Absolute worst experience Customer Service doesn’t even exist & staff is super rude doesn’t have any respect

They pregnant girl is always rude . Maybe she would do better on the north side of town . It’s clear she hates her job and people she is always on the phone when customers come in . Transfer her to no Moncrief she would fit in for sure .

Its a short trip from home. Its always NOT busy which is a good thing. Never had an issue there.

I would give Zero stars but I had to give one to make this post.Management and Customer Service is awful. I cant believe they hire such rude and disrespectful individuals (management) to run that store. Do not go to this store. Low class!!!! Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!!!!!

Staff is always friendly and store is clean

Customer service just keeps getting out of control. No greeting when you come in attitude from the young lady and guy with the Afro . The young lady was complaining the dollar store doesn’t pay her enough money to do the work they want done. Then she just walked out the store talking to her mom while customers were waiting in line. She’s out of control with her attitude treating the customers like there a problem. She needs to be let go . There are plenty of people need a job and wouldn’t take out there issues on customers. The guy is starting to become very rude as well .A month ago the same young lady locked the door and tried to close the store early.

Workers are kind, you can found any product you need to clean your home even if is a little market. Maybe a little uncomfortable for walking people but I think there’s not so many walking people like me.

I hate going to this Family Dollar, their Staff is a joke lol. Last time I was in there one was sitting down the other one was talking I asked them where something was instead of really trying to help me they just kind of pointed in the direction and went back talking about a fight that just happened.

I would give -5 stars! They told me my card didnt go through and I showed them my bank info on my phone and she said it didnt complete! Welllll just as I said yes my card did go through. She threatened me was rude to me and the other customer that just wanted to pay cash. They blamed me for being rude! Yes you stole from me, threatened me and told me to call Trump! Really need to remove her from your store! This is not the first review about this manager/cashier! And 2 days befor Christmas just wow

Cashier very rude. Never spoke a word to me, but was very friendly to couple in front of me. When asked if she was having a bad day she just looked at me. So upon leaving I told her I hope you have a better day. I got in my car, and she came out the door to give me the finger on both hands and told me to F Off. I felt very threatened. Called corporate asap. If consumers didnt shop here she would not have a job. Young skinny girl with her hair wrapped up. Karma kiddo.WONT GO HERE AGAIN.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve been to. The manager is the cashier and she was super rude.I asked how much the item was because I didn’t have my contacts on, and she started yelling in my face saying I was blind. Will never come to this family store ever again and I advice you to never visit this location.

Its the worst customer service I have ever experience, one cashier was outside and the other one was on her phone and we had to wait for service and one customer walked out with his groceries while I had to tell that girl well walk out to if she didnt come to serve us.

It is nice but some stuffs are costly.

I went to this family dollar, the cashiers are inexperienced, disrespectful to the max, Rude, and used foul language towards customers. I went to return a wall shelf I bought, she started screaming at me, and kicked me out of the store. She started using foul language and cussed me out in front of all the customers. I asked to talk to the manager, she said “hello, how are you?”. Extremely disrespectful manager. Extremely disrespectful.

Convienent right on Sunbeam we needed more stores versus driving down baymeadows or San Jose. Cashier thats works on there is very chill and relaxed clean store never dirty when I come in O do alot specially in the a.m. keep up the great work.
