Love this family business! Got a quote at the end of February 2021, they filled out my ARC form for my HOA approval, drafted it on my plot plan, and submitted all of the permits for me! For financing I personally do NOT recommend their preferred lender HFS Financial, it seemed like a scam until I actually got the money and then they tacked on an additional “service fee” of 3k to my loan but that doesn’t have anything to do with Pools Patios & Spas themselves. We ordered the i30 series fiberglass pool mid March. The manufacturer of the actual pool was far behind estimated time line due to Covid. Ryan & Riley started on my pool July 28th and took about 5 weeks to finish due to having to wait on subcontractors to complete their parts (electrical & concrete). My pool was complete September 3rd. Ryan and Riley were seriously the best, super hardworking, very professional, & responsive to me bugging them all of the time with questions. Thank you to the pools patios and spa family & team for giving me my dream pool that I’ve wanted since I was a kid and I appreciate you guys dealing with my impatience, all my questions, & changes! My pool is beautiful 🤗 For potential pool buyers any advice I could give is I personally suggest starting the pool project at least 7 months before you actually want the pool and make sure your pool project is at least 10k less than your maximum budget. You will soon realize pool and patio furniture toys floats etc. can be pretty expensive and add up. Then you tend to realize you might need more patio space, or even a shed to put all of the pool stuff, a fence, a door alarm, and LANDSCAPING because your yard will definitely be destroyed (which is normal).

We have enjoyed our spa that was purchased at Pools Patios and Spas. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Purchased Kleen Pool from here. It’s hands down the best algae control product available anywhere. I never have to change my pools water. My pool never turns green! It’s used every 6 months and worth every penny. Over 10 years ago it was $65 a gallon and the price has remained well controlled. I used to buy it from Jacksonvile Pool owned by Kenny W.

They took there time to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. Answered any questions I had each and everyday. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a pool. I don’t think I could of received that level of satisfaction anywhere else. We had a awesome experience with getting our above ground pool installed. Ryan and his crew were absolute professionals and went above and beyond not only explaining the entire process, but teaching us as well about things we needed to do when the pool pump is running!! I would highly recommend pools patio and spas!!

We purchased our pool and they had it delivered and installed within a week, complete setup including start-up chemicals.. very professional service with such great people to work with! Customer focused always informative and willing to help! Overall a wonderful company to work with and locally owned and operated!

Installers started Wednesday and just finished our 27 round above ground pool today (Friday). Very pleased with everything. Fair pricing. Tommy and Allison very patient and easy to work with. Donny, Freddy and Dallas (installers) were very polite and informative, did a terrific job getting us all set up then giving a how to brief regarding the sand filter. Left our yard in excellent condition....cleaned up behind their work, didnt tear up anything unrelated to the pool. I would recommend PP&S to anyone considering a pool.

Buyer beware! If I could leave negative stars, there would be plenty of them. Pricing is not listed for any merchandise on their shelves. I came in today and was considering buying some chemicals for my pool. I asked how much it was after picking out what I needed and it rang up for almost $150.00. My wife was taken back by the cost so we immediately looked at pricing at Lowe’s On our phones and saw we could get similar products for under $50.00. The staff immediately threw a temper tantrum and and displayed an attitude similar to what I expect from a 3 year old. Threw paperwork around and vomited the worst customer service from his mouth that I have ever heard. I highly recommend taking any of your pool/ spa needs anywhere else but here.

Enjoyed our spa buying experience with these guys, they had the Passion spa model I was looking for on hand and was able to deliver it on a short turnaround. Being our first spa we did have start up confusion which these guys fixed within 24 hrs. Not only did we buy a spa from them but our daughters first swim lessons were held here over the past summer. look forward to future yard upgrades with Alison and this company.

We had a pool that we had not used for about 3 years due to the filter not working. We contacted Pools, Patios and Spas to come and see if they could fix everything for us. They came out and fixed our filter and tried to help us rid the algae, however, the algae was just too much. We decided to drain the pool and when we did we discovered we must have a hole in the liner. Riley and Ryan came right out to help us patch it as our pool was dry and a storm was coming in. We decided to replace the liner but when they removed the old one we found that our pool had a lot of issues and we would need a new pool. We had issue after issue (no fault of theirs) but Riley and Ryan (the installers) worked very hard (mostly in the pouring rain) to make sure everything was right and done in a timely manner. Sheila and Allison at the store were super helpful through it all as well. Would highly recommend them as they work hard to ensure customer satisfaction.

**WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE, STAY AWAY!**So I went here trying to find a replacement vacuum for my pool. They had the product I was looking for, however when they went to ring it up, I was priced at $107+ taxes which is not to bad or unreasonable. Thats when things got shady... To me if something you scan at your store that is a regularly stocked item rings up a price at the register, thats what the customer pays.... Not so much... the two ladies in the office then debated in front of me whether to charge me $120+ tax or $110 + tax... I ended up walking out keeping my dunce cap intact. These people are shady! cant just wing a price or change it in front of a customer and not be shady... what it rings up as is what is!!! shady shady shady!

Contracted Tommys company to install a dry well and replace the liner. Tommy provided us all our options and kept us informed throughout the process. When there was a delay, I really appreciated his call in advance to coordinate the delay along with when work would commence. Even with a short delay, he still met his initial timeline estimate for completion. Overall, I am very satisfied with his work and work ethic, and recommend Tommy for future business.

This company creates fake social media accounts of their customers pretending to be them out of anger because they cant handle an honest review. Honesty is the best policy. Creating pretend 5 star reviews wont get you any business.

Quick & accurate answers to lenghty & muddled questions. Long & short...rocks $300/ton. Cheaper & faster than a trip to the mountians. Ill admit the loading of said rocks is not as much fun as DIY gathering...but hey, they load for you. By the time you get to the mountians, I can have a ton of rocks in place and be on my third beer. Winner..staycation this 4th & visit Pools Patios and Spas.
