that treats people based on the grandma policy...well if thats the case, they need to be arrested for elderly abuse. Absolutely terrible experience with these guys. They broke a pretty expensive ceramic grill that I have and are taking no responsibility for replacing the grill when parts turned out to not be available. Dont believe for a second they will treat you as theyd want there grandma to be treated, this is completely untrue. They did send me money to buy a replacement part (not thrilled this became my responsibility) due to supply chain there is no way to know when or even if, the parts will become available. Again, after THEY broke my grill, this is MY problem. Spend more money elsewhere, its worth it. They should be ashamed of themselves, but arent.

We had an excellent experience with this group from start to finish. Taylor Bohannon was professional, helpful, and responsive in planning the move, even with changes in the date, and the cost was reasonable.On moving day, Lexie and Carlos were excellent--very capable and patient, even given sometimes complicated instructions as to loading and unloading orders. The end result was great, and much appreciated. The personnel at the site for purchasing moving boxes were also very helpful and responsive, even with a few returns. I highly recommend this organization in all respects.

Two Men and A Truck have been great from the beginning. We changed our closing 3 times and they accommodated us each time. Griselda was great and willing to work with me the entire time. The movers were excellent and took care of our furniture. We have 3 pets and they worked hard to get the items out of our bedroom first so we could move the animals from outside to the bedroom.

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was great. Kasey and Zack arrived on time and got straight to work. They were friendly, through, fast and were careful with all of our stuff. They finished faster then the quoted time which was nice. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to friends to use!

I had 4 movers and 2 trucks come to my elderly mothers house to move. They arrived late, ran off the driveway onto the grass. They apologized and took photos of the damaged lawn. Two of the guys were working at a regular pace (1 wrapping furniture the other moving boxes to the truck) while the other 2 were not (one standing in the truck waiting for boxes to be delivered to him while the other walked around the house). Once i called the office and told the manager that Im paying a hefty price for this move and this is unacceptable they sent out a manager to the house then SUDDENLY they moved with a purpose. Took them 1 hour once the manager arrived to load the 2 trucks! That was at 4pm. Now here we are 8:43pm... theyre at the storage place unloading. They broke an elevator and are STILL currently emptying a second truck. They have been goofing off and playing with the moving carts in the storage facility. The office manager at cube smart had to tell them multiple times to be respectful of the property. The office manager stayed past closing time but she said she had many opinions about the movers unprofessionalism but wanted to keep her opinions to herself to remain professional herself. As I write this, theyre still there with my elderly mother and my sister and Im beyond livid with how this crew has been today. I only have nice things to say about Nate and Ben. The other 2, not so much. The 2 men told the other 2 men that theyre not gonna spend the evening babysitting them... within earshot of my mother and sister. So even they were getting annoyed with each other. Side note, there is no after hours customer service to talk to after 5. So if you have problems with them after hours then your stuck. At least the storage facility had an after hours call person about the elevator. Having done military moves myself, Im pretty disappointed in how this move went for my elderly mother and my sister. The storage facility even said they will be sure not to recommend companies that dont give their customers good service. So you bet I told them who moved us today.Edit: to add photos of a mover skateboarding on the storage facility equipment, and how they stacked belongings carelessly to the point that all the boxes came crashing down, including glassware. Seeing the boxes all over the floor was devastating to my poor mother who worked her whole life to simply be able to have nice things. What a disgrace, we are incredibly disappointed.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They damaged the desk they were move and an office wall. I ended up doing it myself while they watched. They were unprofessional and incompetent. I asked management to call me and they didnt. Then they charged me more than double the quoted price. I used them before and the service was great. This time the service couldnt be any worse. Dont use them. They clearly are having issues with staff and service.

The back office experience could have been a much better experience. I should have read the agreement througly... i was very unhappy each time the office was contacted or another invoice was shared.After a request to revise this review and tone it down... TM&T promptly reimbursed me 3% of the total cost. So now the move cost me $14.35 per mile - over priced for any market.The men who move me were great. Long time to load the truck... almost 10 hours. However because of the back office the delivery was very rushed because they needed to get back to Florida - it took them three hours. Now, i am have found a few damaged items.Next is the insurance company. Compare shop!

Not only were they EXTREMELY polite and courteous, but they handled all of our belongings with absolute care as if they were their own!! Griswelda was the person I dealt with to schedule my move, do the estimate, and confirmation and she made my whole experience stress free. Two men did such a fantastic job of our move from Florida to Colorado! From their front desk service to the two movers who helped load and unload all of our supplies, they were always available to take our questions and always ready to help us out. They certainly were not the cheapest option but we really did feel like all of our supplies were packed safely and securely. I would definitely hire Two Men again!

From the time they arrived, the guys moving my furniture, (one in particular), only seemed to care about trying to flirt/chat with me rather than move my stuff in an efficient manner. One mover complained (within earshot of myself to his colleague), about the pet hair on my furniture, which I thought was very rude and disrespectful, and frankly very embarrassing, considering I had already apologized multiple times about it after I could tell it was bothering his allergies.After everything was loaded into the truck, I was told they would follow me to the new location, but while on route they proceeded to disregard the direction I was going and take a wrong turn causing extra time to be added to my move schedule. Once most of the boxes were in the new apartment, I was asked to pay and tip. After tipping I noticed multiple pieces of furniture still had the companies packing blankets and large saran wrap still on them. I mentioned it before they left and I was told to keep it and do whatever I want with it. To me, it felt like since they had been paid for services and tipped, there was no more work left to be done and they were more concerned about leaving early before the rain started.Boxes labeled fragile were left upside down even though I made sure to mark them with proper verbiage and arrows. Ironically my one box labeled books was the only one to get wet during the whole process.The one comment that got to me the most was when I was approached by one of the movers asking why I was moving to a third-floor apartment. I have cerebral palsy, which is visible when you see me walk, and also had my car parked in the handicapped space. He commented that “with my bum leg wouldn’t it be difficult to take the stairs all the time.” I just thought it was extremely uncalled for and tactless to make such a statement. Another moment of awkward embarrassment.Overall I felt the office service was fine but the lack of professionalism on behalf of the movers is enough to never warrant my request for service again.

We needed some furniture moved around in the home as well as some placed in the garage for pickup by one of the local charities. The gentleman from two men and a truck were here on time wore masks and were professional the entire visit. Even though some items in my home were upstairs which required a tight turn to move them downstairs they did it without damaging even a single part of the home, not a wall was touched. I would recommend them if you need to move things around in your home that are either too heavy or awkward for you to handle on your own or with one other person.and even though they took their time to make sure things were done safely and correctly they still got done much faster than anticipated. I will be using this company again in the future when we do make our final move.

This was the 2nd time I used the Jacksonville based “Two Men and a Truck” movers. I never thought they could or would surpass the quality of work from the first move. I was wrong, the three young men were courteous, punctual, professional and a pleasure to work with. As soon as they arrived they went to work. Within 3 hours the truck was carefully loaded. They drove 3 hours to the new location. In less than two hours the truck was emptied and everything was placed where needed. I hope I never move again, but if I do, Three Men and a Truck will be my first and only call.

First time using a moving company and Two Men and a Truck were phenomenal. After research and suggestions as well as a confirmed closing date and time were received, TMaaT were able to not only schedule within the requested dates provided, I was engaged quickly by their office team, reviewed the item/room checklist, and was provided an overview of their policies and what to expect the day of move. The day of move, I was contacted within 45 minutes of arrival and the team had me loaded and unloaded with no problem. The team went over what could and could not be taken, walked through the home for inventory, and both were very courteous and respectful.A few highlights:- speaking with the office team, TMaaT were highly organized. Their team had information from my online quote and anyone was able to answer questions.- moving team assigned was top notch. arrived at 2:30 and moved in the FL heat, non stop. I couldnt have asked for a better team of people.- TMaaT was very organized, providing everything up front, from engagement to confirmation, arrival, to departure.I would recommend based on their professional nature, quality, and overall cost.

My movers were Worthy & Mendez and they were super helpful, polite, and efficient. No wasted time, and they gave 100% during the entire move. Some bedroom furniture was taken down and re-assembled with no problem too. They took care to wrap everything and handled my furniture with respect. Highly recommended.

There was much damage to my furnitureMy desk was dropped. Chips broken off and cracks in the wood. Two door hinges broken that I have not been able to replace. Door to furniture out of alignment. I was quoted way low of the actual cost the truck was poorly packed so they were not able to move all my belongings I contacted a manager He said to send pictures. I sent pictures to the email address on an email I had received from this company and it was returned undeliverable. The first time I used this company they did a great job but this time it was very very unsatisfactory

I moved from Florida to Texas and was driving my own rental truck. I needed to have it weight/balanced loaded for my long drive and the 3 guys that showed up did a great job with in the time allowed. I kept them feed and gave them water to keep them motivated because I a ton of stuff to move and it was heavy lifting. They did a great job.

We had a few guys and one truck which came exactly on time! They were very curtious, friendly, and super efficient. No time wasted in getting the truck loaded. I also followed them to our new house where they unloaded everything in a super timely manner. You can tell hes experienced with getting into all certain types of property for ease of access. :) thank you guys for making our weekend a lot easier!

Nicole in the office was very helpful and helped me get this move coordinated as it was going to be to more than one location. The two men, Bradley and Moo, who came were on time and very professional. They not only helped with the move, they hauled off items we no longer wanted. At the end of the day, they worked hard and were very pleasant. As a Realtor, I would recommend them to my customers.

The drivers showed up on time, with plenty of moving blankets. They listened to my instructions and wrapped all my electronics and furniture as necessary. Took care to make sure nothing was damaged and was where I wanted it placed in the new apartment. Great team and great company.

Was quoted for 4-5 hours because that is how long they thought it would take. I had Nathaniel and Isiah as my movers though and it only took them 2 hours. They were fast, professional, and didnt waste time. Nothing was damaged in the move either and I had some heavy furniture. They did a great job.

We had an amazing, awesome, and stress-free moving experience with Two Men and a Truck. Chelsea the office moving coordinator responded to inquiries in a timely fashion. The two gentlemen Chris and Dewayne were extremely professional, efficient and timely. We have dealt with various National or Local moving companies in the past. However none of them have handled our items with the most utmost care, concern and professional packing and wrapping than this A-Team of gentlemen did.

One of the worst experiences in my life with a moving company.  From the very beginning to the end, the experience during the move was horrendous.  The sheer amount of disbelief from the disgusting quality of work that was performed from a moving company is simply astonishing and unbelievable.They charge per hour so movers spend an obscene amount of time moving 5 pieces of furniture. Also they will sneak another man on the job and not tell you about additional incurring fees!As soon as the men arrived to the house, the first thing they said was we arent going to be able to move everything today because we done working at 5 pm and cant move anything after 5 pm. I asked them, how does that work if we need everything moved out today? The movers response was You gonna have to get another day to move and pay for it I have never heard of a moving company not being able to move a house out completely in one day.  From the start, I should have known that this was a SHADY company working.The movers damaged walls in the old house as well as the new house we were moving into making large gashes that are not simply touch ups.  They also broke several pieces of our furniture including expensive restoration hardware pieces.  When they broke the pieces, they laughed at it saying that one of the men twisted their ankles and had to leave the job to make up for the damages that we had incurred.  Response was “at least we didn’t charge you for a 4th guy”The movers also made every single excuse to not move anything in the old house.  They refused to move a TV because it was mounted to the wall.  My 78 year old father had unmounted the TV by simply lifting it off the bracket and they still refused to move the TV afterwards! They also refused to move a childs bed because they were they were going to break it! They left so much furniture behind.The way they packed the truck was simply unorganized and only brought one truck for the job.  They spent 8 hours moving 10 pieces of furniture. They also spent an obscene amount of time on lunch break when they know they work per hour.  They also refused to place furniture in the proper position during drop off.  They finished around 4 pm and never showed up to pick up the rest of the stuff in the old house.  The old house literally had everything still left inside.I called the local branch to complain about the terrible job that we had received and their response to the situation was to have more movers come the next day out at a price they would normally charge on a weekday!! What kind of customer service is this! Also why would I have to pay extra money for a job that should have been done properly on day one!  I also paid over 600 dollars form the estimate that was assuming they moved everything!I had a better moving experiences from college hunks.  We had 3 muscle meat heads that have no brain or moving experience where two scrawny kids from another company were so much more efficient  and paid proper attention to our property and did not damage one item.STAY AWAY!!!!Update: Called corporate and they refused to help with the situation. Customer service is horrendous.Paid $1600 for a local move and only had 5% of my property moved. They also lied about everything, Including taking complaints seriously.

Our move was made so easy with Two Men and a Truck! They called to let me know they were on their way. They were on time, friendly, and polite. They carefully wrap-protected our furniture, and they did it fast. These guys dont mess around! They loaded our furniture into the truck and off they went. At our new place they unloaded everything just as quickly and carefully. We will definitely use them again if we ever need to move.

They came late, then they refused to wear face masks despite the COVID pandemic, then they cancelled on me in the last possible second, then they charged my credit card for services that they did not perform, I call that a triple whammy. Would not recommend them EVER.

I am so grateful for this wonderful moving company. My husband passed away two years ago and at 80 years old I was nervous moving my belongings from Indiana to Florida. The office staff was very helpful and supportive. The movers, Felix and Chad, arrived on time, was very careful with my furniture and really kind to both me and my dog. Matt and Devin did a great job moving us in Jacksonville. They were so pleasant, accommodating, and professional. It was a blazing hot day and they kept up a great sense of humor and steady work. Matt should get employee of the month!

She booked it.The movers also said they were exhausted and it was merely a formality to initial the no damage box. DO NOT INITIAL ANYTHING!!! They would have never stayed long enough to find all the damage that we found and this took time. Dented filing cabinets, torn leather sofas, drywall damage, and the move was not complete. As we completed the move ourselves that took several days more damage was uncovered. I should get a refund of some sort, but of course it will never happen.

My movers Felix and Ben were on time and wasted no time getting my oversized items wrapped and moved. I was anxious about getting moved in a timely manner. The movers were able to call me to find out if they could come sooner than scheduled time. Yes.Then move was completed quickly that I saved 1/2 hour charges. Very professional. They took great care with my belongings. Will definitely use them again.

These guys were great!! I will be calling to use again when the time comes to move. Incredibly professional, polite, and very careful with the furniture. Experts in moving furniture! I observed things that were done I had not seen prior, and it was used to move the same furniture! I will not be using any other moving company in the future!!!!

RUN from this franchise as fast as you can! Completely unprofessional owners/managers. Multiple damages were caused by the movers and owners refused to help me. The movers were nice enough, but took forever to do the job. Damaged my walls in the old place and the new place. Boxes were crushed. Ripped a huge hole in my mattress among other pricey items. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. They only allow positive reviews to be posted on their actual website so you don’t get the full story.

Really bad service. They damaged the vinyl in the process of moving but they didnt take responsibility. Fortunately it was obvious to the apartment manager that the damage was from these guys dragging the washer and dryer out instead of lifting the machines so they didnt charge me for that. They said they were going to follow me to the new apartment but we were halfway there and they disappeared with all my furniture. I called the driver three or four times and he didnt pick up. I was about ready to call the police because I didnt know what was happening when the guy finally called me back to tell me that they had stopped at McDonalds. I didnt even mind that they stopped to eat, just tell me beforehand so that Im not sitting there thinking that you just disappeared with my stuff. They left all the boxes in my kitchen, right in front of the refrigerator and for some reason, only one guy was doing the majority of the moving so it took a lot longer than it should have. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Very professional! Will use again. Isaiah and Matthew are very professional, they moved my large king size bedroom set from my upstairs to my sons apartment they did an excellent job, local managers droped by to see how things were going, the even jumped in and started to help, all I can say is its a very good professional company and well definitely be using them again for our next move, very professional and respectful. 👍👍👍👍👍

Moving men came on time. They made several trips up and down my townhouse and then moved us to another townhouse. They were exhausted but never complained.I remembered my daughter using this same company in 2007 when she moved to our first house. We loved their service back then and we loved them again 13 years later. We recommend Two men and a Truck for your moving jobs!

They were wonderful! The move went smoothly and I would definitely use them in the future.

The packers came and packed everything - almost - and said they would finish the next morning before loading. This actually worked for me as I had the items I wanted with me in one spot - and had them available that night to use. I had them do this as being disabled, retired and with certain mobility issues - I could not do it myself. The next morning the lead of the team from day 1 did not come back - the replacement was fine though so no problem. But that is where communication started to break down. When the move was done I found that not all the items inside or outside my apartment had been packed or loaded - and the management at Two Men and a Truck said it was my responsibility to do the walk through to be sure it was all done. The fact that by the end of the second day I was no longer mobile at all didnt matter - and they would go pick up the items and bring them to me under a new second contract. No discount was offered. So yes - they know how to move. But treat you like their grandmother? Not if shes disabled, no you dont want that.

They were polite, professional and stayed on task the entire time which is very important when paying by the hour. Not only were they on time, but they offered to work earlier than the agreed upon appointment time. They were prompt and even moved the furniture around until it was just right. The final price was the same as the estimate and I would definitely recommend them.
