My neighbor has been doing business here for 15+ years. She stopped in today because her hearing aids weren’t charging. The receptionist on duty was EXTREMELY rude and offered little to no help. She said they were booked and did not have an appointment available until Tuesday at 5:30pm. My neighbor tried to explain she could not go that long without being able to hear. Again the receptionist was curt and refused to help. She explained that the audiologist was busy and did not want to be bothered. After much insistence they finally took the hearing aids to test them. The receptionist didn’t have poor customer service she had NO customer service skills. This used to be a great place but like so many others it looks like another one has lost all appeal. Save yourself a lot of headache and go elsewhere!!!!!!!!

I can’t say enough about how helpful and caring Rick & Leslie are! Always easy to reach, helpful and know how to make you feel comfortable and at ease! Highly recommended for everyone!

Very pricey but great staff,I think the lady working there is tired of dealing with old deaf people. she is very knowledgeable .
