Tee and Durk were absolutely amazing movers. They moved all my things with care and efficiency. The customer service was valued and their hard work is highly appreciated. I would never mind doing business with these two!! Great job guys!

All my sons are not only professional and fully equipped to help move, but everyone I have spoken to has been absolutely friendly and well spoken. Communicating every detail from the beginning, they helped put my family’s mind at ease. Tee was the one who made sure I knew every step of the process and he personally made sure every piece of furniture was secure and safely wrapped. Allen and Christopher were very strong, efficient and all three seemed to work well together. ❤️ We are highly satisfied and honestly just so grateful we had the help to make our move smooth.

Tee, Brandon, Antudan &Theodore were top notch! Friendly and professional and fast. They wrapped everything really well and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with these guys. They were super patient when there was a hiccup in the pod size. The total price was more than double what I was quoted - while I appreciate that there’s variance in any move quote, the end price feels a bit steep. That said, the actual load/unload experience was great!

On time, 2 of the 3 were professional knowledgeable, the 3rd man was new and needs lots more training. Truck and furniture pads were clean. Keep an eye on the time, still waiting for the refund on over billed hours. Even with the billing oops and the new guy we would hire them again.

The movers (Solomon, Chris and Ryan) were very friendly, worked hard and performed their job well. They deserve 5 stars. However, the business office needs to improve communication. Prior to the move I was not informed of the 2 hour minimum time period (indeed, I was told there was no minimum). Likewise, I was not informed of the minimum fee for packing materials (nearly $100), or the 18% fuel surcharge. It is unacceptable to inform a customer of these charges for the first time at the time of the move.

First of all the final bill was over $1000.00 more than quoted. I must say that it did not help that two of the movers were new. We do have nice heavy furniture and none of the movers where very strong which caused time delay. I asked that my leather Lazyboy couch that cost $2699.00 almost a year ago be wrapped very well. My couch was damaged due to lack of wrapping and have been offered only $250.00 for the damage. The 3 young men were nice it is not their fault they were not trained properly and not able to carry such heavy furniture. I believe it was too much for them to handle which is the reason of the damage and taking too long to move which resulted in such a higher amount that I had to pay. I am not happy with the 250.00 offer and the $1000.00 over quoted bill.

When you pay $195/hour plus fuel you do expect professionalism and good customer service. When they got to my home, I was told I had to pay before the unload and when I questioned the amount, was cut off and told it was right ..period. I never pay for services till rendered so this did not set well. It was all done on an iPad but did not receive a receipt that day. I called the next day and spoke with Dalton (again)and asked for an itemized receipt he said he sent it via text but I never received it. Also a leg was broken on a table snd I asked for a claim form, Dalton said he sent it via text but the link didn’t work. When I called (Dalton) a second time same thing happened. He never helped resolve my issue. It took 4 days to finally get a receipt from a different person named Joshua in CS. He was fantastic. He emailed me a receipt and had the claims dept send me a form all via email. He followed up with me and made sure I got the receipt and form. That’s good customer service. As it turned out I was overcharged $200. The time was calculated wrong and the deposit ($100) had not been deducted. The guys that moved the furniture were new and inexperienced. It too one guy 30 minutes to wrap one cabinet. It wasn’t until I said something they started moving faster. I would not recommend All My Sons.

Tee, Brandon & Keshawn did a great job. Love seeing people that love to work together, have a great attitude, and are friendly. Plus a few laughs. Moved everything I asked and quickly! They really work hard. I’d definitely hire them again but not at $800 for 2 hours.

I had scheduled my move with AllMySons because of the professional approach I got from the team when I first called in to get a quote and ask about the process. 2 days before our scheduled move date, a guy called Josh called and moved our move timeframe (which was originally agreed to be between 8-10) to an afternoon slot. This was never explained when we first booked and we had organized our day with work accordingly since the beginning to have the morning off.Then when we spoke to the team in the morning, they were having issues with the system running slow - so when we talked again, they said they had to move our slot because we were the last to confirm.If you book a service with a timeslot from the beginning, there is no reason why that should change.This is not only ridiculous but extremely unprofessional.They also said they had emailed me some extra rates about charging tape and other materials needed, which they never sent. So when we spoke on the phone, they said they would send them over as soon as we hung up and guess what? They never sent that either!

The movers themselves, Tee, Brandon and Devion were efficient and kind. They took great care to wrap my items and make sure they went down the stairs smoothly and into the truck. They were also super friendly. Tee is a fantastic personnel manager and very direct. 5 stars for the movers.The scheduling was frustrating. While I understand everyone being short staffed at this time, I was bumped from Tuesday to Wednesday. Then late in my window I was called to say they didnt have enough movers for me and it may be Thursday. When I called back I was told an hour. Two hours later I called back and was told 20 minutes. That final window was accurate. Communication is key to me and not giving accurate information, and then charging me full price when it was nearly two hours out of my two hour window quoted, is unprofessional at best. So three stars for that.

Promised me a set time for moving when taking my deposit. Company called me the day before and gave me a completely different time for moving. When I expressed that I was promised a specific time the employee said I had to stick to the time they gave me. Got a call the morning of my move telling me that they cant move my belongings until 5 days from our agreed upon date. Employee said he would try to refund my deposit. Called a week later about deposit and they still havent returned it. Its been almost 2 weeks and still no return on my deposit. Most of the staff were rude condinscending. They also have a ton of hidden fees that they will not inform you of until you pay your deposit. Spoke with my new neighbor and was informed that they took 8 hours to move when it should have only took 4. Neighborhood paid close to $2,000. When he was quoted $800.

Melvin, Devin, and Walter were extremely helpful and fast. All of my furniture and possessions were well wrapped or boxed and handled with care. I will definitely be using their service again and recommend others do the same!

We certainly had the “dream team” of moving crews! Having moved a lot due to the military, we have had our fair share of experience with moving crews. By far; Tee, Brandon, Christian and Rae Kwon were professional, efficient, strong 💪🏽 and delicate when need be. The best crew we’ve ever worked with!!We highly recommend them for all your moving needs!

The guys that actually moved us were great however we have multiple complaints.1. The price we paid was not what we were quoted it ended up costing us $1000, it cost us more to move 15 min away than it did across town.2. They left boxes and part of the bed at the apartment we moved from now we have to figure out how to the rest of our stuff3. We were told they would take down and set up beds they did not.When we called to complain we were told we werent charged what we shouldve been we got a good deal.

Absolutely unprofessional... called us 45 minutes before they were supposed to arrive to CANCEL our Saturday move. Then didnt even offer to make us first on Monday, said they could do it later in the week. How nice considering landlords dont let you just hang out for a few days after your lease is up. Plus they wanted to add $133 for use of their moving pads. Garbage

We are not scheduled to move until the 27th but, I just needed to leave a review at this time based solely off my interactions with your Customer Service. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Brittany this afternoon and she is hands down the epitome of what consumers look for in Customer Service. I have contacted a few other companies over the last few days and was not thrilled with their pricing but mostly their lack of response. This was not the case with Brittany. From the moment she greeted me, you could feel her smile over the phone, she was happy, bubbly, energetic, engaging, and provided me with all the right information and more-she should be in sales! As someone who has managed and helped develop Customer Service procedures, I cannot express enough how Brittany is the ideal person for this line of work and I hope she is given the proper recognition.

Weve moved about 6 times in our life. Weve never had an issue with a moving company. We just moved to FL from NJ in a 26 foot Uhaul that was professionally loaded. I had everything in there with a foot of room to spare. These guys show up with a larger truck, and couldnt even finish getting all of the items out of the storage unit. They were about to leave an entire bedroom set in storage and when confronted with it, the guys couldnt have been less helpful. No apologies, no offers for remedies no nothing. I had to load my own truck up again and I still left stuff there. They sat watching me load my stuff into my car all after I bought them water, Gatorade, and lunch.I called the main office to discuss and they were also the least helpful people I have ever dealt with. Dalton only offered to reduce a fuel charge vs. Sending his crew back to finish the job they were hired to do for 1600. On top of that, they come into the house and start slamming boxes down that have plate ware in them, they lifted a entertainment center upright with an electric fire place insert that did fall out of the brackets and nearly fell out of the entertainment center altogether. Thanks to them, I have major scuff marks and scratches on the wall going upstairs that I will have to fix, in addition to scuff marks on the floor.Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong with this move. Absolutely terrible company to work with and would never recommend anyone.Do yourself a favor and save the 1600-2000 they will charge you and find a more reputable company. This one is certainly garbage.

I hired All My Sons to finish a local move after another company did not complete the job we had scheduled. We had very limited time due to our closing date, but All My Sons were able to have a team come out on short notice and finish what was left! The team they sent out was on time, professional, and quick. David, Malachi, George, and OG were courteous and made sure they knew exactly what to take and where to put them in the new home. They made sure to ask for clarification if they had questions and not just assume what I wanted.This team worked hard and moved everything safely and efficiently. I am very happy that all of my items made it and nothing was broken in the process. They even helped relocate a very tall piece of furniture in my new house that I couldn’t manage on my own! I would definitely use this team again in the future. Thanks a bunch for making this last part of this move so easy and stress free!

Although the guys themselves very very sweet and one was great at packing my storage bin, the total amount was so much more than quoted! All the extras they add on…tape, plastic for wrapping, paper for wrapping furniture. We we quoted $200/hr and 4 hours with no truck fee but gas charge…the gas charge was over $200. We walked away paying over $1200 when we were quoted $800. They also broke a couple of our antique furniture. Was told they’d compensate us but haven’t heard from them since. They didn’t wrap everything like they were supposed to. We wouldn’t hire them again.

I cannot express how much Melvin, D and TJ made my move SO easy!!! Not only did they use extreme care with my things, Melvin went as far as fixing a broken dresser (was already broken) and even pushed my table chairs in when setting up the dining room! Thank you guys so much!!!! Will recommend 10/10!!

Expected to pay about 2 grand as there was quite a bit of packing to do. But when you add materials and other fees plus over $400 in fuel charges (it literally was a 9.1 mile drive) it was just not the value I expected. I wish I had gone with another mover. I know gas is high but geez!

Tee and Charles were polite and helpful from the beginning. They asked clarifying questions and took care when moving fragile items to ensure everything was handled appropriately. If they had any questions about what needed to be moved they asked until they were sure it was to my satisfaction. They moved our entire condo and packed up the truck for storage as quickly as they could.

Wow!!! As someone who has moved many times, I can tell you with confidence and experience that this All MY Son’s is excellent! Desmond was the best mover I have seen. Tee and Terrell were exceptional. They cared for our belongings, had a great plan going into the day, and handled any unplanned changes like true professionals. We also got to witness Tee training Terrell on his first day. The duo performed as if they had been working together for months.My only negative experience was that the dispatcher dispatched a smaller truck than we needed. Just a word of advice: when they call you a couple days earlier to confirm and to get an idea for how much “stuff” you have that needs to be moved, it’s best to err on the side of more and make sure they send adequate supplies and a large enough truck.All in all, it was a quality experience. We will most likely use this company again once our house is finished. We will absolutely be requesting the same team.

I couldnt ask for a better move, this company is amazing. Tee, the driver called me 30 min before he came to tell me he was on his way, he estimated the time for the job and he was spot on with his time. Everyone was clean, professional and polite. Tee, and his crew (Chris, Steven and a new guy) packed all my things as if they were my own. They wrapped and padded everything. They were professional and amazing. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I originally booked a move in 2 parts, 3 months in advance of when the move was to take place since I needed a specific time reserved. The national call center confirmed that and took a deposit immediately. When the local company called me the night before the move, they advised that they would arrive at a different time. I challenged that, stating that I purposely booked far in advance for that specific time, and the local manager told me I needed to understand that the moving industry works on their schedule, not mine. In addition, I was informed that my rate would be higher than the original contract showed since the national company didnt understand the local rates, and I could either pay that increased rate, or they could cancel my job. Completely unprofessional to hold a job hostage the night before a move considering I booked 3 months out and had paperwork saying otherwise.Once we arrived at our destination and unpacked the truck, we found that the movers had loaded some larger furniture with handles facing our refrigerator, completely destroying and denting all of the doors. I filed a complaint with the national company and they advised that they would offer me a minimal amount vs enough to repair the fridge since they were only legally required to offer the bare minimum, so thats what they were doing instead of doing the right thing. The person on the phone literally told me they would only do the bare minimum and I would need to accept that, regardless of what the item was valued at.There is no way that I could recommend this company for moves since the local office will rip you off and hold you hostage, and the national company will only tell you that its up the local one to resolve any disputes and you are on your own.
