We had a great experience with Hazouri beds. We bought his bed since it was of excellent quality and was significantly less than the big air adjustable bed store. He also offers non air adjustable beds. Bob delivered the bed and spent hours properly installing the bed and taught us how to use it. The bed has many hi tech features. We had done research so we knew the frame we wanted and Bob discussed different mattresses and frames to see what was best for us. It was a very positive experience and my wife and I would highly recommend this business. We have had this bed for 5 weeks and love it.

I have had a Hazouri Adjustable Bed for over 10 years. It has made a wonderful difference in my sleep and helped relieve my low back pain. We had priced many of the other commercial adjustable beds, they were all much more expensive and less comfortable. Hazouri also provides great customer service for any questions that may arise. My husband and I needed a new bed. Our Tempurpedic had failed and Tempurpedic refused our warranty claim. Would never buy another bed from them. We then looked at Sleep Number and liked what we saw but for the better bed, the prices were extremely high. I was doing a search on the web on who sells adjustable beds and found Bob Hazouri. His showroom is not huge, nor fancy, which is why Im sure he can sell his product at a good price. What I liked is he could customize the bed anyway you wanted, whether you wanted, foam, latex, both in addition to being able to adjust the bed because there is an air component. My husband likes his side softer and I like mine harder. So this was a perfect solution. We bought the bed and Bob was there personally for the installation. I unfortunately wasnt, so when I got home, I wasnt happy with the setup, I wanted the adjustable frame a little higher. Bob worked with me, came back down to Palm Coast, all the way from Jacksonville to adjust the bed to my satisfaction. He truly believes in customer service. We basically got the best bed you can get at Sleep Number for half of what Sleep Number was selling it for and it was totally customized for us. Would highly recommend Bob and his mattresses.

After considerable Research and Comparison Shopping, I could find no better option in all areas than Hazouri Adjustable Beds! The Product, Features and Price cannot be beat! The Customer Service was Phenomenal and didnt end with sales, but continued through delivery, installation and follow up. In the end, I got not only the Air Mattress that I was looking for ;but also, an Adjustable Bed for less than I was expecting to pay for the Air Mattress alone from the big name in the business and Ill never sleep on a flat innerspring mattress again if I have anything to say about it! Bob Hazouri, to the rescue! I was in a car accident, ( 2nd one in 4 yrs) and knew I was facing sleeping in a chair for a month or 2 again! and knew I couldnt do it, and knew I couldnt afford an adjustable bed.... or so I thought. My wife and I recently bought an iComfort bed with Leggett and Platt prodigy 2 platform from Bob Hazouri. The experience was excellent. We tried out various combinations with Bob at his showroom, he spent two hours with us and we got the perfect adjustable bed. He came to our home and did the installation himself, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Bobby Hazouri is truly a man with a heart for the health of people. It’s more than just purchasing an adjustable bed he actually becomes part of the family. We met Bobby Hazouri through a client when we accompanied them to make their purchase. While there we actually tested the beds and found them to be amazing. We tried for numerous years to find a bed that would allow for the comfort of both myself with an arthritic back and my husband who has a spinal cord injury. We could not get comfortable and getting up in the morning has always been a challenge.We decided we could not wait any longer and made the purchase. We know we made the best decision. My husband hasn’t slept this good in ten years of us being married. We tried the other beds and for the cost we believe we made the best choice. Bobby’s customer service is an added bonus. We refer every one we know to him if he had a store in New York we would refer our New York family as well. If you don’t believe us go try one for yourself. I also say try all the other adjustable brands including the therapeutic foam versions. You will come back! I don’t need bells and whistles even though we have them I need something that works. I want to sleep and not wake up in total body pain. We have that now. We look forward to many years of good rest.

I absolutely LOVE my adjustable bed that I bought from Hazouri Adjustable Beds! I previously had a Tempur-pedic nonadjustable. A year ago I had shoulder surgery, and had to sleep sitting up to recover. I was having to stack pillows under my back and head, and during the night, the pillows would shift and slide. Subsequently, I had pain in my shoulder and my neck for almost the entire year after surgery. I finally searched for an adjustable bed. After trying Mattress Firm (which was uncomfortable ), and Sleep Number (double the cost of Hazouri), I went to see Bob. Bob gave me personal attention and customized a perfect bed for me! Within two days of sleeping in this bed, I noticed my shoulder and neck pain had reduced, within two weeks it was completely GONE!! No exaggeration ! Thank you so much, Bob Hazouri !!

After pestering my husband for two years about getting a new mattress, he gave in. He was dreading the shopping experience at a traditional mattress store, but I surprised him and took him to see Bobby Hazouri. After testing four mattresses instead of 400 (okay, slight exaggeration), we narrowed it down within half an hour. The mattress was delivered a week later and even though we live on a boat, Bobby and his helper had little to no problem getting the old queen mattress out and the new foam hybrid mattress in. The sleep experience has been tremendous and Bobbys prices are very competitive. Its time to throw out notions that a mattress needs to have coils. I have suffered with neck and upper pain since 1995. Since my problem cannot be corrected with surgery I am a patient at a pain management clinic. We were in the market for a new bed. We needed special accomodations bcecause of my husbands acid reflux. We went to Sleep Number and Tempurpedic and tried their products. They just want too much $ for what we can get from Hazouri Beds for a fraction of the cost. So we purchased our 2nd Hazouri bed. The first one lasted 15+ years and was the most comfortable bed weve ever slept in. So far the SECOND one is most definitely exceeding expectations as well.
