Not satisfied at all. I took my gun there to be repaired and got it back not cleaned as told it had been and still not working properly. How can you shoot 12 rounds of hollow point thru a gun and not fix it. Who ever you use, I will not be back. So much for trying to use local businesses!!

These guys are great. I enjoy doing business with them and regularly use all of their fine products. This is a local family owned and run business. The dad is a Veteran and certainly one of Americas unsung heroes. His wife is one of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet. The son is a great guy as well. They are providing a great service by supporting the 2nd amendment and we should support them. Now if only the ATF will quit delaying me...

I will never go in here again. First off one gentleman lied to me about a gun’s matterial. It was aluminum and he tried to tell me it was stainless. I looked it up on my phone and told him it was aluminum (which I already knew and he should have). He seemed irritated by it,which if he was learning something he didn’t know he should have not been, so I took it he was lying to make a sale. Then I looked at another gun I was wanting to buy. He was asking more then what I could get the gun for new so I asked another gentleman what was there rock bottom price. He told me what he would take and I told him I could get the gun with all new chokes that come with it(which he didn’t have) for the same price elsewhere. His reply was well I guess that’s what you need to do. I had heard bad things about this place now I can testify to it. Make the drive to Tyler.

Ordered a long rifle through an online website and had it shipped to The Gun Room. This is the second gun Ive had shipped here. Mr. Wood waited after closing time to let me come and pick it up as I work out of town. He was a little grumpy about it, but I dont blame him for only $20. Im sure he was ready to go home just like I was!
