I just got new X350 48 deck with the mulch kit best machine Ive bought, very comfortable ride plenty of power ran it for 1 hr just had to get used to cutting in reverse Johnathan it was well worth the wait

I have purchased 2 pieces of equipment for my landscape business and Johnathan has been my salesman for both deals. I had a failure on a piece of equipment and was worried about how the situation would go...worry no more! Johnathan and Steve handled the situation in a way that I didnt think existed anymore. They listened to me, put themselves in my shoes, and then got me up in running very quickly AT NO COST TO ME! John Deere stands behind their equipment, and the staff at quality equipment stands behind John Deere. Nothing makes you feel better after having a problem then knowing that your dealership and staff are top notch, and believe in their product. On a side note, the failure that happened to my tractor was rare and at no fault of Quality equipment. Even though it was a defect, They made it right without a fight. Thank you to all staff members that worked with me, Johnathan Dempsey, Steve, and Mike. Yall are great. Customer for life here.

Unfortunately the customer service provided by the sales representative Jonathan Dempsey was very unprofessional and unorganized. We met in person to discuss the purchase of a X330 riding lawn mower early July 2020. Through the dialogue a timeline was initially set to view the equipment as it was not in store of initial visit. Mr. Dempsey provided no follow-on guidance or direction in regards to when the product would be available as well as not reaching back out to me to inform of changes. This lead to not being able to have a test ride on the planned day. Fast forward 1 1/2 months and I reached back out to Mr. Dempsey to try again for a purchase (25 Aug). We spoke over the phone and I reminded him who I was and the product I was looking for. He expressed that only 1 X330 was available out of some 27 stores he said and he would get it down within 4 business days. He expressed his intent to notify me if the product made it or not or was sold before the day of the visit. He did not follow-up with this. The product was sold within 2 days of our phone call on 27 Aug. finally I called him morning of the expected met date to test ride the X330. He was unable to answer my call and later returned with a text message, “No mower buddy, it was sold.”No heads up, no follow-up and lack of professional working relationship with a customer. Do not recommend this individual to anyone for business.

I committed some serious atrocities in my journey to find best suite, enjoyed, and also practical John Deere mower. Though, I made it out and fell into church (Quality Equipment John Deere of Jacksonville)and made a perfect cutSure, Nothing runs like a deere but nobody serves and loves the equipment better than Mr. Dempsey and the the whole crew at Quality Equipment.The third time is always the charmand funny how I thought the zero term was elite,and relaized that I personally dont enjoy mowing like I am about to take off for flight on a runway..But the true enjoyment of riding the tractor and slowly hear the tall grass shoot out the deck..so the e130 is the model I took home and the whole crew sales, parts, service was a pleasant experience and will do business again !!

Unorganized and unable to follow through. Purchased a mower and was given a day that the mower would be delivered. That day is here and I’ve called multiple times and not received a phone call back. There’s no mower here and I took the time off work and can’t even get a return phone call after doing business to receive an update. The next phone call will be canceling my transaction and taking my business elsewhere.

Last week, right before Thanksgiving, the muffler of my John Deere lawnmower broke where the manifold meets the converter. I called them to see if they had the part. They told me they did so I drove all the way from Beulaville to Jacksonville to pick it up.Well, it turns out that my particular model has 2 different mufflers, and the one I needed wasnt in. The Service Tech apologized and said that he would need to order the part. It should have been delivered by 5pm Friday.Saturday, around 1pm, I pulled into the parking lot only to find out they closed at Noon. So, trip #2, another waste of time and Gas.I got off work Monday afternoon and headed over to Quality Equipment, LLC to Hopefully pick my muffler up this time. I pulled into the parking lot around 4pm, and confidently walk in like Indiana Jones to pick up the Holy Grail that is this Mythical Muffler. Jones had a Whip, but I was armed with just a Credit Card.I cleared my throat and announced, Im here to pick up my Muffler.I bet youre thinking Im walking out with my Muffler, Right?Nope! Thanksgiving jacked up the shipping schedule so I arrived 45 minutes before the Fabled Muffler.Right about now your asking yourself, Why did this guy give this place 5 stars?! It sounds like its the worst experience EVER!!Hang on!! It gets better.(This is the Good Part)The Service Tech Mr. Dempsey Greatly Apologized for my multiple trips out there and knocked a Huge percentage off the cost of the part. Never once did he pass the blame. He took full responsibility, and offered a solution. He took down my number and personally delivered the part to my home. He did so off the clock and with his own time, in his own vehicle. He also gave me his card and said if there is ever an issue in the future call him personally.I am 36 years old and have NEVER experienced this kind of customer Service. He is Huge Credit to his Company and the product in General. Before this purchase I was indifferent when it came to John Deere, and their Products in General. After this Purchase I will always be a loyal Customer.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Was told 1.5-2 weeks for service on a push mower when I dropped it off. I called just short of 3 weeks and was told it was next and it would be ready the next day. That was Saturday and I couldnt make it in time so I called on Monday to make sure everything was done. Oh the manager is out and I cant get into the system so I dont know. Called Tuesday and was told its being worked on right now will be ready late today. I went in Wednesday to find out its not even in the computer system and hasnt been looked at. Mechanic promises even if I have to do it myself it will be ready the next day. I get a call Thursday asking if I wanted the blades replaced I said yes. I went in Friday morning to pick up the mower and there are only 2 people that can operate the computer system and theyre both out. After waiting for 20 or so minutes Im told the service manager will call and walk someone through the computer. The guy he was going to call said he cant work a computer so Ill just have to come back. Spoke with manager of store and he volunteered to deliver the mower after the service manager got back. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I cant say enough good things about the store or its employees. I was treated poorly Buy Local Stihl dealers in Wilmington. This caused me to search outside of the local area to purchase a much-needed $1,300 saw.I called the store and spoke with Jonathan D in the sales department. He was friendly, professional, and very prompt returning my call after we first spoke. The store did not have the saw that I was looking for but he found the next closest store it did have it in stock and let me know within 5 minutes of us having hung up..Quality Equipment has a new customer for life because of how well Ive been treated by not only this store but also the one in Fuquay Varina. Do yourself a favor and feel good about youre next amazing piece of equipment by buying it at one of these stores.

I drove to this store to purchase a Stihl weed eater, selected the cheaper varient, and the gentleman there observed my tall stature and asked if I would rather purchase the longer one, I agreed and he even brought some of the price down and said I like to take care of my customers, I then asked the other gentleman about the oil filter and oil type my Deere lawn mower took, and he responed like he actually genuinely cared, and without that snarky hurry up and get out attitude. I have NEVER in my entire life experienced such great customer service. I will definately be telling everyone I know about this store.
